I feel the manager and her team are fantastic at Footprints, they have supported me every step of the way, being a new mother and unaware of nursery fees, the way things run etc they have been so helpful and so supportive.
My son loves attending the nursery and the girls really look after him, I can
tell he is cared for genuinely, which is a relief for any mother.
In general, I am really pleased with the care and service we receive.

Footprints Day Nursery is amazing. My son has extra needs and I was so anxious about him starting nursery, as my son was never away from me. Since my son has been at Footprints, he has come out of his shell so much more and it has been incredible watching him grow and become more independent and the
nursery play a big part in that. Every single member of staff are amazing and go above and beyond for all the children. They really are the best nursery. And I can't wait for my youngest to start in January and to watch him grow. Thanknyou Footprints for all you do for our children.

My daughter has attended Footprints since she was 10 months old and she's now 2. She found it tough settling in but the staff at Footprints were so supportive and went above and beyond to help her adjust. We really appreciate the extra efforts staff have made to support her as a bilingual child. The
environment at the nursery is nurturing and staff are very professional. My daughter loves going to nursery and is often sad at weekends when it's closed!

Absolutely amazing around. My little boy has been diagnosed with special needs at an early age and the staff have bent over backwards to help with his development in every way they can. The app is also great making it possible to get in touch with the nursery quickly as well as daily updates on what

My daughter loves Footprints nursery, she started in September and I was concerned because had enjoyed her old nursery however the staff have been so fantastic with her and created a lovely learning environment. She loves her new friends and her key workers but most of all she loves to be outdoors for
Forest school. The staff are organised and keep you updated on daily activities and any special events. Highly recommend.

Our daughter started footprints in April this year, a quiet little 2-year-old who didn't chat a lot. Now, a few months later she is full of confidence and a little chatterbox. We worried she would find it difficult transitioning as she has only really been with mummy and daddy at home but she settled
in straight away and is always so excited to go to nursery. The staff always go above and beyond and make the experience so personal. We will be so sad when she has to leave. Thank you so much!

Since starting this nursery my daughter has come on so well, her communication and confidence is the best it's ever been. The girls are an absolute delight and I trust them so much with her. My daughter has just started Footprints Day Nursery and I couldn’t be any happier with my decision to place her here. The settling-in process was smooth, the staff are lovely and most importantly for myself the knowledge around food allergies has been fantastic. They ensured her diet is met, communicated
well with me at the start to ensure they understood her allergies and had a fantastic process in place for this. The app is great with daily updates and it is lovely to see photos of my child enjoying a range of activities from outdoor play, and sensory room to mess play and painting. I especially love to see her happy little face at the end of the day which shows me she has had a lovely time whilst she is too young to communicate this verbally.

My son has been attending this nursery for a year now and the experience has been so wonderful. The management and staff are so great with their knowledge of complex allergies and get so excited with us when we pass little milestones. My son has come on leaps and bounds since starting and I have felt

My little girl has been going to Footprints just before she turned one.
What an amazing team they are, the girls are fantastic and my little girl loves them all.
I can’t believe how much she has come on she’s doing amazing.
She will be leaving to start big school in September and we are both so

My son has attended this nursery for nearly a year now and I wouldn’t want him in any other nursery, they are so good with him and his needs as he has cerebral palsy and they have helped him so much over the last 11 months. All the staff are so kind and good with the children. I’m always getting updates
