Flower Pots Day Nursery (Boxmoor)

Our daughter has been in Flower pots for 2 years, she loves it there and she asks to go even on weekends. The staff organise fun activities to encourge her development and we receive regular informative updates via the app and in person. All the staff are very friendly and we know our daughter is happy and safe. We are really haply we chosed Flower Pots Boxmoor

I cannot speak highly enough of FP Boxmoor. Sending our child here has been one of the best decisions we've made - he has absolutely thrived. He adores the staff, feels safe & cared for & is always excited for a nursery day. His language, communication, confidence, imagination & pretend play have developed so much.

Holly, his preschool teacher, is truly exceptional. Having worked in education for 15 years, I feel I know outstanding practice when I see it, and she is everything you could hope for in an EYFS practitioner. She knows each child so well, understands what they need, and brings such genuine thought, warmth, care, respect, energy & joy to each day. She is like sunshine to the children & parents, and exactly the kind of person you want giving children their very best start.

Teia is also an excellent manager, she is so professional, warm, approachable & knows the children really well - truly the whole team are wonderful. We feel very lucky to have found such a special nursery

Teia and Kelly are such wonderful managers, nothing is ever too much trouble and I want to say thank you for everything you both and all the staff have done for APD over the years. We will miss you all so much.

I cannot recommend this nursery enough. The staff are truly amazing, they really care about the children and work hard creating strong bonds so that the children feel safe and happy. Ollie loves it and it's so reassuring to see him hold his arms out in the mornings to go in with the staff, something that when he first joined he found hard. A massive thank you especially to Leanne, Kelly and Abby who have so much time for Ollie, you are his favs!

The team are all wonderful and his development has flourished. There is such a range of activities planned through out the day which he loves. Communication is regular and the team are really helpful at supporting needs along the way.

My daughter loves it here - the staff are really caring and provide lots of fun activities and daily outdoor time for the kids. It's really well organised by the team there and they are very responsive and proactive with their communications. My daughter has developed so much socially and in terms of her learning thanks to their support. The food menu is varied.

I would recommend the boxmoor setting to everyone!

My first child went to Flowerpots and loved it, and the staff did a great job getting her prepped for school with her being able to write her name, know the alphabet etc. Now my second is there and enjoys going in every morning. The staff are wonderful and friendly and whenever I pick my little boy up he is busy smiling and playing. I would recommend the nursery to anyone.

I collected my grandson from Nursery when down from Sheffield. The staff are so lovely and always chat. They told me about Teddy's day and how he'd been. It's spotlessly clean and its obvious Teddy loves it there and is very well cared for and occupied. The updates on the site are brilliant and so informative. Whilst Teddy shouldn't have favourites I know he has a little soft spot for Leanne and his little face lights up when he sees her. Thank you for taking care of precious little whirlwind. X

We are so pleased with our first few months at Flowerpots, Boxmoor and couldn't recommend them enough. They have made an incredibly difficult and apprehensive situation so much easier and I am so pleased we picked such a wonderful, supportive nursery. I was so impressed with the warm welcome, cleanliness and safety processes when looking round but it really is the people that make the nursery. It's not easy to leave your child after 1 full year but the staff have made the transition as smooth as possible and I feel really comfortable to leave my child in their care. They are friendly, warm and nurturing - with our child's best interests at heart. The communication has been great; key updates through the app throughout the day and thorough development observations regularly. A huge thank you to Teia & Kelly in the management team and Leanne, Abby and all other staff in the babies room. You really are all fabulous and we are so grateful for everything you do to care for our daughter!

I can't recommend this nursery enough. Both our children have throughly enjoyed their time here. The staff are outstanding and the care provided is exceptional. All the staff are amazing. I have been using this setting for nearly 5 years and have no complaints.

Both of our children attend Flowerpots and have done for a number of years. I could not recommend anyone more highly to look after our children. The care is second to none with staff prioritising happiness and wellbeing. Communication with us as parents has been fantastic, ensuring we have regular, specific feedback, enough notice for upcoming events (and helpful reminders too) and really working with us to ensure the best for our children. They support children to be their best selves, confident, independent and emotionally intelligent too. We are leaving to go to school soon, and genuinely believe the team at Boxmoor have given our children the strongest start to their educational journey and we cannot thank them all enough!

After having my little one at home with me for a couple of years, I felt quite nervous about him starting nursery, but I really didn't need to worry. He absolutely loves it and is thriving there. A huge thank you to Kaci, who he absolutely adores, and to all of the wonderful staff for making us both feel so welcome. I couldn't recommend Flower Pots highly enough

I would highly recommend Flowerpots Boxmoor. The care from the staff is wonderful- they genuinely know the children as individuals and my children talk fondly of them. The setting is lovely and the children have varied, fulfilling sessions. They spend plenty of time playing outdoors, rain or shine which the children love. Communication is excellent and I am kept well informed of my children's progress both day to day and in terms of their wider development. Very happy to be using this nursery!

I was so devastated about returning to work and putting my son into nursery. The team in the baby room have been instrumental in turning this around for me. My son is so happy arriving there everyday, you can tell the team love their work and I am completely at ease knowing he is looked after, eating well , stimulated and most importantly loving his time there. I can't thank them enough! 100% recommend.

Been so pleased with the care they've provided our child since she joined a few months ago. Always attentive and kind. The food provided is broad and nutritious. Would highly recommend to any parents considering using the nursery.
