Very positive experience. The staff are genuinely caring and always check in if a child is unwell, which shows how much they value each child's wellbeing. They put huge effort into creating new, stimulating activities. Our son comes home full of joy - recently telling us, "I had a very, very fun day at nursery." As first time parents, we've also really appreciated the support they offer with tantrums, potty training, eating and understanding what's normal developmentally; they take the time to talk things through and agree an approach together. The manager runs a tight ship which is great because it creates clear boundaries and a calm, consistent environment where the children understand the rules and can thrive. Only minor negative is that the outside space is a bit small but let's consider that some nurseries have none! The whole team is warm, friendly and always smiling (I don't know how they do it!). We couldn't recommend them more; they're a fantastic, dedicated team.

Our daughter is very happy at Bliss. She's always keen to go in the morning and comes out happy at pick up, which is the most important thing in our view. The staff are kind and approachable and engage her with creative, fun activities. They are helping her develop her language and foster a sense of routine (eg with handwashing and taking shoes on and off) that she's also happy to implement at home, which is very helpful! We receive detailed daily updates and it's clear how much the staff care about the children and their wellbeing. Would highly recommend Bliss to anyone.

Our son has been attending Bliss Nursery for the past two years, and overall we've had a very positive experience. While there has been some staff turnover during this time, the team has done a wonderful job caring for and educating him. We've seen his confidence, social skills, and learning really blossom.

One of the things we really value is the regular communication. The nursery keeps us updated with daily reports, which helps us feel connected to his day. The staff are warm, approachable, and genuinely invested in the children's development.

Bliss Nursery has been a wonderful start to our child's early years. The team creates such a warm, welcoming environment where children feel safe, happy, and encouraged to explore. The staff are not only caring and attentive but also deeply committed to each child's development. We've been so impressed with the variety of activities and the thoughtful way learning is made fun and engaging. Communication with parents is excellent, and it's clear that the wellbeing of every child is at the heart of everything they do. We couldn't be happier with our choice-Bliss Nursery truly lives up to its name.

Our daughter has attended Bliss for over two years. She attended another nursery before, and from the moment she started at Bliss we saw such a huge positive change in her learning, development and overall happiness.

The staff are so passionate, nurturing and professional, and we have been thrilled with our experience. The nursery is beautifully clean and tidy, and the equipment and toys are varied, high quality and engaging for the children. The outside space is quite small but the staff have maximised this as much as possible. They also make great efforts to take the children to nearby parks and on walks around the neighbourhood, as well as occasional days out to the zoo, farms and museums.

The food is excellent, with a focus on variety and nutritious whole foods. Allergies are taken very seriously.

The new(ish) management is effective, organised and communicative. Any concerns are always taken seriously. The app for parents works well.

A wonderful, inclusive, supportive environment with fantastic staff. I have two boys at the nursery and they are always very happy, arrive with a spring in their step and then not wanting to leave on pick up!

Bliss has been a fantastic nursery for my son - they have really built his confidence and we have always trusted that he is in very safe hands. We are so sad to be leaving but we would recommend bliss to anyone.

Bliss is a fantastic nursery. We chose Bliss due to the warm and friendly environment from the moment we walked in for our first visit, and it's gone from strength to strength since. Our little boy started in the baby room, where the team were fantastic getting him settled and thriving with routine and plenty of stimulation. Since moving to the toddler room, he is learning so much, taking part in a huge range of excellent activities and loves socialising with his friends and all the staff. The staff make a huge effort to create an environment for our boy to thrive in with activities personalised to interests alongside a great range of group activities, including weekly language and music classes, and days out. We love Bliss and are grateful to the whole team for everything they do.

It's not the place to send them in fancy outfits though, they're not there to be photogenic, they're there to learn and play and paint and get messy!

Possibly most valuably: they're not unreasonable about the toddlers being slightly ill. We know some nurseries where at the first sign of a sniffle, sore tummy or bit of a rash they get sent home! Toddlers are permanently a bit sniffly and getting into scrapes, the staff are amazing at looking after them and only sending them home when they've actually got something serious or contagious. Hugely appreciated.

