My child has loved nursery from day dot. The staff are absolutely amazing, friendly and accommodating. The facility is clean and well maintained. The food is always outstanding. Lots of activities for the children as well as nature exploring.

A lovely nursery through and through. From the moment we joined, it was clear that this is a warm, nurturing, and exceptionally well-run setting. The staff are truly wonderful - consistently kind, caring, and attentive. The nursery is so well-resourced, providing essentials such as nappies, wipes, creams, Calpol and water cups, which adds a great level of convenience. The meals offered are nutritious, well-balanced, and freshly prepared, ensuring that children receive a healthy diet throughout the day. The nursery itself is spacious with four separate rooms tailored to different age groups. Our child is currently in baby room where they have their own sensory room. They also go out regularly in the outdoor area or in the pram. Overall, we have had a fantastic experience so far and couldn't recommend it enough.

Our baby has just started and already loves it. I was expecting tears but I just get smiles. He gets well fed and there are loads of activities during the day for babies. The staff are really attentive and I feel they love our baby- it isn't just a job!

Its a creative, fun environment but the areas it does lack in I think is due to there being too many children and not enough staff in some of the rooms to give the care I would hope for. I think the amount of children they have in one room can be overwhelming for some of the children.

Absolutely brilliant nursery with great staff that are fantastic with the kids. Both of have my children have been here one still being there and have enjoyed every minute. It's an excellent space for the kids to learn and grow. They are a great bunch that work hard.

Cannot rate this nursery any higher. All the staff are brilliant and show a genuine care towards the children. The children are always busy doing activities in and around the nursery and also go out on trips. My son loves it. My eldest went to another nursery and we wish we knew about kids planet Chester sooner, heads and shoulders above the rest.

Our son loves going to Kids Planet Chester. All the staff is very friendly and they prepare fantastic activities for the kids. We love the Udeskole concept and our son is very happy having the chance of learning and playing outside most of the time. We love all the aspects of the nursery and we highly recommend it.

Cannot speak highly enough of Kids Planet. Always warm and welcoming; always professional, always seem to know what they are doing. They have a huge variety of toys and activities as well as indoor and outdoor areas, walks to the forest and games, and our boy never fails to have a great time. He learns from them as well. They post frequently on the app, keeping us updated with photos and information about special days, trips and so on. Finally at the end they really celebrate the children as they go off to school.

Fantastic nursery, my little boy loves it. There is a real mixed curriculum full of learning and fun. As with everything in the current climate the cost is a lot but you can't put a price on peace of mind.

Our son has been at Kids Planet Chester since he was just 9 months old, and now he's about to graduate from preschool - we couldn't be more grateful for the incredible start they've given him. From day one, the staff have been nothing short of amazing...so caring, nurturing, and genuinely invested in every child. We've never had a single issue in all the years he's been there, which is a true testament to the professionalism and warmth of the whole team. You honestly couldn't meet a nicer, more dedicated group of people. The nursery provides a well-rounded experience, trips, outdoor play, and opportunities for learning and development. Our son has grown in confidence, independence, and kindness , and we truly believe Kids Planet has played a huge role in this. My eldest child has been at Kids Planet since 2022 and my youngest child joined in early 2025. I couldn't be happier with the nursery or the staff and if I have a query they are always happy to help. They are very caring towards the children and always have their best interests in mind. I can depend on them to always let me know if my children have any issues. They ensure they have always had enough food and drink and if they didn't like the meal they were served they will try and find an alternative. All their meals are freshly made on site and have always been happy with the variety. I always feel assured that they are in the best hands. Both my children enjoy their time at nursery and enjoy the variety of play and learning and socialising with other children.

We love this nursery. The staff are amazing, kind, and extremely capable. The new facilities are engaging for our toddler, and the place always looks clean and welcoming. They've created a great atmosphere, and our child is happy to go in every morning. Would not dream of sending her anywhere else actually.

Kids Planet Chester have been great with my son. They are very attentive and really amazing with the children in doing different things all the time. The staff are super lovely and always listen and help with any concerns. I highly recommend this nursery.

What a fantastic nursery! The staff are fantastic, the outdoor activities are always so challenging and provide excellent learning opportunities and the care is always of the highest standard. The nursery has a lovely family feel, the staff know all of the children by name, they have excellent family events to get involved with and we get lovely handovers at the end of the day. The children eat a varied menu and have lots of healthy options throughout the day! Management are always quick to respond and will explain any queries in person or via email! I can't imagine taking my children anywhere else!

My son is currently at Kids Planet and I have one who's left and gone on to school. The staff at this nursery are so special! They make the children's experience so fun and teach them so many fantastic skills. My son who is currently there is encouraged daily to try new foods! The staff go above and beyond to support all the families at Kids Planet and I'll be so sad when he leaves!

I’ve had a child at Kids Planet Chester for 5 years and I wouldn’t have my kids anywhere else. The staff are incredible. The facilities are amazing and they do so much with the little ones. I trust them all implicitly to take care of my son, as they did with my eldest, and always do the best for him which is all I can ask for.

The nursery is amazing, my child runs through the door every morning and never wants to leave, she thrives in every room and the staff are just incredible. The app is great as it updates you throughout the day and getting the pictures is great.

I cannot rate this nursery highly enough. The staff are truly wonderful and go above and beyond each and every day. As a teacher myself, I thought I knew it all, but the care, attention and personalised curriculum each child gets at Kids Planet Chester is just wonderful. My daughter has recently been diagnosed with a hearing issue and the preschool team have just wrapped us all up in love, care and attention to ensure our daughter gets the best possible curriculum offered alongside social relationships. Nothing is too much trouble! I would 100% recommend this nursery.

My little boy started Kids Planet Chester just before his first birthday. The staff in baby room were very friendly and I felt confident leaving him in their care. My little boy is now nearly 2 and happily walks into nursery. The app is brilliant to see photos of what he does as well as being kept up to date on his meals, nappies and sleep. All of the staff are so caring and know my little boy and his interests. The outside areas are also brilliant. The range of meals and type of food provided is excellent. My baby is due to start soon and I know she will enjoy it just as much. Knowing she's going to be happy makes returning to work so much easier.

A truly fantastic nursery. Engaging and varied activities which make children eager to attend (which makes the morning so much easier!) Great staff who are friendly, professional and thorough. But my son would also say fun and patient if he could!

Its a creative, fun environment but the areas it does lack in I think is due to there being too many children and not enough staff in some of the rooms to give the care I would hope for. I think the amount of children they have in one room can be overwhelming for some of the children.

Our son loves going to Kids Planet Chester. All the staff is very friendly and they prepare fantastic activities for the kids. I’ve had a child at Kids Planet Chester for 5 years and I wouldn’t have my kids anywhere else. The staff are incredible. The facilities are amazing and they do so much with the little ones. My daughter has recently been diagnosed with a hearing issue and the preschool team have just wrapped us all up in love, care and attention to ensure our daughter gets the best possible curriculum offered alongside social relationships.
