Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Cambridge, Grange Road

My son (2.5 years old) love the daycare. It took a month for him to get used to it, he started when he was 10 months and the team at Grange Road was very supportive and helping him with hugs and loves to sit on his own. He is a more independent player and the staff accommodate to it and helps when he is more upset. They encourage him to join plays with other kids but without pressure. I am very happy with the daycare and highly recommend!

We love Monkey Puzzle Grange road, and would not hesitate to recommend them as a wonderful place to start your child's educational journey!

Both myself and my son love the setting and the staff. Right from the get go with a complicated and quick registration needed we have been supported amazingly as a family. My son has thrived since attending aged 9 months. He's much more adventurous with food as they have a wonderful varied menu and are able to accommodate allergies and Intolerances. The parent messy play events are a wonderful opportunity to meet the staff and other carers and see your child play and explore in the environment. Their parent app is great and allows for me to keep and eye on what he's eating and naps. They actively encourage outside play as well as creative messy play. My son barely looks back at drop off now he loves the girls there so much if I mention their names at home he smiles.

My experience with the team at Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery on Grange Road has been nothing short of sensational. The team consistently demonstrate a dedicated, genuine and professional level of care towards our daughter. In particular the team of ladies in the baby room have a strong bond and no job is too much. They create a safe, welcoming and warm environment and set very high standards.

The activities were exciting and the kids loved them. The food was also very great. My kid learns a lot of skills in the garden. He also loves the songs taught by the teachers. It was a really nice experience staying there.

I'm overall happy with the nursery as my son, who is in the toddler room, is very happy there (although it took him many months to not cry during drop-off). I would say that there is room for improvement regarding the management team though as it is very hard to get any answers by email and I need to ring them many times before they resolve any queries I have.

My children have been at monkey puzzle for over 3 years and we have been very happy with the care they have received. The staff really know them well and care about them a lot. It feels like a home from home. Highly recommend!

Our daughter has been going to Monkey Puzzle now for more than 6 months and she’s absolutely loving it. We drop her off and pick her up every day with a big smile on her face. Thanks to the amazing staff at MP!

Leaving your child in the care of others is always daunting. Myself and my husband couldn’t be happier with everyone at Monkey Puzzle. Their care, compassion and understanding from a parents’ perspective is fantastic. My son has developed much faster than we ever thought and that’s down to his key worker and other staff members. They’re always so positive and supportive as well as thorough when giving us a summary of how my son’s day has been. My son comes home clean and happy after a day of engaging activities. The way his key worker and another staff member especially have been able to reassure me as a worried mother is outstanding. I’ve never been made to feel like my requests or questions are ever too much. Thank you to the whole team for taking such good care of our son. We couldn’t be happier with how he’s getting on and that’s so very largely down to you all!

Monkey Puzzles Grange Road is an outstanding nursery. The staff are exceptional. The staff go above and beyond to provide wonderful care for my children. They provide updates on the app and in person. The staff have developed a marvellous program to meet the individual developmental needs of my children. The kindness and care of the staff is incredible.

My child has just started nursery at Monkey Puzzle Grange Road and I just had to write and say thank you to the amazing staff at the nursery. It’s always talked about amongst mothers as being the hardest thing dropping your child off at nursery for the first time, and Monkey Puzzle changed that for me! My child absolutely loves attending nursery here. The staff are kind and enthusiastic and look after the children well. They do a wide range of activities with the children and it is so great that there is outdoor space where the children can play. Meals provided all seem to be healthy and nutritious and at pick-up. all the children look happy. I am so grateful that the staff here look after my child so well and I would highly recommend this nursery.

My toddler loves going to nursery each day, and has lovely relationships with his caregivers. The outdoor and indoor areas are very spacious compared to our previous nursery with plenty of space to run around and explore, meals seem to be nutritious, and we're noticing new things that he is learning there each week. It seems to be well organised and managed and all the staff are very responsive and happy to chat about anything.

My son loved this nursery from the first time he attended at 8 months, and 8 months later he's still loving it! The staff are so caring and go above and beyond to be attentive to each child as an individual. My son has gone from being quite a shy and sensitive baby to being a sociable little boy, and it's such a relief to know that he's not just in safe hands but also enjoying himself while we're at work!

Our toddler is really happy at Monkey Puzzle. We get good, regular updates and they manage his (slightly complex) medical problem sensibly. They have been very responsive to any requests and are always lovely at pick up and drop off.

We've had a great experience with Monkey Puzzle. The teachers and carers are incredibly warm and attentive, which gives me so much peace of mind. I love how their app keeps me in the loop with all the details like food, naps, and nappy changes. They also organise several celebrations that parents and kids can attend like Christmas and Mother's Day.

They also follow a very balanced diets for kids and exclude sugar and salt from the meals. They have a chef on site that prepares all meals fresh.

The manager, is top-notch, super engaged, and truly caring. I see a huge improvement since she joined. I highly recommend Monkey Puzzle on Grange Road to any parent looking for a caring, detail-oriented, and joyful nursery experience.

Experience with staff is really great. We get enough information when we drop off our kid and some extra on a brief - how his day was - which is really pleasant. Food seems to be really good as well as our son eats lots of it every day. My only complaint is that the nursery is a bit pricey.

Our son has been attending Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery - Cambridge, Grange Road for about two years now. We are very happy with his general development and the support he gets at the nursery. We are especially proud of his English-speaking skills because we do not speak English with him at home. The team are really nice and patient with the little ones and organises lots of fun and educational activities for them. We are also regularly invited to various events at the nursery which we highly appreciate because it gives us a sense of community with the other families and nursery staff.

My children have been going to Monkey Puzzle nurseries since 2018. My children love going to nursery each day and have learned so much from their peers, activities and staff. No matter what happens with my children, the communication from the staff is amazing and highly appreciated. The food is all amazing, freshly made and each week we have different foods from different cultures.

My daughter has been attending Monkey Puzzle Grange Road full-time for 5 days since she was an infant and is now going to start preschool there. She absolutely loves going and spending her day doing all the activities and fun stuff. The staff are very friendly and approachable. They are always giving updates on the parent app. They do a lot of singing and dancing which my little one absolutely adores and she comes back home learning a new song. Overall a very good environment to bring out the curiosity and imagination of a child and help them develop their personalities.
