I have had my two boys here over the past 3 years and they have loved it. The staff are lovely, they really care for the kids. It is great to see how much my little boy loves going, makes leaving the house a lot easier. Also, the manager is so good, you can go to her with anything and she will take
the time out to have a chat. Top marks from me 10/10 ladies and gents.

Can not say a bad word about this nursery. My child has become so confident thanks to the lovely staff who have always been encouraging.
The staff are excellent and communicating any issues, good or bad. They're very easy to discuss goals for my child with.

Fabulous nursery. Felt at ease as soon as we stepped in for our welcome meeting back in October 2024. Every single member of staff I've spoken to has been so polite, professional and nothing is ever too much trouble. My little boy absolutely loves going to nursery and he is happy being handed over to
multiple members of staff. He has come on so much since starting nursery. Thank you Footprints Day Nursery!

Amazing nursery. My little girl loves it and has really come into herself since being here. I have absolutely no worries leaving her, I know she's in good hands and I love the app to see what she's getting up to throughout the day. Her little update pictures make my day!

Amazing nursery! Both my daughter and son go here and they love going! They do amazing things with them, teaching them and having lots of fun. They always update the app regularly, allowing you to have updates throughout the day!

Amazing nursery, my son loves attending every week and comes out with a big smile. He is always doing different activities. Staff are great and helpful and my son has created bonds with them all. Would recommend this nursery to anyone looking.

My daughter started at the end of January and is thriving already. She absolutely loves being here and adores the sensory room. All her needs are met and she's so happy and comfortable around all members of staff. Especially her main care worker, who she loves a cuddle with!
Everything has been easy
from the start and I'm at ease every day as I can see everything on their app. Thanks everyone!

My little boy started in January and he has settled in so quickly, any tears are gone by the time hes through the double doors!
So glad we were recommended this nursery and chose to send him here.
He hasn't been well recently and the staff have still messaged to check in even when hes off which
shows how much they care!

A brilliant setting, my son loves it here and we've had a positive experience for the 2 years he has attended so far. They have a lot of resources for new and differing activities, recently renewed all furniture in all rooms and gave us parents a tour once complete. They use an app which us parents
can use to check in anytime on our child during the day.

The team are excellent. They really take the time to get to know the children and to share how they've got on during the day at pick up time. They never seem to want to rush parents out the door - always giving as much time as parents like to discuss the day and plans for tomorrow. Our little boy absolutely

Footprints Day Nursery is, without a shadow of a doubt, the best nursery in Wallsend. The whole team is amazing and bends over backwards to adapt to every child's needs, my little boy started in June 2023 and the difference in him within this time frame is unbelievable. All of the staffing team are

I put my youngest into Footprints Day Nursery at the start of the year and moved my oldest across from her previous nursery at Easter. The staff are amazing, my oldest used to dread going to nursery but after a week here, she could cry on her days off because she didn't get to see her friends. She left
in the summer to start school and my youngest is still in four days a week, she runs to the doors in the morning and couldn't be more excited to go in and play. Staff always update me with how she's been through the day, she is offered great food, comes home happy and sleepy every day.
Couldn't recommend this nursery more, it's amazing.

Our son started Footprints Day Nursery in May this year, shortly before he turned 1. We were worried about how he would settle in as he hadn't spent much time away from us but the team were so kind and accommodating and he settled much quicker than we expected.
He absolutely loves nursery now and is
excited to go each morning. His key workers do an amazing job and we can relax knowing he's being so well taken care of. The facilities are excellent and the children spend a lot of time in the wonderful outdoor space. We're so glad we chose this nursery and would recommend to anyone.

My little girl started in September, the staff have all been so lovely and always so helpful, she has settled really well. She's been to other places and not enjoyed it as much, she talks so highly of everyone when she's at home, it's so lovely.

Footprints Day Nursery are an amazing bunch of early year staff. They noticed issues with my son early, approached me with these and immediately put into place necessary steps, in advance to get him help. They adapt their delivery of childcare to enable the best per child, they tailor the day to the
needs and best interests of the child. As a parent, this is all you could wish for. I am very grateful to all of the staff at Footprints, they have enabled my son to flourish in ways I never imagined.
