Kids Planet Chester

I cannot rate this nursery highly enough. The staff are truly wonderful and go above and beyond each and every day. As a teacher myself, I thought I knew it all, but the care, attention and personalised curriculum each child gets at Kids Planet Chester is just wonderful. My daughter has recently been diagnosed with a hearing issue and the preschool team have just wrapped us all up in love, care and attention to ensure our daughter gets the best possible curriculum offered alongside social relationships. Nothing is too much trouble! I would 100% recommend this nursery.

I couldn’t recommend the nursery more highly. I initially felt unsure leaving my daughter for the first time aged 12 months (also during Covid restrictions) but the nursery has been and continues to be fantastic, friendly, and thoughtful, and she has thrived over the last 2.5 years. My son has now also been attending for around 7 months and has grown in confidence, has a great interest in the world around him and has many new skills that are a credit to the amazing staff in the Tots room. The amount of care and attention put into the care of each child surprises me on a daily basis. My daughter has had some toileting challenges and the manager has personally been involved with many approaches including sourcing items that she thought may appeal to her. The staff all know each child and are able to comfort and nurture their interests so well. It feels like home but with modern, clean, interesting rooms, and varied outside space including space for forest activities. Thanks, everyone!

We moved my son here from another nursery as we didn't feel he was in the right place to support him with his speech and confidence. It was the best move we could have made, he thrived in the preschool room and the support offered by his keyworker and the rest of the team was second to none. I would highly recommend it. Such a nurturing environment and he enjoyed his time there.

A truly fantastic nursery. Engaging and varied activities which make children eager to attend (which makes the morning so much easier!) Great staff who are friendly, professional and thorough. But my son would also say fun and patient if he could!

My little boy started Kids Planet Chester just before his first birthday. The staff in baby room were very friendly and I felt confident leaving him in their care. My little boy is now nearly 2 and happily walks into nursery. The app is brilliant to see photos of what he does as well as being kept up to date on his meals, nappies and sleep. All of the staff are so caring and know my little boy and his interests. The outside areas are also brilliant. The range of meals and type of food provided is excellent. My baby is due to start soon and I know she will enjoy it just as much. Knowing she's going to be happy makes returning to work so much easier.

Our 10 month old baby started attending Kids Planet Chester a couple of months ago. We are very happy with the baby room, especially the lady who runs it. He seems to have genuinely formed good relationships with the ladies and is happy to be passed over in the morning. We love the app for the updates it provides us with. While I miss him greatly while I am at work, I know that he is happy and safe at Kids Planet which is such a relief. Keep it up!

The success of this nursery speaks for itself. As a parent, I don't think we could ask for more. There are incredible facililities, extremely warm, personable and caring staff who genuinely love children and fantastic provision all round.

My child has been attending a year now and absolutely loves it there and is so well catered for. We feel the staff know her very well and are very attentive. The staff are always happy to chat and nothing is too much of an issue for them to sort.

We are so grateful with how flexible the nursery have been in accommodating extra dates/changes where possible due to mine and hubby's chaging shift pattern. They went above and beyond when my daughter went through an upset patch being dropped off, so now she doesn't cry at all, thanks to the team. As someone who has read a huge number of Ofsted reports due to my career in education, I know how truly remarkable it is to achieve such a glowing report. It is very impressive, huge well done to all the team.

My little girl started at Kids Planet in September. She spent most of her time in lockdowns and hadn't attended any baby groups. She settled so well due to the staff that for the children. The staff are welcoming and friendly and nothing seems like too much trouble. Staff in the baby room do an amazing job and it has made leaving our little girl easier than we thought it would! We love getting updates on the app throughout the day and she is happy to go in.

Kids Planet in Chester have been a part of our family for nearly 3 years when I returned to work. They've been so supportive through the transition of starting back at full-time work and settling in of my two younger children, which made a huge difference to us all.

Both children have thrived at nursery, forming really strong bonds with staff and making lovely friendships with other children. Their diets are catered for thoroughly and this has also helped with their routine at home.

I personally credit my sanity to them during Covid and beyond, with their clear communications, excellent policies, and general support and care during the first lockdown and when the children returned to nursery.

I recommend Kids Planet to anyone with children - they provide a caring, stable, enriching environment that is an extension of our family and both my children have absolutely thrived because of this.

I have only the highest words of praise for the nursery. My little girl has only been attending since October and the care and effort that has gone into helping her settle into the new environment has been outstanding. The staff were all totally understanding of the difficulties that I was concerned we might face, with her being a lockdown baby used to being at home, but the thorough settling-in process has ensured that she adapted incredibly quickly and she now loves attending the setting each week. The facilities and staff are all fantastic and I can already see the progress she is making, even at such a young age. I couldn’t recommend the nursery more!

Absolutely love Kids Planet Chester. My little boy has been going since he was 7 months old and it's so daunting finding childcare for the first time. They made the transition so seamless and my little boy absolutely loves going to nursery. He has such a good bond with the girls in the room and I feel so lucky to have found him such a lovely nursery!

This nursery is fantastic; my little boy has come on so much since joining them. The staff are really caring and really take the time to create activities that will help my little boy with his development.

Brilliant nursery. My daughter loves the place. She has developed so much since joining, particularly her communication. Staff are all very friendly, and the nursery is always incredibly flexible and accommodating changes at short notice.

All three of my children have been through the nursery and I absolutely love it. The staff are warm and amazing, my children have thrived there and whenever dropping them off in the morning, I walk away knowing they will be well looked after and cared for. My relationship with the nursery began back when it was under a different name and obviously, Kids Planet have now taken over. Although initially a few teething problems as there are when any organisation changes, these have long since been ironed out, the new manager is lovely and I honestly think Kids Planet will take it up another notch. I see this in some of the new things they are implementing. Very happy overall and if I ever had a fourth I would send them there too.

Outstanding staff who are like an extended family member to my child. They are flexible and professional at all times. I’ll actually miss taking my child here once school starts.
