N Family Club - Stratford

Great place, lovely and attentive staff. Good learning activities and good food variety. My daughter has plenty of time in the garden and she is well looked after by team members in her room. Would definitely recommend it.

N Family Club Stratford is a wonderful nursery with caring staff. I have sent both my children there and have been so pleased with their care of children across a range of ages. They design thoughtful, engaging activities for the kids and encourage lots of outdoor play and forest school adventures. The extra activities - "N Extras" - are a wonderful bonus, but honestly the biggest draw is the caregivers, who are obviously dedicated to the children and foster a warm, loving learning environment. The space is wonderful - rooms filled with natural light, lovely wooden toys, and a big garden with water play, slides, a track, and lots of opportunities for exploring. The food provided to the children is high quality and your child's activities and schedule are updated regularly throughout the day using an app. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone (and have to many of my friends!).

Excellent nursery who really care about my child and are very good at treating them as an individual and making them welcome and included. Excellent learning opportunities and services. My child is very happy there.

N Family Club - Stratford is a fantastic nursery. We are so pleased that we have this right at our doorsteps. The values, the curriculum, food (makes us jealous every week!) are so well thought of. We have loved it since our introduction day. Our daughter's key worker is such a beautiful human! Honestly, every staff member is like a family member. They take care of individual child's requirements and make a plan for their development. We get regular updates and are very pleased with the overall interaction with the team. Our daughter settled in very quickly and loves going to the nursery. We would highly recommend N -Stratford, yes, it is on the pricey side but you get value for your money.

We are very happy with our choice to take our daughter to N Family Club nursery in Stratford. We heard some great things beforehand and it did not disappoint! Our daughter has grown so much whilst at N Family Club and made so many great friends! A massive part of that has been the outstanding team in the Track and the amazing team across the Nursery, from the front and back office to the support staff and the teachers! We are forever grateful to the team and would highly recommend the nursery to anyone that has the fortune of considering taking their little one to the Stratford N Family Club nursery!

After viewing numerous nurseries, N was the only nursery that my husband and I not only felt comfortable leaving our daughter at but actually felt excited for how she would be spending her days. My only concern before she joined was how she would settle and how she would sleep. We fell into attachment parenting, so she is always warm, we bed share and breastfeed, so I was very anxious that she would not be able to nap. She is so relaxed at nursery, she's reinvented herself and self settles for her naps. I feel that her key worker and all of the team genuinely love her, and do such beautiful and considered development activities - from celebrating Pride month to exploring emotions. I love receiving photo updates as well as a full record in real-time of what she has been doing (eating, napping, nappy changes etc. The nursery says "There is no bad weather, just inappropriate clothing" and we love that she spends so much time outdoors. Simply put, N nursery is a dream.

N Family Club Stratford has a really high level of care for both parents and children. We have received genuine connection, reassurance, and consistent professionalism from day one. Leaving your baby for the first time in child care is scary enough but the transition was made a lot easier through compassion and extremely great communication. The food, development, environment, and staff are unrivalled. A very personal approach that really makes this place special. Highly recommended.

N Family Club is a fantastic nursery. Their philosophy and curriculum for play and learning is modern and approaches very topical world problems. The nursery building and garden is designed to be a nursery, the design, materials and colours are beautiful. The menu is extraordinary, our son absolutely loves it. The flexibility and Famly app that they use is excellent and incredibly easy to use. It is more expensive than other local nurseries but they do accept the 30 free government hours and spread them over the 51 weeks of the year that they are open!

We couldn't recommend N Family Club - Stratford more. From the minute we contacted them to enquire about availability through to our daughter's settling-in week this week, they have been excellent, have a straightforward enrollment process, a thorough "home visit" which is done via Zoom thanks to Covid-19 with our daughter's key person and a well-designed app to record everything health, well-being, and activity related. A fantastic nursery setting that is lovely, has a healthy men and most importantly has kind and organised staff at all levels.

We absolutely love the nursery and the key person assigned to us. From day one our two and a half year old loves to come and stay the whole day. Children are always busy and play a lot in the beautiful garden. We constantly get updates with photos over the day which is a great reassurance.

N Family Club - Stratford is everything you could look for in a nursery and more. I was very apprehensive during the settling in process but it went very smoothly, staff supported us very well and our child has settled in very quickly with not much crying. The staff are very friendly, caring and they listen when you have concerns. They take the time to get to know your child, their individual habits and our child has bonded with her key workers well. The facilities are outstanding compared to what you would see in other nurseries, it is extremely well thought out and designed, clean and tidy with lots of different areas and toys to explore, including the large garden. There are numerous fun activities all day including painting and baking. The communication via the app is brilliant, with photos and messages all day, you can see every nappy change and meal information. You also get a daily de-brief at pick up. They also do a base line assessment and identify areas to help develop your child. We love it here.
