My daughter settled into the East Grinstead nursery very well. She loves the staff and it is clear that they all care for the children very well. It's a lovely setting with caring staff.
They have always been incredibly accommodating and can't seem to do enough for us.

My daughter loves her days at nursery. The staff are amazing and very supportive of the extra needs she has. Any concerns are flagged to us straight away and a detailed handover at pickup is always given.

As a mum that works in EYFS myself, I am very picky but when I saw Busy Bees I knew it was the right nursery.
The staff are out of this world and Communication is amazing.
My child’s allergies are looked after.

From the moment I and my husband enquired about Busy Bees and enrolled our daughter all the staff have been so welcoming and accommodating.
The first few settling in sessions were so comforting for us parents to have an insight into our daughters day at nursery.
We love the constant updates on how
her day is going too.
Highly recommend this nursery. Our daughter has grown in confidence and learnt so much already.

When my son first started nursery he was very shy and emotional. However, since starting at East Grinstead Busy Bees he has grown in confidence and settled almost immediately. He’s always smiling at pick up time and excited to show off his latest artwork. This is my sons last year before he goes to
school and he has already come on leaps and bounds with school readiness.
The staff are absolutely amazing and feel like family. They are supportive and want the best for every child at the nursery. I have never had a bad experience with East Grinstead Busy Bees and rate them highly.

I can only praise Busy Bees. The staff are warm, friendly and helpful. My little girl is certainly very happy and always has been. She is always happy to walk in and happy when I collect her. I felt a little guilty dropping my daughter to nursery when I went to work but she’s genuinely happy and thriving
from being there.

I’m so glad we found a nursery that ticked all the boxes and more….My son is so happy when I pick him up he doesn’t stop telling me about his day! He was especially excited recently to tell me how they smashed ice to get animals out like an octopus and penguins!
The staff are amazing and communication
has been so good even through a global pandemic.
They always have time for you and our child we are never rushed.
Overall I would 100% have and will tell anyone who will listen how great Busybees has been for our son. I’m going to hate to say goodbye come September when we have the new adventure of school!

My son started here in June when he was just under 1. Being a lockdown baby he was still fairly new to social situations and very wary and anxious around new people. He loved the nursery on our first settling in session and was happy to explore the room independently, and all of the girls seemed so
lovely and welcoming.
Once I started to leave him he was very unsettled as this was another thing very new to him (and me!) But all of the staff have been so warm and patient with him, and I can now say he comes out of nursery every day smiling!
I love the app, which gets updated throughout the day with nappy changes, mealtimes, sleeps and the occasional photo. The photos were a massive reassurance in the first weeks, to be able to see him playing happily and know he's settled was priceless.
Everybody is always so friendly and happy, and having their own personal chef is another big bonus. We love busy bees and would definitely recommend them!

My daughter was only 3 months when we went into lockdown, so when starting nursery at 16 months old, she had spent most of her life just with me and not much social interaction at all. So to start with, she would be upset every time I dropped her off and didn’t want to go. However, after a few weeks
of her realising she was having so much fun, she now goes in fine and barely looks back to say goodbye to me. She absolutely loves the staff there and they spent a lot of time and patience to comfort her and make sure she felt happy and settled. She asks me nearly every day if she is going to nursery and always mentions the names of some of the staff there. Since joining, her speech and confidence have come on so well. Although it was a rocky start, Busy Bees have really helped her and she absolutely loves it there. I would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone looking for their child.

My son started at Busy Bees at East Grinstead in September, and I am so pleased with the progress he has made since he joined. All the staff are lovely and welcoming and he seems to have really bonded with them. He is always so happy when he is picked up, he must have the best time there!
The nursery
itself is lovely and bright and has a great selection of toys. It's good to know the meals given are cooked freshly each day and the menu is varied. I would definitely recommend Busy Bees.

I cannot recommend Busy Bees at East Grinstead enough, my son has completely transformed since being there.
Their food menu for the children is incredible with huge amounts of variety.
The manager and the team are remarkable and always so thorough with my son's day, along with a very warm welcoming
experience, even in these hard circumstances.

My daughter has been attending Busy Bees since August and she loves it. The staff are always lovely and make you feel comfortable. My daughter always goes in with a smile and comes out happy, which is fantastic to see and makes me feel at ease as a parent. The only small downside is that tea is served
at 3:30 pm which I feel is a little too early. However, I would highly recommend this nursery.

The nursery manager and his team have been fantastic! They couldn’t offer a more hands-on and friendly environment for all the families.
My son has some medical needs which the staff have been happy to accommodate and work with us on.
The team have really helped my son to thrive and develop in their

Amazing staff, boys couldn’t be happier there, I fully recommend this nursery.
It is brand new, very clean, loads of toys and games for the kids to enjoy.
All team members have instantly bonded with the children and are great at giving feedback about the day.

Our daughter has been going here since July. The staff were very helpful with getting her settled in. The equipment and toys are first class and she loves going here. Sometimes she puts her little Busy Bees backpack on ready to head to the nursery at the weekends. We enjoy seeing her development and
hearing her say new things. We would not want her to go anywhere else and I could not recommend this nursery more. Thank you to all the Busy Bees East Grinstead team.

The Centre Director and his team and our key person have made every bit of the experience for us perfect. They are safe and thorough with procedures, thorough and caring about keeping me informed, amazing and loving towards my daughter, and make me feel like they are invested in us both as a family.
I couldn’t recommend East Grinstead Busy Bees more and do to all of my patients and contacts. The building is lovely but the staff make it like a home for all the kids there!

My babies are one and two and have attended Busy Bees since July. It is by far the cleanest, friendliest, well-managed nursery I visited. I had no hesitation to put my children in here and so glad I did, they absolutely love it! They get so excited when I drop them off and my two year old comes out
every day saying, good day good day! The staff know my children so well already and my children have bonded with the staff also. It has a lovely family feel. I love that all the rooms are so clean and tidy, the toys are wooden and look brand new. The rooms feel large and well organised. Going back to work and leaving very small babies is a huge thing, but leaving my babies here has never once made me feel guilty.

Busy Bees East Grinstead is fantastic. We couldn’t ask for a better nursery. The staff are extremely helpful and always go out of their way to help you, whatever the query. They truly make the start of your day stress free and provide excellent standard of care for our daughter. They have been particularly
supportive during the COVID crisis. The nursery setting itself is very high standard with a wide range of facilities and even an on site chef so you know your children are being well fed. We would highly recommend this nursery to anyone thinking of sending their child there.

Hello, I am Alex the Centre Director here at Busy Bees East Grinstead.


I have worked in childcare for over 20 years. This has been working with a variety of age ranges, and specialising in early years over the last 15 years. It has taken a long time to find the incredible team I have here, all of which bring something very special.


I believe East Grinstead Busy Bees can offer your family amazing care, and give your child the best start in life. We go above and beyond here at the Centre to ensure you and your family feel welcomed, and part of our growing family.
