Colourbox Montessori School - Red Lodge

My little boy has flourished at Colourbox, his speech has exploded and he’s always happy to go in when we drop him off. I love the Montessori approach which is helping to improve his independence and allowing him to learn through play. The staff are wonderful and make me feel at ease, I’m so pleased with our decision to send him to Colourbox.

My son absolutely loves this nursery. Being a lockdown baby I was worried about how he’d cope being away from me, however, I needn’t have worried. He has formed strong attachments to his key workers and often talks about them and the other babies on non-nursery days. When I drive him to the setting he recognises the journey and will start excitedly shouting about going to nursery. He loves it. Staff take such good care of him and are very vigilant over his allergies. I also love that I can see what he’s been up on the app the nursery use and that I get report updates every term. I couldn’t recommend it more and so glad I chose this setting.

This was the best I could ever do for my son. He has improved and grown so much just by going to nursery. The staff are amazing, they work with the children and they teach them how to be independent. I’ve seen a big difference in my son's behaviour and sometimes I’m so pleased and proud of him. Especially shout out to the room leader and the apprentice, my son loves them both and he can’t stop talking about them, they have been so nice and kind with us. Thank you to everyone for everything.

They have also been extremely helpful with days and hours.

My son graduated last year from Colorbox Montessori School - Red lodge. I highly recommend the school to everyone. Fantastic team, very friendly, they did such a good job with him. He learned so much. During the pandemic, while my son was out of school they offered a Zoom session which he enjoyed. We loved all the activities and my son was able to see his friends. All the effort is so much appreciated, thank you team Red Lodge, you also gave us the feeling that our son was safe, especially during this pandemic. Thank you.

My daughter always runs through the doors in the morning, eager and delighted to see her teachers and friends. At the end of the day, she is full of smiles and waves them all goodbye. She couldn't be happier here, the staff are so kind and thoughtful and I love the daily updates on the app.

Have been using the nursery for over a year. The staff here are great and the creche is fantastic. Our child loves going there and always seems to have a great day. Get regular updates and never had any complaints whatsoever.

My daughter joined this nursery on their first day of opening back in 2018. I have watched her go from strength to strength with the support and care of the staff. She is so excited to go each day and comes out bursting to tell me all about her day. The resources they have for the children are of the best quality and they have lots of time outdoors as well no matter the weather. The children have home-cooked lunches each day which is fantastic. The staff are all so lovely and really care deeply for the children and it shows not only in their manner but in the childrens' happiness. I can’t recommend enough.

My sister highly recommended Colourbox to me as her two children went there so it was only natural my son went too after hearing so many great things. And I certainly was not disappointed. My son is extremely happy at Colourbox and always has a lovely fun-filled day. Where he has also learned a lot. And the teachers are really lovely. I’m extremely happy with Colourbox and I would highly recommend it to someone else.

My son has been attending Colourbox at Red Lodge since the age of 2. His development in all areas has really come a long way since he first joined. I am kept up to date with my son's progress on a regular basis. The staff at the nursery do a great job and I can not thank them enough for helping my son achieve what he has done so far.

Colourbox is an outstanding school for nursery. They are very supportive and caring and takes the development of my child very seriously. They are focused and have handled the pandemic well. Excellent, hope many other children benefit from this school.

My little girl loves coming to nursery especially to see the teacher, she’s only been here a couple of months but already has settled in so well and I love the daily diary updates and pictures I get at the end of the day to see what she’s been up to! I also had my son here a few years ago and cannot fault the staff they are all so good with the kids.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is delicious. It's always clean inside. The staff care and care for the children. The baby loves to go there. She is content and happy. I highly recommend.

Lovely staff who have made my once crying toddler so much happier to go to nursery. I can see in day-to-day activities skills he has learned at nursery. The nursery has great health and safety, easy access and parking and overall a lovely place I feel confident letting my boy attend.

Our daughter has been at the Red Lodge setting now for a year, and in that time we have been extremely impressed with the passion and dedication the team display in the roles. Our daughter has come on leaps and bounds in the time she has been within the setting and we have certainly seen the Montessori values coming through in the way she approaches tasks and her learning. We are always more than happy to share our positive experiences with others who are considering a childcare provider.

I love how happy my son goes to this nursery and seeing how happy he is when I collect him. He has come out of his shell so much and is learning different things every day. It is just a fantastic nursery. Can't thank them enough for what they all do.

Amazing nursery, my daughter has already learned so many new life skills in such a short time! She absolutely loves attending and can’t wait to get in at 9 am! I would recommend Colourbox Red Lodge to anyone in the local area!!

Lovely friendly staff. The nursery set-up is amazing and they offer a wonderful learning routine for little ones. My son is always looking forward to going to the nursery and simply runs inside every morning, doesn't even look back. They teach the Montessori way and my son is a lot more independent now he is going to nursery. My son has lots of food allergies and they cater for his needs, always being very careful to not let him have anything he can't. I am very upset that in some months I will have to take him to another nursery since we are moving far away. I strongly recommend Colourbox Red Lodge to any parent. Also, they are extremely careful about the Covid situation, measuring temperature when getting in, informing parents and checking if everything is okay.

I feel my son has settled in very well and enjoys his time playing with the other children. Since starting nursery a few weeks ago I have already noticed that he is feeding himself a lot better with a fork or spoon. He is also learning to say new words. I love reading his daily diary and seeing the photos of the children eating their lunch so nicely and playing together.
