We're so grateful to have found such a nurturing and supportive environment-Footprints Nursery has been amazing for our family.

He as grown so much in confidence and socialising , the staff are so good with him ,and keeping me updated on his day at nursery, He comes home happy he as had a good day with his friends and the staff

Can't fault anything about it. Staff are lovely, wonderful with the kids and my daughter has learned and developed so much in her time there. Her creativity has flourished and they've been nothing but fantastic!

Lovely staff who really care for the kids.there are good facilities and toys, and the activities seem really well planned and run. Our son always seems to have a nice time when we ask him about his day.

All of the staff at Footprints Wallsend go above and beyond to ensure that my child is happy throughout the Nursery day. My child comes out of Nursery everyday with a huge smile and loves telling us all about their day and focus activities. He also enjoys outdoor learning time and has the opportunity to go on lots of trips during the year. He particularly loves going to Seven Stories, local walks around Wallsend park and the summer beach trip - thank you to the staff for making these happen!

We are very pleased with this nursery. The staff are warm, attentive and genuinely care about the children's wellbeing. The environment is safe, clean and stimulating, with a great variety of activities that support learning and development. Our child is always happy to attend and has made wonderful progress. We would highly recommend this nursery to other families.

The nursery is just overall brilliant! The staff are all so warm and you feel that they really care. They take time to get to know your child and can easily tell if something is not quite right with them. I feel so comfortable leaving them both there as I know they are going to be cared for so well. I'm going to be so sad when they leave!

My little one started nursery in January 2026 and, even though he's only 13mo, it's clear how much he enjoys it. He beams with joy at drop-off, which shows how wonderful the staff are at making him feel safe and welcome. The team keep me and my husband well informed throughout the day via the app which we both have access to. I also love the observations that come through and the photos are just proof of how much he is thriving at Footprints.

My little girl started in September and she absolutely loves it and gets so excited to go in. I am so happy with the care she receives. It is a warm, safe, and stimulating environment. The staff are patient and truly understand each child's needs.

Always so caring! Little one loves to just run in, so happy! 5 star. Becky & Elisha are amazing in my child's classroom. Sometimes my little girl doesn't always eat meals but she is a picky eater but they always provide snacks throughout if she hasn't liked the main meals that day.

The environment is clean, welcoming, with lots of engaging activities. The regular updates give us great peace of mind. Our child loves attending Footprints, often asking to go in on her days off. As parents we couldn't ask for more and would highly recommend this nursery to other families.

The staff are very friendly and very helpful, my daughter loves going into nursery. You can see that the staff genuinely care about the children which makes me as a parent feel relaxed dropping her off at nursery.

My little girl started at the beginning January and it been the best thing for her! So she started around her first birthday and the sheer excitement when I drop her off just tells me how much she loves the nursery. I'm confident that she receives the best care while she's there and they genuinely care and love their jobs. I love the daily updates and the activities, session ideas they have for the little ones.

Never had any problems and it's been great to watch my child develop with such a good team of staff in a great environment
