Love this nursery. All the staff are so lovely and care for every child like their own, love the updates on the app, my son loves coming here. He is thriving since he's started in September and his confidence is growing so much, thank you.

Just feel so confident leaving my daughter in their care. She loves the staff and has flourished in confidence and always loves her day. She's made friends and learned so much that she loves to share when she comes home.

Great staff and very helpful always keeping us updated about our child throughout the day. I would recommend them to other parents thinking of sending their child to nursery.

The team are excellent. They really take the time to get to know the children and to share how they've got on during the day at pick up time. They never seem to want to rush parents out the door - always giving as much time as parents like to discuss the day and plans for tomorrow. Our little boy absolutely loves the team and talks about them often at home. It certainly feels like they really care for all of the children and want to every one of them to excel, feel loved and have fun,

Footprints Day Nursery is, without a shadow of a doubt, the best nursery in Wallsend. The whole team is amazing and bends over backwards to adapt to every child's needs, my little boy started in June 2023 and the difference in him within this time frame is unbelievable. All of the staffing team are amazing and I will truly be devastated when it's our time to move on.

Couldn't recommend this nursery more, it's amazing.

He absolutely loves nursery now and is excited to go each morning. His key workers do an amazing job and we can relax knowing he's being so well taken care of. The facilities are excellent and the children spend a lot of time in the wonderful outdoor space. We're so glad we chose this nursery and would recommend to anyone.

My daughter absolutely loves it! Staff are amazing, very professional and are always very detailed in what activities they have done, keeping me up to date with meals and how my daughter has been. 10 out of 10.

Footprints Day Nursery are an amazing bunch of early year staff. They noticed issues with my son early, approached me with these and immediately put into place necessary steps, in advance to get him help. They adapt their delivery of childcare to enable the best per child, they tailor the day to the needs and best interests of the child. As a parent, this is all you could wish for. I am very grateful to all of the staff at Footprints, they have enabled my son to flourish in ways I never imagined.

Perfect place for our little girl! She loves it and we do too! We love hearing what she's done and learnt about at school after collecting her and hearing all about the fun she has had with her friends! All the staff are great and totally trust them all with our little girl! Thank you!

In general, I am really pleased with the care and service we receive.

My daughter has attended Footprints since she was 10 months old and she's now 2. She found it tough settling in but the staff at Footprints were so supportive and went above and beyond to help her adjust. We really appreciate the extra efforts staff have made to support her as a bilingual child. The environment at the nursery is nurturing and staff are very professional. My daughter loves going to nursery and is often sad at weekends when it's closed!

Absolutely amazing around. My little boy has been diagnosed with special needs at an early age and the staff have bent over backwards to help with his development in every way they can. The app is also great making it possible to get in touch with the nursery quickly as well as daily updates on what your child has been up to and the meals they have had.

Started in September and it's a great nursery my little boy absolutely loves it and gets so excited to go in. Everyone is so lovely always kept updated and very well informed about things happening etc.

My daughter loves Footprints nursery, she started in September and I was concerned because had enjoyed her old nursery however the staff have been so fantastic with her and created a lovely learning environment. She loves her new friends and her key workers but most of all she loves to be outdoors for Forest school. The staff are organised and keep you updated on daily activities and any special events. Highly recommend.

Our daughter started footprints in April this year, a quiet little 2-year-old who didn't chat a lot. Now, a few months later she is full of confidence and a little chatterbox. We worried she would find it difficult transitioning as she has only really been with mummy and daddy at home but she settled in straight away and is always so excited to go to nursery. The staff always go above and beyond and make the experience so personal. We will be so sad when she has to leave. Thank you so much!

Since starting this nursery my daughter has come on so well, her communication and confidence is the best it's ever been. The girls are an absolute delight and I trust them so much with her. They always communicate with me and her dad very well and she always comes home happy after a day at nursery.

My grandchild has loved his time at Footprints and he's made an amazing bond with the staff in his classroom and we will miss them all and highly recommend this nursery to anyone who has children with any needs they were great with my grandchild and handled him well with being nonverbal.

We are so happy with our daughter's care at Footprints. She settled in immediately and no doubt that is due to the lovely staff and fun atmosphere. She looks forward to going every week. We can't fault it at all.
