Little Learners Childcare (N.E) Ltd

This is my second child who has attended this nursery. I can honestly say I can't recommend this nursery enough. My boys have had first class care. The staff are so friendly, caring, and devoted to looking after my little one. Nothing is any problem and through the pandemic, they were outstanding supporting families. The staff listen and adapt things especially in relation to my views regarding my son's food choices. They do so much with the children to develop them.

My son always looks forward to going to nursery and is forever talking about the staff like they're his friends. He's came on so much since he started here.

Little Learners is a fab nursery. The staff are great, and they have been so supportive in helping my little boy settle in. He has always been with family, so it took him a little while, however, they definitely made it easier. They are always happy to have a chat and let you know how they are doing. Can’t fault them at all.

Myself and my wife highly recommend this nursery. Our little boy has settled so well and we completely trust the management and staff to act in the best interests of our son. We also receive prompt and regular communication and view photos of what mischief he's been getting up to and that is really appreciated!

The staff are always very happy and very welcoming and makes it very comfortable to leave my son there. They are very informative and give good feedback about what your child has been doing that day, eating etc. And my son loves it and is always happy to go so this is a great sign, that it is a very good nursery.

Little Learners has been amazing from the start. Our little boy settled in so well and has loved going from day 1. Little Learners is so supportive of the families too. They have helped our little boy grow so much. Thank you. Totally amazing.

Both of my children have attended Little Learners. When the eldest left for school, all the staff were heartbroken to see the children go - this is because the staff all have a genuine care for the children, and both of mine are treated as if they are family. The youngest continued on at the nursery, and ever without her big sister, she settled very quickly, and every day without fail, she comes out happy and smiling telling me about her fun day. There are always fun activities for the children to do and it's lovely to hear my child speak with such adoration of the staff who look after her. The best staff and nursery facility around.

Little Learners is a lovely place. The staff are all caring and friendly. My daughter struggles with leaving me and they did all they could to help her feel safe and settle in and now she loves to go! The rooms are full of resources for play and learning and they encourage lots of messy play which I think is great.

My child struggled at first going into the nursery however is now settling in well. My child seems to enjoy his time at nursery when he is attending as I was provided pictures of the activities he was participating in which shows him happy and smiling away. The nursery staff are always helpful and kind and my child seems to like them a lot. They have provided my child with a variety of food for breakfast/lunch and snack to help introduce new foods.

My daughter absolutely loves going to nursery. She has recently transitioned from the baby section to the 2-3s. I was worried at first about how she would be but the staff have been amazing and moved her across the best way possible to avoid any distress. By the way they have done this and put her best interests first, she has massively come out of her shell and opened up more feeling comfortable and confident each nursery visit. The staff always keep me updated with her progress and look for ways they can support her learning. I could not recommend this nursery enough!

Our little boy started nursery at Little Learners in August last year and I cannot say how amazing all of the staff are. He settled in so quickly. We felt so happy and had peace of mind he was so well cared for and has progressed in leaps. He loves going and waves us bye at the door. In these very strange times, it has been a constant for him and kept us sane! Can't recommend them enough. Brilliant team, very well led.

Little Learners feels like an extension of our family. We are supported by the expertise and kindness of the staff who always take the time to chat and share the details of our daughter's day at nursery. Our daughter is now 2 and a half and has attended since she was 1, it is a home from home for her. Her happiness at nursery is a testament to it's warm, safe, happy and stimulating atmosphere.

My son moved from another large chain nursery aged 2. He had struggled to settle at the first nursery and I visited a number of alternatives before finding Little Learners. I knew straight away that it was right for us - it was such a warm and friendly environment. The premises are lovely with lots of activities and crafts. Every member of staff knows every child and that is really important to me. The staff are helpful and kind. They are happy to be contacted in the day for an update if need be. They have been excellent throughout COVID and I have been so impressed by how well they have dealt with it. Most importantly, my little boy is happy there and feels safe.

As parents, you always worry about how your child will adjust to change but the staff made this transition very easy. My son has developed so much over a short period of time and the team take credit for this. We have got a very happy boy. Thank you!

My daughter returned to nursery after her Christmas break and she was very unsettled entering the nursery. I was quickly reassured by my daughters key worker that she would message once she was settled (which she did). When we arrived to pick my daughter up we were greeted by her key worker and the nursery tablet which showed my daughter interacting and playing throughout the day. I am very happy with the level of care and interaction my daughter receives from her key worker. Thank you all so much for looking after her. You really do a great job with her.

Excellent nursery, my daughter has been attending for 2 years now and loves nursery, running in each day, always talking about her friends and staff. Staff are helpful and supportive and follow my child's learning and interest from home. My child's key worker keeps us up to date with telephone reviews due to Covid restrictions and not being able to go into the nursery, so we are always up to date with her learning/experiences. My little one gets so excited knowing she can share her weekend experiences with home learning sent via email to the nursery to share. Would highly recommend Little Learners.

I feel very happy about leaving my daughter here. The staff are very friendly and before lockdown, really enjoyed and valued being able to go into the nursery to see where my daughter played, learned etc. My daughter loves nursery and we have really seen an improvement in her development and confidence. Thank you for taking such good care of our daughter.

Overall I am satisfied with Little Learners Childcare. I feel they lost their way a bit during covid in terms of adapting existing handovers and reporting however to give this a fair representation. A lot of nurseries must have struggled with this. I would like to see more handover about my daughter's day and would love to see more tie-in with the community (e.g. nursing home or fun days.)

Every member of staff within this nursery is always so friendly and enthusiastic especially with the children, which is what I love about this nursery. When I come to collect my child they tell me everything about what my child has done that day. If I ever have any questions on his learning or development they don't hesitate to help. Everything they do with the children is always to help them learn and have fun. My child gets excited to be there.

Little Learners have supported me over the past 5 years with three children attending. Staff are kind, caring and approachable. They have supported dietary needs and home behaviours. Our children have all developed several skills and met their early learning goals whilst making lots of friends along the way. Highly recommend Little Learners Nursery. They are fantastic.
