Since day one, we have been very well looked after by the team at Islington Square. Our baby joined at just over eight months. Settling in days were easy to organise, flexible and the team made sure both we and our baby were happy before we joined. Staff, particularly the management team, have taken great effort to get to know us as well as our baby. Three months in and our Baby still totters in very happily every morning - can't ask for more than a happy baby! They've helped move our baby on to solids and he's really enjoying the variety of food on offer. Similarly, the varied schedule of park trips, Spanish sessions, and staff creativity with the activities they arrange is excellent. The outside terrace seems very well used and enjoyed - they seem to be out there a lot which we're happy to see.

We absolutely love this place! Our 2 year can't wait to be dropped off each day (he is usually first at the door!), we are completely confident (and therefore relaxed about him and his happiness) that he is having a lovely time and enjoying the day with the other children.
The staff are always very gentle and kind with the children and I have also found them very easy to speak to and open about anything you would like to or need to discuss with them.
The live ap updates so we know what our child is doing and when they are eating/ sleeping/ nappy changing etc are very useful and reassuring, especially when they first start at the nursery.
The program of events and activities seems to keep them all busy, and my little toddler comes home with all sorts of new songs and babbling stories about his fun days, thank you to everyone at the nursery. Highly recommend if you are looking for a kind and fun environment for your child.

His father and I are impressed as every time he comes home he seems to have developed a new skill or word. The other day he came home singing twinkle twinkle little star - which melted our hearts and most recently singing the alphabet and counting numbers up to ten.
He talks fondly of his peers when he is not at nursery. The teaching is excellant and we are kept up to date throughout the day of his activities and what he has been eating etc.Management are also excellent in keeping us up to date with any goings on at the nursery such as key dates for events or if a virus is going around - what we need to keep an eye out for.
The nursery has a relaxed but professional feel and my partner and I both feel comfortable in the knowing that our son is well taken care off throughout the day.
I have been happy to reccomend the nursery to anyone looking in the area.

There's a great spirit in the nursery; my daughter has developed strong bonds with her carers. The management of the nursery is very professional, friendly and responsive (even more so since a change a few months ago). We receive a good number of updates throughout the week. Nursery hours are great for working parents who need flexibility. The outside space of the nursery is a bit small (given its central location), but this is compensated by frequent trips to the park. Indoor facilities are great. Overall a good nursery that I'd happily recommend.
