This nursery is so unorganised when it comes to the payments and make you go in debt before they contact you I send my little boy here and to my knowledge we thought he was getting 30 hours but the nursery didn't receive the payments from our local Authority and it took the nursery over 4 months...
This nursery is so unorganised when it comes to the payments and make you go in debt before they contact you I send my little boy here and to my knowledge we thought he was getting 30 hours but the nursery didn't receive the payments from our local Authority and it took the nursery over 4 months before letting us know about it which made us in debt of over £4000 now they are threaten us and stating if we don't pay we will file for CCJ so be warned people and think twice before sending you child here.

We take communication with families seriously and always follow up any funding or fee-related matters in line with our procedures as soon as they are identified.
As a matter of data protection, we are unable to discuss individual circumstances, funding arrangements, or account details in a public forum. However, we can confirm that we always work with families to resolve any outstanding matters fairly, transparently, and in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

All year my son had a great time at Armadillos and he really learned a lot more than I could show. All the staff are so wonderful and take care of everything. Thanks a lot, Armadillos!

Both my children (2,5 and 5 years) have been attending the Summer Holiday Club at Armadillos and they’re absolutely loving it and having so much fun with the activities offered. There’s a relaxing atmosphere with fantastic staff ensuring the children are kept happy.

Just fantastic. Nursery full of caring and kind individuals, and the manager is absolutely amazing with my little boy. They welcomed my little boy at very short notice during lockdown and have taken fantastic care of him. Thanks so much to the manager and other staff, you guys are amazing! Couldn’t...

Couldn’t recommend this nursery enough especially as we had a bad experience with a previous nursery closer to home!

My 7-month-old daughter recently started at the nursery. The location is very convenient, the premises are spacious with a large playground area. The baby room where my daughter is is modern with new furniture and toys. Staff are very nice and helpful when I have any queries. The manager arranges...
My 7-month-old daughter recently started at the nursery. The location is very convenient, the premises are spacious with a large playground area. The baby room where my daughter is is modern with new furniture and toys. Staff are very nice and helpful when I have any queries. The manager arranges free settling-in sessions, this gave my daughter a chance to get used to the staff and new environment. Their online system lets me see my daughter's progress and activities she enjoys. This nursery is very new but my wife and I are glad we chose Armadillos.
