Monkey Puzzle day nursery, Cambridge, offers care for children from 3 months to 5 years old. The nursery is set on the leafy residential Grange Road, one of two Monkey Puzzle nurseries in Cambridge.

The nursery has several play areas, both indoor and outdoor, with a focus on nature and learning. Highly trained practitioners lead activities designed to enhance each child’s development and prepare them to start school. Activities develop each child’s confidence, communication and academic skills, as well as building positive relationships with staff and encouraging their creativity.

Menus are prepared by the onsite chef to be nutritionally balanced and cater for dietary needs.

This nursery is well organised and well managed. Our daughter is always excited to attend and the days are filled with joy, play and learning.
I am delighted with the staff, the food, the activities and the overall care they provide. This place is fantastic!

My son loves attending the nursery, he’s always happy to go in and is never reluctant. All the practitioners are lovely and welcoming. They will happily tell me about my son's day at nursery even though they fill out all the information about his day on the my family app. Always answer the questions
me or my partner may have. It’s a great nursery and glad we picked it for our son.

Job Title: Nursery Owner and Director Joined: 2020

My name is Thulie and I am a mother to three beautiful children. I spent a considerable amount of time in Sweden and I was very impressed by their take on nursery and pre-school learning, which focuses on child-led learning and creativity, in addition to using the outdoors to encourage exploratory learning. I believe this helps the children at this tender age to develop in leaps and bounds, compared to their peers who are not actively exploring and utilising the natural spaces around them.


I have worked in the City specialising in Finance roles, within multinational companies. Prior to that I worked and managed settings in Social Care, supporting young adults with Autism and Learning Difficulties. The experience I gained in this sector has given me a solid understanding of the importance of Safeguarding, Health and Safety and Compliance within a setting as well as providing a caring and stimulating environment for the people we care for every day.


My promise to parents, who choose to entrust us with their children, is that I will personally work with our very experienced manager and team to create a home from home environment for their children and can be confident that their children are getting the best care, cuddles and comfort.
