Puddle Jumpers believe nursery is more than just childcare – it is the start of your child’s education, preparation for school and most importantly the foundation for a happy, healthy and successful life. Puddle Jumpers' aspirations are high; carefully planned learning opportunities inspire the children to become creative thinkers and problem solvers.

The setting has a carefully designed environment that is well equipped with resources to support your child’s developmental needs enabling them to be happy, confident and curious individuals. Whilst the nursery is in the heart of London, they are firm believers that children should be outdoors as much as possible.

The curriculum is filled with trips to local green spaces for their city children to experience nature. A wholesome and balanced diet is an important part of a healthy lifestyle. The on-site chef prepares fresh nutritious meals encouraging children to make healthy choices and experience a broad range of different food and tastes.

Part of the daily routine includes yoga and mindfulness. The children gather to spend a few moments thinking about how they are feeling, using skills for brain development such as focus, cognitive control, self-regulation, judgment and patience. Puddle Jumpers find these short sessions break up a busy day.

Our two daughters have been attending Puddle Jumpers since the business started and I have only good words for the team and the nursery itself. The staff are very caring and they fully engage with the children, providing them security and confidence. They do a lot of activities and spend a lot of time
outside in local parks which we really liked. Staff are very responsive, from management to carers and know the kids well. I would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone. We will miss being part of the Puddle Jumpers family!

My daughter attends Puddle Jumpers Nursery and we are very happy with the service provided. She loves going every morning and has bonded well with the other kids and staff alike. We find the staff professional and engaging. We love that they take the kids out exploring! We like that they update the
portal with pictures as it allows us to see what the kids get up to every day. No hesitation in recommending this nursery to other parents.

My son has attended this nursery since august 2020, from my first dealings with them in the registration and enrollment process they have been both friendly and professional. During settling in, the staff were wonderful and have continued to be so throughout. Puddle Jumpers gets the perfect balance
between running a professional nursery and personally caring for the children. It is obvious that the staff care deeply for the children they work with, they are always happy and enthusiastic even at the end of a long week. The activities provided for the children are excellent and the communication through the app allows you to see what the children are up to, great to reassure working parents. I feel like they really know my son, he talks about his carers at the weekend and is excited to go to nursery. I cannot recommend Puddle Jumpers highly enough, they are fabulous. I have my daughter joining in February and have recommended this nursery to all my friends.

My son attended the babies room for almost a year and it was such a wonderful place for him. I was so nervous to start him in nursery as we’d never left him with anyone else before but from the first settling in sessions, I felt fully supported and knew that he was in amazing hands. They were so patient
with him and soon enough he grew confident and comfortable. Since then, he has grown and grown and I can’t imagine better people to have taken care of him for this last year. He’s absolutely loved all of the activities and outdoor time the nursery provided, they always seemed well thought out and exciting. They included activities inspired by the children’s interests, my son particularly enjoyed going to see all of the emergency vehicles! It’s lovely being updated with notes and pictures on the app and seeing how excited he was. I’m so glad we found Puddle Jumpers and would recommend it to people in the area.

Puddle Jumpers... one word amazing! Our son joined Puddle Jumpers when they purchased his old nursery, and I couldn’t recommend them enough. The professionalism of the staff, the brand new facilities, activities for the children and communication from management are at such a high standard. My son loves
going to such a great environment and is learning so much, along with making very positive friendships. We will be sad to leave when he graduates!

Best nursery in the area. I've already tried a few and was disappointed.
Great food, great personnel. Very open to suggestions and having friendly chats.
They use a great app to chat with them during the day and give you daily updates with photos of children activities.
Everything is brand new and
childminders are highly qualified.
During lockdown, they simply suspended pay, compared to other nurseries who asked for money from parents.

My name is Chris Jayne Micu and I would like to introduce myself as the Nursery Manager at Puddle Jumpers Nursery. I'm excited to meet you all and work in partnership with you to care for and educate your lovely children. Having worked with children for many years, I have always ensured high standards are maintained at all times and believe that our children's best interests come first.


I have an International Diploma in Montessori (Early Childhood) and I’m a qualified Forest School Leader. I also hold a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Creative and Professional Writing.


I'm very passionate about working with children as I believe that they are the future. Throughout the years, I have written bespoke plays for children's shows at nurseries where I have worked, using my skills in creative writing. Alongside these plays, children have been able to perform to large audiences where children have blossomed in their development and confidence.


I believe in outdoor learning, as being a Forest School Leader have knowledge of the benefits it holds for our children. Having had the opportunity in working in partnership with communities, children in my care have been able to plant a tree in a park where they will be guardians in caring for the tree to grow. These enable children to have first-hand experiences in looking after our world.


I hope to bring these experiences to Puddle Jumpers and more to your children.


I have been part of a management team that has received Montessori accreditation and I am fully qualified in relation to the childcare aspect of the Montessori teaching method and use this to my advantage in my knowledge also of the EYFS.


Together with the Puddle Jumpers team, I believe that we will be able to progressively work together towards achieving high aspirations for the future of your children.
