Their recent Ofsted inspection was also a success and recognised how much they have improved in the past year. They are a great nursery and that should be recognised.

My 19-month-old daughter has been in the baby room for 7 months and absolutely loves it. On her days off, we walk past and she waves and kicks her legs. All the staff are brilliant, very caring and friendly and I know she is well looked after. They’re always up to different activities (painting, playing with sand, crafting, water play, park visits) and she regularly starts singing songs I didn’t know she knew so they must do plenty of singing there too. I’ve never seen their lunch/tea etc but they have a wide variety of healthy meals based on their menu and her carers always report that she eats it all (99% of the time) so they must be pretty tasty. Staff are always happy to answer any questions I have or implement any changes I’d like (e.g. nap timings etc). Highly recommend this nursery to anyone looking.

I rated this nursery 5 stars a year ago. Unfortunately, since then they have had no end of staff turnover and have actually closed down for a week after an unannounced Ofsted inspection, lots of complaints, and accidents. I would vet this nursery thoroughly if you are even considering it. The staff leader in the preschool room has been amazing, but one member of staff can’t uphold an entire nursery alone sadly.

Our son loves the nursery since starting in January 2021, particularly the staff, who are amazing, so supportive and caring. The activities and trips out they do are stimulating and diverse, the food is healthy and balanced and is gobbled up by our one year old. The daily feedback and regular photos and videos you receive are wonderful and the team are great at communicating both in person and via email. They have created a lovely environment and atmosphere and we would not hesitate to recommend Bliss Childcare and Nursery School.

Both of our daughters went and go to Bliss Childcare and Nursery School. We moved here from the US a year ago and our oldest loved it for the short time she went before starting reception and she still likes to go say hello when we do pick-up. My youngest has gone for six months and the one thing that stands out to me is that she is really happy to go there every day. She's never hesitant or upset, she loves it and has a great relationship with the staff. The staff are great too. They let us know what's going on and keep us well-informed since we can't visit or check-in in person, like before because of Covid-19. They are also very flexible with scheduling. After doing some research, I also think this nursery is a great value. Our daughter attends for full days. Overall, we're very pleased to have found them and are grateful to have their help and flexibility.

My daughter attends the Bliss nursery since she was 6 months (September 2020) and loves it there. The staff are amazing and they do their best to accommodate all her needs and follow our routine. What I also like about this nursery is the clean and spacious rooms.

Our now 18 months old son joined Bliss just after it opened in October 2019. Since day 1, he has just had a wonderful time. He is always excited to see his key worker who he has a lovely bond with and gets up to a variety of stimulating activities every day. He often comes home and shows us new words or actions he has learned so the learning is clearly engaging for him. He very much enjoys the varied menu too. We've been really impressed with Bliss's handling of the covid pandemic, they acted quickly and decisively so parents knew where they stood at all times and gave regular clear updates, which has been very reassuring. Overall, from the start I've felt confident and reassured that my child is in the best hands and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bliss to anyone.

Our twin girls have attended Bliss for almost a year now and have just transitioned to the toddler room. We have been extremely happy with the care they have received at Bliss. The staff are all wonderful and the girls absolutely love it there. They really missed it during the lockdown and couldn't wait to go back. They run in most mornings without looking back and come home babbling about their friends and the staff they 'played with' with beaming smiles. We are very pleased with every interaction we've had with management. We feel that the team is run professionally and with a great deal of care. We look forward to seeing how the girls will continue to develop in this stimulating and safe environment in the toddler room. We have already recommended Bliss to friends in the area and will continue to do so without hesitation.

Bliss Nursery has been a fantastic choice for my son. In all aspects, the nursery provides excellent care for him and engage the children in exciting and entertaining activities. The staff at Bliss are friendly, approachable and trustworthy, there seems to be a great atmosphere within the team. The facilities at the nursery are great, there is some outside space for the children to explore and plenty of indoor activities for the children to enjoy. The children enjoy fresh healthy and varied meals, which my son really enjoys. Comprehensive feedback is provided daily and the team are always happy and responsive to questions in person or via email. We would absolutely recommend Bliss nursery.

It is a lovely building with excellent facilities for the children.

My son started attending Bliss in January. Both my husband and I have been consistently impressed with the excellent communication, care and thought throughout the staff team. We always enjoy seeing the images and reading the observations of all the exciting activities our son is able to engage in. The staff at Bliss are very child-centred and always put thought into the work they do with the children.

He is happy at nursery, with delightful pictures of him playing and giggling, and he loves the interaction with other children. I have recommended this nursery to several mums in our neighbourhood.
