N Family Club - London Fields

We are raising our child gender-free and the fact that staff reached out to ask us what that meant, brought us in to share learnings and readings and later scheduled a N Family Club-wide speaker about raising kids without gender stereotypes speaks volumes. Everyone is inclusive, humble and intelligent and parents and families have been treated with respect and kindness. That is reflected in our child when they sometimes take themselves out of stressful situations to breathe or, in some cases, take a parent aside and remind us to breathe! I do wish there was greater statutory provision for childcare/childcare staff because the folks deserve it.

Best Nursery in London! The staff are all absolutely wonderful, our son is met with cheerful, enthusiastic smiles every single morning. His meals are nutritious and tasty and the facilities are marvellous.

We've had the most amazing and positive experience with N Family London Fields. Our son absolutely loves it and has thrived. He runs in every day without looking back and always has so much to tell us at the end of every day. He has grown in confidence and in his key skills and has turned into a kind and funny little person under their care. Each staff member has been wonderful but the bond he has formed with his educator is very special. The bond of trust that has formed with the team there is outstanding and we couldn't have asked for a better nursery experience for our son. Every week, he takes part in a range of fun and stimulating activities - and he eats better than his parents do!

The food was also very very interesting (and yummy)!

The quality of care and support is exceptional and we are so glad that our daughter has the amazing staff here to help guide her through toddlerhood! We feel so supported by the whole team at N Family Club and have seen big improvements in our daughter’s confidence and behaviour.

We’ve had a great experience of N Family London Fields since our daughter moved there from a childminder 4 months ago. The level of care and support she receives has totally exceeded our expectations. Every morning she is eager to get going to nursery and arrives with a smile on her face, which as a parent is the best feeling! She is nurtured and challenged, and we really feel like she is seen and understood by her key worker and the whole team. She has slight speech delays and the team in her room have been teaching and using Makaton sign language which has really helped open up her communication. This is just one example of their dedication to helping each individual child thrive. We’re so lucky and pleased to have had the chance to give our daughter this great start.

From the awesome team to the great environment, N Family London fields just ticks all the boxes. We wanted to put our child somewhere she would really benefit and the one thing I can say is she can’t stop progressing and developing. The team is so caring, she just loves going there every morning, and always gets out of the place with nice energy. You can tell children are well stimulated and taken care of. I wouldn’t put her anywhere else. Love the team there and I trust them deeply.

We have been sending our child to N Family Club London Fields for almost a year now and we have nothing but positive things to say! N Family Club has definitely lived up to the hype. As parents, we are convinced that securing a spot at this nursery was the best gift we have given our young offspring to date! With the sheer quantity of new and stimulating experiences, the incredibly varied and delicious daily menu, the deep human connections with peers and educators.

The team at N Family is contributing so much to the growth and development of our child. The pandemic has, of course, had a big impact on how we can interact with the premises, the staff, and other families. However, we have felt confident sending our child to nursery knowing that tremendous care and dedication were behind all of the thoughtful measures that the nursery has undertaken to keep everyone safe. My son absolutely loves it here! Can't recommend it enough. The educators are so invested in all the kids' happiness and development. The variety of activities and learning opportunities that the kids get is really excellent.

Our son has been at N Family Club in London Fields for over a year now and we're loving the experience and so is he. We feel that the whole staff continuously go out of their way to make the nursery a fantastic experience for children and parents alike.

We feel very comfortable sending our son here. Not only does he love going there, but he also learns a lot. The educators focus on teaching him various skills according to his development stages. They always do that in a creative, playful manner. And we as first time parents learn a lot too.

I think N Family team really goes above and beyond, the care and education is top rate, the effort to constantly listen, improve, train their staff and support their career growth is something that shows up in the quality of service they provide.

Our child has been at N Family Club for nearly 3 years and we are really happy with our experience over that time. The educators are really caring and share feedback with us regularly, we get updates and photos throughout the day through the Family app, and a detailed report on the child's progress every term. The management team make us feel really welcome.

We couldn’t be happier with N Family London fields - the food, the carers and the ‘curriculum’. They really seem to make every effort to take a holistic progressive approach to child care. Everyone is very nice and our daughter loves to be there.

Our adopted daughter started in September 2021. It’s taken her a while to settle in but that’s to be expected of course. My husband and I are so happy with our choice of nursery. The staff care so much about the children and their families. They communicate extremely well about the child’s day and general development. The food is second to none! We love how much N Family Club seems to care about its staff and their professional development. The extra benefits are also great: office space next door at Second Home and webinars with child experts on a variety of topics. Lastly, we love that the staff introduces the children to a new language (Spanish). I don’t know if it’ll have a massive impact on our daughter’s language skills but anything that challenges their brains must be good right? Setting all this out in this review just reminds me how lucky we are to have N Family London Fields around the corner!

N Family Club - London Fields has exceeded our expectations for our daughter's first nursery experience. From our first settling in session, all staff have been very informative and professional, but also extremely friendly and approachable. It truly feels like a home from home, and our daughter definitely enjoys her time while at nursery - she is learning new things all the time and amazing us, all while being cared for and having a cuddle when needed.

Our son has been at N family Club - London Fields, for over two years and he absolutely loves it. The staff are super friendly and amazing. Always accommodating. After a lot of searching we are really happy we chose N Family Club for our little boy. We would recommend this nursery to all family and friends.

My, now 3 year old, has been attending the nursery for over a year. She has progressed amazingly and I have always found the staff very friendly, caring and full of ideas for great activities. Highly recommended!

My son joined the N Family Club around six months ago now. He is very happy there. I like how they handled the covid situation. I was very concerned and hesitating at the beginning, but now I don't worry about that anymore. I feel very safe taking my son there. The staff are very nice, we receive feedback and photos, so we know how he was doing at the nursery. Apparently, they have very good food, because my son is such an eater at the nursery. The management cares about what parents think and they always listen and make adjustments when they can.

Our daughter has been in the nursery for just over a year. She has a great time interacting with the other children. And in my experience, the staff are very proactive as regards helping childrens’ development. They are also communicative, letting parents know about daily happenings and listening to questions or suggestions. All in all, we’re extremely pleased with N Family Club.
