RAFAKidz Odiham

I must say that this nursery is lovely. In the beginning, it was my eldest son who will be in year 3 as of September, followed shortly thereafter by my second son who attended Rafa kidz. As a result of spending time at the nursery, both of my children have learned all the basic skills they will need for primary school. We were very impressed with the staff's kindness and care. Moreover, the cyclic menu is full of nutritional value and tasty for kids as well. Overall, it is a very good nursery providing professional care.

My son joined RAFA Kidz in September 2019 at 18 months old and has just graduated from the preschool class of 2022. I couldn't be more pleased with the development of my son during this time. Friendships have flourished between key workers and other children as well as lots of opportunities for new experiences. Staff have always greeted us with a smile and been available to listen to any concerns. They have also persevered! When we first left my son he was not a happy chap and screamed a lot. But the staff worked well at settling him and encouraging him to explore new things. I couldn't recommend RAFA Kidz enough for the growth and development of your child.

Our little one has been at RAFA Kidz Odiham since 9 months old. Although there has been many changes over our time, what I can say is the management are amazing. They go above and beyond for the families and more importantly the children. The children are at the heart of everything planned and it's been particularly nice to see outer agencies and organised events coming into the setting, which our little one has really enjoyed. Our little one is now more than ready for school and will miss friends and staff. He is always running in and out with a big smile which makes me very happy. Thank you for making his time memorable, he definitely will not forget the staff.

My wee girl absolutely loves being at RAFA Kidz Odiham. She started in the toddler room last year and immediately bonded with her amazing key worker. I was worried about her moving up to the preschool room at the start of this year since she had bonded so well with the staff in the toddler room but since moving up she absolutely loves her new keyworker and her confidence has grown massively since moving up rooms too. She has made a lot of new friends in the preschool room and is progressing and developing loads too. The main thing for me is that she’s surrounded by really positive and supportive staff in the nursery who all really care about the children they work with and she has so much fun on the three days a week that she’s in nursery. Thank you RAFA Kidz Odiham for giving our wee girl such a good experience at nursery.

2020, the year of the pandemic! Thank you RAFA Kidz Odiham! After the first lockdown, my childminder was unable to continue having our son and his nursery at the time was only open term time. We loved the nursery but had to make the hard decision to move our son to fit in with both of us working full time. In July 2020 I had a fantastic conversation with one member of staff, followed by inductions with another. My son and I were made to feel so welcome. He settled in so well, meeting new friends, being cared for by lovely staff, eating gorgeous food, continually learning and being able to play in such a fantastic garden. The staff have been truly amazing throughout. They have all had to deal with so much, both at the nursery and their personal lives during Covid-19 but their care of the children could not have been better throughout such a challenging time for everyone. I am so grateful to all of them for being such a fun and positive part of my little man's day.

During the COVID-19 lockdown, our nursery closed, just as our 10-month-old daughter was due to start, and I was due to return to work in the local hospital. As both my husband and I were key workers, we needed to find a place for our daughter to ensure that we could both work through the lockdown. I phoned RAFA Kidz and the manager was extremely helpful. They took out all the stress of a very stressful situation and with ease and professionalism introduced our daughter into their nursery. From that day on, and for the three months that she has been at RAFA we have been so happy with the care and support they have shown and our daughter has loved her days there. It truly feels like she is going to an extension of our family, even in these strange times where we could not go in and see her in the nursery setting. Overall, we have found our experience with RAFA Kidz fantastic and we would not hesitate to recommend them.

I would recommend this nursery to anyone since my child started here she has learned so much. My child has additional needs and the nursery is so well equipped to handle any additional needs and they are very experienced, so helpful and friendly. When my child first started here she couldn't even say more than 5 words now she can speak sentences and has come so far with the help and support of the staff here at this nursery. My child loves coming here.

My little girl has been attending the nursery for nearly two years and she loves it. She has a lovely relationship with the staff and is always talking about all the activities they do and friends she has made. The nursery are very good at feeding back regarding development, progress, activities and future ideas too. A very welcoming and enjoyable environment, the refurbishment has been lovely too.

I would highly recommend Odiham Rafa Kids nursery. I love the fact that I can drop my little boy and go to work knowing that he is going to have a fantastic day and I love hearing all about it when I come to pick him up.

Our daughter has been attending this setting for nearly 3 years. We couldn't be happier with it. The staff are compassionate, friendly and full of energy. My child has developed a great bond with all of the staff and regularly talks about them and the nursery when she is at home. The food provided is a huge positive. It is all freshly cooked on-site and so varied. The nursery are extremely accommodating and when needed have been willing to try and amend our session times due to work commitments. When the setting briefly closed for COVID, my daughter was pestering multiple times a day asking when it would be open again. This is a testament to how much she loves it! In the last year, the whole nursery was fully redecorated, and they are currently doing a full revamp of the wonderful outdoor space too. As parents, we could not be happier, and I know my child would prefer to be nowhere else. A truly wonderful setting, with lovely caring staff.

I have two children at RAFA Kidz and they both love it - my youngest has just started and settled very, very quickly. All of the staff are lovely and the management are attentive, friendly and responsive.

My son attends RAFA Kidz and loves it. The staff are amazing, kind and extremely considerate towards children and parents. They are always informative to parents and very attentive towards any issues that you need to resolve or ask for support on. His development is closely monitored and praised, a lovely nursery for all.
