Our daughter was with Puddle Jumpers for nearly six months in the baby room before we moved away from the area. They were absolutely fantastic with her. It was clear that the team really cared for her and she adored them back. They invested in her development and made her feel safe and comfortable, so much so that she would often try and jump out of my arms to be with her key workers in the morning. I'm so grateful for how the team looked after our little girl and would highly recommend sending your child there.

I'm so glad we moved to Puddle Jumpers! My daughter was so unhappy at her previous nursery and after several months of her not settling in we decided to move to PJs and haven't looked back! My daughter is absolutely thriving here, she has learnt so many skills and is developing in new ways all the time. I no longer have to fear the teary drop-offs as we did at her previous nursery and when approaching the Puddle Jumpers Nursery she starts kicking her legs in the pram as she's excited to get in. We told the Management about our previous nursery experience and all the staff have gone above and beyond to help our daughter settle in. She particularly loves the outdoor activities and always eats well from the fantastic menu they have. They have created such a warm and nurturing environment which makes us feel at ease. We are delighted with our experience here and would recommend to anyone!

Our son has been at Puddle Jumpers for the past 2 years, and we have had the most wonderful experience. Despite all the challenges that all nurseries face post-Covid, like high staff turnaround at some points, we have felt that our son has remained held and supported throughout his entire time at PJ's. We are so grateful to have watched him grow, learn valuable academic and life skills, and develop secure relationships with the staff as well as gorgeous friendships with his peers. They have also gone above and beyond to support us with our son's speech and hearing challenges before and after his adenoids and grommet surgery earlier this year. Although he's sadly moving on to a local school, he is well-equipped with skills to do so thanks to the team at PJ's. We now have the pleasure of watching our daughter develop and thrive at PJ's over the coming years.

My daughter was at Puddle Jumpers in Preschool last year and now she is at Reception and I can really tell how important her time at Puddle Jumpers has been. It’s rare that you come across a standout nursery like Puddle Jumpers. My daughter was super happy to go to Puddle Jumpers every day, she formed amazing attachments with her teachers, bonded with friends, had fun and learned so much. She loved the food, which is made daily by their lovely chef on the spot. Puddle Jumpers has an extraordinary multinational feel to it, with children coming from all over the world. Finally, they are super big on outdoor activities and arrange a number of fun activities outside: the children go out every day, come rain or shine, to the park, the playground, the market, the supermarket, the library and to museums. I think the key secret of their success is their teachers: sweet, patient, incredibly passionate about children and education and who see the potential in each and every one of them and help them discover and nurture their potential.

The staff is so attentive and helps with the settlement of my baby girl. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Thank you to three members of staff in particular and so many others who provide good care to the little ones in the baby room.

Puddle Jumpers is a great nursery. Our baby has felt comfortable there from very early on and is clearly fond of the staff and well looked after. We appreciate the team's flexibility, personalised approach to every child and good communication. Our little one is clearly thriving in the stimulating environment and enjoys the wide variety of activities they do. It's also great that they are committed to getting the little ones out and about every day and encouraging them to explore outside the nursery. Overall would highly recommend!

We have been thrilled with the level of engagement and genuine care demonstrated by the baby room stay at Puddle Jumpers. Everyday outings and innovative experiences make up for the lack of outdoor space, and the open-door policy of the nursey (thumbprint access) is both handy and reassuring. Thank you, Puddle Jumpers.

Puddle Jumpers Nursery has so many wonderful staff members that are deeply committed to the children and ensuring that they have a good experience and many opportunities to learn. The toddlers get a wide range of experiences - including yoga, baking, lots of crafts, outdoor play, etc. They also do two trips every day and ensure that each child goes on at least one of the trips. They try to keep the trips interesting by doing different things - some days they take the kids on the train to various places. The whole team works very hard to ensure that both children and parents are comfortable and well cared for. They also use an app which makes interacting with the staff easy if required but also ensures that everything you need to be aware of is listed in one place. All in all a good experience and would recommend it to other parents.

Through the mobile app, the team always keep us updated on the exciting things the children are getting up to and we always feel assured our son is having a lovely time. Our second child is about to join and we are excited for her to get to go!

We are very happy that we chose Puddle Jumpers for our daughter. She has been coming here for three months and she is very happy when I drop her off and when I pick her up. The extended hours are another bonus, because I have to drop her off early in order to get to work on time. The staff are friendly and helpful and my daughter is learning so much.

Very pleased with the level of care shown by all the staff to my son (20 months old at the time of review, having been at puddle jumpers since he was about 11 months old). Really feels like he is well-loved and can't speak highly enough about the staff in the baby room.

The activities and trips they do are great and our son has a great time and great friends.

We also receive photos through the app regularly to know what the children are getting up to. Overall - a fantastic nursery with very kind staff! Would highly recommend.

What a lovely nursery! My son has been at Puddle Jumpers for over 2 years and we had the best experience. We had been to two nurseries before with problems with care, food or staff but at Puddle Jumpers, we never had any issues like that. The staff are so warm and caring - my son formed such a special bond with them all - he always spoke about them and would name one of them in his top 3 people in the world! The support and flexibility were great and I have always been so confident that my son would be looked after. I loved that they always took the kids out and did so many indoor and outdoor activities such as starting a caterpillar to a butterfly farm.

My son is now in school but he will always cherish his time here.

Brilliant nursery. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. My son has been going there for some time, and he's thoroughly enjoyed his time there. My son is really going to miss it, and me and my wife will too. Its been an excellent experience.

My daughter has had such an amazing stay at the nursery. She's been taken good care of and enjoyed learning creatively. The planning into sessions has not gone unnoticed as they are very well thought out and a great way of engaging children. We have had such a great experience sending our daughter here and will definitely recommend this nursery to family and friends. The staff have been exceptional in every way and in every interaction. The staff supported my daughter in her transition (first ever nursery) and she has loved every minute at Puddle Jumpers Nursery. She bonded so well with all staff due to the loving and warm nature of every staff I've had interaction with. Staff always meet you with a smile which starts the day off perfectly. Amazing nursery, learning creatively and fabulous staff! The creativity of the sessions with my 3 year old has very much stood out for me. Nothing but positive words for this nursery.
