Flower Pots Day Nursery (Boxmoor)

When I was looking for a nursery I was looking for one that the staff were as caring and loving as if they were their own child and that's what I instantly felt at Flowerpots Boxmoor my son loves it! The class rooms are lovely bright and colourful, They do so many different fun activities to keep them busy also have a lovely garden which they use lot which is great for my son as he loves being outside rain or shine! My son has a food allergy and Flowerpots are very good at meeting his needs also have home cooked freshly made meal! My son learns something new everytime he comes home from nursery, couldn't recommend Boxmoor enough

Our son joined nursery as a baby and has flourished in his time at Flower Pots. The facilities are good and the team on site and friendly and caring. We have been really happy with the experience and how our son has developed.

The staff there are wonderful. We love seeing our child grow and joyfully wander in to such an immersive and safe space. The food is so good that our child often has double portions, and talks of missing the staff

Very happy with the service provided. Both children happy in the setting and flourishing. Great care taken around any additional requirements including allergies. The staff are happy and friendly. Couldn't fault and would recommend to all.

My daughter has been coming to Flowerpots Boxmoor for just over a year now and to say her learning, speech and overall personality has come on leaps and bounds. She wasn't too keen on nursery at the start, very much a home girl but the team at Flowerpots went above and beyond to support her when she came in. Fast forward 4 months and she couldn't wait to go to nursery every Monday and Tuesday! Her development in terms of speech and motor skills has come on so much and we are very grateful for the Boxmoor team on how they have aided her and supported her. Everything is communicated via the app, so we get pictures of her throughout the day and also know when she is having a nap, when she's had her nappy changed and what she's eaten - their daily menu is packed full of yummy goodness too and has really helped us at home with new flavours. Can't recommend the nursery and team enough.

My son loves his days at Flowerpots. He started when he was just 10 months and settled into the baby room really quickly. He's now coming up to 2 and loving getting involved in the activities in the toddler room and playing in the newly renovated garden. All the staff have been amazing and know him really well. He always comes out happy and chats about his day and his carers and friends. The app is great for getting the necessary daily updates like sleep, food and nappies and we love seeing pictures too. He always eats really well and the menu is really varied. Would definitely recommend flowerpots to other parents.

Both of our boys have been through Flowerpots and we have loved it, they are so helpful and we feel like they really care. They are always quick to answer a question or help with a problem, it's a lovely setting and we have been really happy with it.

Flowerpots Boxmoor have been great since our daughter started in October 2024. She took a while to settle into the setting but the staff were really patient with her. She really enjoys her time there and I'm still surprised about the range of activities they do with her. Her development has come on lots since starting there. We really appreciate the regular feedback we get from the nursery on and the staff are really caring and attentive to all of the children.

My three children have attended Flower Pots Boxmoor. We all love the environment and staff are so fruendly and caring. We have never had an issue in all these years. Our youngest is in the toddler room and he is so happy to go every day. At nursery they have a nice routine and children settle so quickly. Staff listen and support parents every day and are always happy to accomodate children's needs. Couldn't ask for more.

Always welcoming and accommodating for our little boy. All staff at the nursery are very nice, listen to any requests we have regarding our little one and you can tell they have the children's best interests at heart.

Our son absolutely loves flowerpots nursery. Everyone there is so friendly and he looks forward to going in every day. The facilities are great and he gets to do a wide range of activities . His confidence keeps growing week by week. Would definitely recommend

Excellent experience with my two children at Flower Pots in Boxmoor. The staff are kind and caring, and management organised and responsive. Facilities excellent and modern and the kids even eat the food!! Would recommend!

My experience with Flower Pots Nursery has been nothing short of wonderful. Both of my daughters currently attended this nursery, and I can't praise the staff enough.

My youngest started at just 10 months old, and naturally, the transition was quite challenging for her. In the beginning, she struggled with being away from home, often crying when we dropped her off. However, the team at Flower Pots was incredibly compassionate. They took the time to comfort her, cuddling her until she felt secure and fell asleep. It was so heartwarming to see how much effort they put into making her feel loved and safe during those early, difficult days.

My eldest daughter (3) absolutely adores the nursery! She loves to role-play with us at home, making us pretend to be her carers on the weekends. This speaks volumes about the nurturing environment they have created.

Variety of food is brilliant! I also love the app and updates on education.

My little boy has been at flower pots for 5 months now and have been amazing with him. He has grown in confidence and skills so much and the staff are friendly and helpful. He is eating much better and always comes home a happy little boy! Cannot fault them!

Management does a great job at managing the setting, they are approachable and understanding. They are supportive of your approach to parenting & work with you & your child with any requirements or requests. Our little boy has learnt so much from being at nursery thanks to the staff and their commitment to the children. The staff are welcoming and a lot of faces are familiar from the past 18 months, which is what you want and your child needs, especially when first starting nursery. Communication is good amongst management and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend flowerpots to friends or people in my local area.

Such an understanding and great team and management. We were in a difficult situation which I don't want to elaborate on. We explained our circumstances and the management was extremely empathetic and understanding. They worked with us to help alleviate the issue and provide options on a way forward. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

The team here do a wonderful job and are friendly, nurturing and professional at all times. My youngest child has been attending this nursery since September 2020 and loves it here. The range of activities offered is really broad and great fun for the children, as well as being focused on their development and preparation for school. We would have no hesitation in recommending this nursery and are very appreciative of the team.
