Funded Sessions: We offer stretched funding of either 11 hours per week, or 22 hours per week, any hours accessed in addition to these are charged at our hourly rate. Consumables are payable for the following: 8:30am - 1pm £6 (Healthy Hot Lunch and Snack) / 1pm - 5:30pm £6 (Healthy Hot Tea and Snack) / 8:30am - 5:30 £12 (2 x snacks, Lunch and Tea).
Half Day: 8:30am-1pm or 1pm-5:30pm / Full Day: 8:30am-5:30pm. All nappies, wipes, creams, snacks, lunch and tea included in the price. Please contact us for our latest Fee information.

She thoroughly enjoys the days she is there and the leap we have seen in her over the last six months in terms of vocabulary, confidence, learning, socialising is amazing.
We love that Forest School is a part of her week and that she can go and be completely free to learn, get messy and have fun with the fantastic team there.

Lucy is the daughter of the original founders of Rainbow Corner Nursery School - Jacqui and Geoff Scott. Lucy acquired the family business in April 2013, although the nursery school has always been a big part of her life. Before this, Lucy completed a four-year Business Studies degree at the University of Portsmouth, specialising in Human Resources.
Once graduated, Lucy worked as an HR Consultant for both the BBC and Orange Business Services in London, during which time she gained a Master's in Personnel and Development at the University of Westminster and became a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). In 2010 Lucy had her son, Elliot. Being a parent herself and understanding the importance of good quality childcare, she naturally became more involved in the family business. She has since completed her NVQ Level 3 Diploma for the children and young people's workforce.
Qualification: CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education
Hayley has previously worked in a similar childcare setting, working her way up from preschool assistant to preschool manager over 11 years. Hayley has also been a private nanny for one family for 2 years. Hayley loves working in a nursery environment and in particular loves expanding on her knowledge of Forest School.

Louise started with us in May 2022. Louise has held a number of positions both within nursery settings and infant/primary schools over the past 20 years. However, his passion remains with Early Years and working with preschool-aged children. Louise has also worked in several SENCo (Special Educational Needs) roles, supporting children with additional needs. Having achieved her NVQ Level 3 in Early Years, Louise has continued her education recently passing her Forest School qualification.
Zabrina joined our team in August 2023. She has a wealth of experience working within nurseries with children aged from birth to 5 years. Zabrina enjoys supporting children's development and finds their successes rewarding.
Rianne joined us in May 2023 as a nursery practitioner and has worked her way up to room leader. Rianne has an NVQ Level 3 qualification in childcare. Rianne enjoys studying theories behind how children learn and finding reasons why some children display certain behaviours. Rianne enjoys providing creative and messy activities for the children to explore and use their imagination.
Lucy joined our team in November 2022. Lucy holds a BA honours in early childhood studies and a level 3 forest school qualification. Lucy has worked in various positions over the years including nursery practitioner, third in charge, deputy manager and forest school leader. Lucy loves to get the children exploring the outside world in all weathers.
Danielle joined us in March 2023. Danielle is a level 3 qualified practitioner. She has 6 years of experience in childcare, working in a range of different environments from nannying to nurseries. Danielle has a lot of experience with all different age groups and has a real passion for early childhood learning. She enjoys sharing books and signing Makaton with the children.
Holly joined us in July 2023. She is embarking on her childcare qualification and so is new to the nursery environment. Holly, however, is taking this in her stride, her happy, friendly personality shines through, embracing her new career. Holly really enjoys creating fun and messy activities for all children to explore and enjoy exploring through different textures.
Maxine joined our team in November 2024. Maxine is a level 3 qualified practitioner who dedicated her career to her last setting for 19 years where she worked her way up from nursery practitioner to curriculum lead. Maxine has a real passion for story telling and children using their imagination to immerse themselves into a story and bring it to life.
Kim joined our team in November 2024. Kim has worked at a range of different settings over her childcare career. Kim holds a level 3 qualification in childcare. Kim loves to explore the natural world with the children and being in the open spaces we have.
Arianna is new to childcare and was seeking a role which worked around her little one at home. Arianna is looking forward to working as part of a team and learning more about childcare which will help support her child at home.
