Staffing at a very high standard all across the board from ground level up to management & always keeping you informed of your child protection & progress + well-being if you have any concerns , l believe no matter who's on the other end of the call you may voice any concerns you may have then the member of staff will help you or point you in the right direction.

Our son has been attending the nursery and seems to really like it.

His father and I are impressed as every time he comes home he seems to have developed a new skill or word. The other day he came home singing twinkle twinkle little star - which melted our hearts and most recently singing the alphabet and counting numbers up to ten.

Management are also excellent in keeping us up to date with any goings on at the nursery such as key dates for events or if a virus is going around - what we need to keep an eye out for.

The nursery has a relaxed but professional feel and my partner and I both feel comfortable in the knowing that our son is well taken care off throughout the day.

I have been happy to reccomend the nursery to anyone looking in the area.

Our daughter has been going to this nursery from more than a year. She's developed many skills during this time and has enjoyed every day so far. There's a great spirit in the nursery; my daughter has developed strong bonds with her carers. The management of the nursery is very professional, friendly and responsive (even more so since a change a few months ago). We receive a good number of updates throughout the week. Nursery hours are great for working parents who need flexibility. The outside space of the nursery is a bit small (given its central location), but this is compensated by frequent trips to the park. Indoor facilities are great. Overall a good nursery that I'd happily recommend.

Great nursery, peace of mind when our child is in there, a great development program for kids, facilities are just constantly spotless and a very good atmosphere! Cannot recommend this place enough! The employees are very open-minded, taking on board parents' suggestions. The outside play area is graded for censorial development

I wish the nursery provided a more nutritious breakfast option instead of just cereal as I believe children should have other options to eat such as fruits or eggs like other breakfast options. Overall my child has settled in amazingly and enjoys the comfort of there teachers and other children.

I was apprehensive about putting my baby into nursery but the staff at Islington Square have worked so hard to make the transition as easy and happy as possible and I'm very glad we chose this nursery

I was really anxious about sending my son to nursery at first but I made a really good choice for us both!

Islington Square Nursery has been crucial in our little one’s development. I was quite apprehensive leaving my baby so young at nursery but the team is incredible and so supportive! Now she loves her time there so much. She is also learning new things very quickly. Thank you for everything team!

This is a great nursery. The staff are all amazing and friendly and it genuinely feels like a little family. When we hand our daughters over they are happy to go and it feels like the staff really cares for them. They do loads of excursions in the local area, celebrate so many cultural events which the kids all get involved in and love.

Our daughter joined Maggie and Rose in November 2022 when she was only 6 months old. The staff and management were welcoming to my family and caring to our little one. Every day she is happy to go to the nursery and see the same faces. I trust the lovely staff like in a family environment.

We receive regular updates on everything they do each day through the family app as well as daily pickup. Management responds promptly to all administrative questions, either via app or face-to-face.

A nice community seems to be growing around Maggie and Rose Islington.

Maggie and Rose Islington is a lovely, small nursery, where the children get dedicated care in a friendly environment. The facilities are good and the children do a range of fun learning activities. Both my sons love attending this nursery, in particular my youngest who has developed strong bonds with nursery staff and other children.

My son has been attending the nursery for the past two years and he’s finishing their preschool group this month. His confidence, speech and social skills have improved greatly during his time at Maggie and Rose and he happily goes in every morning. The staff is absolutely amazing, everyone is very attentive, knowledgeable and caring, they know the kids in their care very well and I’m very happy with the personal approach they take.

Our child has been a member of the nursery for about 1 1/2 years now and we are very happy there. Our daughter loves it too and made great friendships. The staff is passionate, loving and caring and always try to go the extra mile which we appreciate.

We have been with Maggie and Rose Islington since it first opened and have had two very happy children there. It is a very warm and nurturing environment and our daughter (two) is so confident in the space. She adores the people who look after her day to day and we have a huge amount of respect for them as childcarers and educators. They are flexible with our needs and always happy to discuss anything with us e.g. potty training. We have signed up our third child!

Our daughter has been in Maggie & Rose since 2021, she started in the baby room and she is now completing preschool. The staff at Maggie & Rose are fantastic, caring and really support the children. Our daughter has built good friendships with the children and staff. Daily activities are communicated via the app and good updates are always provided at pick-up. The food could be better, but regular fruit snacks throughout the day are offered. I really can't stress how great the staff are. They have a small outside space and they utilise the parks and green areas locally regularly.

Maggie & Rose will be very much missed by us.

This is a wonderful nursery, with a huge range of activities for little ones and staff members who really care about their emotional and intellectual development. My daughter started in October 2019 and settled in immediately. We were understandably nervous about her returning after the lockdown break, but the measures put in place have been hugely reassuring and I feel confident that she's in great hands. All members of staff are genuinely lovely, caring and it's been a pleasure to get to know them. My daughter has really thrived in the time she's been at Maggie & Rose and it's been a delight to see her grow in skills and confidence. Communication from the team is always great and we've been well supported through tricky periods like nap transitions, potty training and a complicated house move. We have recently moved out of Islington but are keeping my daughter at Maggie & Rose and commuting in every morning - which shows how great it is!