Wonderful nursery that has supported my child since he was a baby in December 2020 to graduating to primary school. They have supported his development with regular updates via the app and have fantastic activities each week, including Mandarin, yoga, tennis and more. Facilities are good with a variety of toys and play spaces, books, air conditioning for the hot periods and sleep was never an issue. The outside space is used a lot for a runaround and they do go out for regular park trips which I feel is important. The staff are friendly and provide daily feedback and the food is of good quality and my son is happy with it. They have put on some wonderful events for children and parents, the sports day, Mother's/Father's Days, Christmas and Easter parties were all highlights. The parents have also made a real community spirit and keep in touch regularly. The graduation ceremony was amazing for the effort put in and my son has grown and developed in so many ways, thanks Bliss Childcare and Nursery School.

My two children have attended Bliss since they were babies. We stuck with the nursery when there was an unsettled period with high staff turnover and I'm truly glad we did. The new management team are excellent and the staff go above and beyond everyday. They have a wide variety of activities each week and the nursery has planned some excellent trips to museums which the kids loved. There is a real community feel amongst the staff and parents, helped by the many events organised by management such as sports day and parties for Mother's and Father's Day. The chef is wonderful not just with the food but with the children. My eldest daughter has just left Bliss after being at the nursery for 3.5 years and I really must commend the preschool team on how well she and her peers were prepared for the transition to "Big School". They have made it an exciting time and she loves popping back into nursery to say hello to all of the staff when we pick up her sister.

My 5-star review relates to 2023 when the improvements made really started showing and there was again real consistency in care, attention, learning and communication with parents. The Bliss team have worked incredibly hard to create a welcoming, safe and stimulating environment for our children and it is a pleasure to send our daughter to nursery.

Overall, the management team and staff have done a fantastic job in turning around the nursery. Myself and my partner couldn’t be happier knowing our daughter is left in trusted care. Regards.

I have had two kids in the nursery for nearly 2 years now. It became dire over the summer 2022 and was in a really bad place. Since then with strong leadership and support the team have pulled it from zero to hero. It is a different place. We have gone from worrying whether to send our kids there to loving sending our kids there. The staff are so much happier and the procedures they have put in place for safety and security of the children have been clear. They have an in-house chef who cooks the meals, varied weekly classes including yoga, teddy tennis and music. They have even started Mandarin lessons. They take the children out to parks and further afield trips such as museums. They have also planned parties for parents to attend such as Halloween, Christmas, Mother's Day, Easter etc. The events they have done for parents to come to have been very well thought out and frankly lovely gifts such as a photographed keyring of my children, which I love.

Our daughter has attended Bliss Childcare and Nursery School since she was 9 months old and we have had a positive experience of the nursery. She has the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of activities including tennis and recently Mandarin lessons, but most importantly she is happy and excited to attend the nursery and loves the staff and other children. Like many nurseries over the last 2 years (and I understand this is common in London) there were several staff and management changes in 2022 which led to some disruption but luckily the team that looked after my daughter has been broadly the same and I have been impressed with the new manager who took over in early 2023. Keep it up Bliss and thank you team for looking after our daughter so well!

I would highly recommend this nursery. My son is now 4 years old and has been attending the nursery since he was 1 year old. He is very happy and loves going. The staff are very caring and imaginative with the children. Thanks to the staff, who noticed my son's trouble hearing difficulties in a noisy environment, we discovered that he had glue ear and were able to get it treated quickly. The nursery staff and in particular the preschool teacher, were excellent in supporting him when he was anxious and reluctant to play with others due to his poor hearing. It changed his life. Thanks to Bliss's support, we now have a happy child, who has friends and integrates well in groups. While this nursery faced challenges with staff turnover, the preschool teachers were excellent throughout. The new staff have spread this high standard throughout the nursery and brought a new focus on singing, which has grown my son's confidence further. The nursery's in-house chef is excellent.
