Hilltop Tots Day Nursery

Hilltop Tots Day Nursery has been the best possible nursery for my little one! Staff are so warm, nurturing, patient, fun and child-centred. They go above and beyond to make children feel safe, secure and valued leading to them thriving!

The staff at Hilltop Tots Day Nursery are truly unbelievable, their professionalism is amazing alongside the care and love they give. The nursery environment as a whole is perfect, giving the children the most beautiful place to learn and grow.

I just couldn't imagine a better place for my son to play, learn and have fun. My son has been going to Hilltop Tots since he was two, so just over 12 months now. He has come on so much with his speech, play and social skills. He tells me about all the fun he has had with his friends when he comes home and asks me every morning when he gets up every day if he is going to nursery today. All the staff are amazing, kind and give so much care and attention to each child, as well as providing support and help for me as a first-time mum. I'm so pleased to say they take the time to chat with how things have been throughout the day and celebrate with me all of my son's achievements. Personally, I love the fact that the owner and the manager get involved in the daily activities with the children. It shows to me that the leadership values the education and welfare of the children in their care, and they support the other staff fully. Overall, I cannot recommend Hilltop Tots enough! Thank you.

From 9 months old until today, my son has spent his time at Hilltop Tots Day Nursery and I wouldn't change it for the world! Thank you so much for everything you have done. The memories made (not only with him but myself) I will never forget the day he was sick all over your entrance and myself but you just laughed it off like it was nothing or the day you ruined his hair with foam and I thought I would have to shave his head at a year old. I can laugh about it now, you have made such an impact on us all and we are forever grateful.

It's just so clear that the nursery is not just a business, it's one big family where everything is done in the best interests of the children. I could not have wished for a better nursery!

Hilltop is the best nursery in town, I 100% recommend it to anybody looking for a nursery for their children. All the staff are absolutely beautiful people, they are so welcoming, kind and friendly. I am so happy that my twin boys attend here, they adapted well to nursery life and the staff made it easier for my own worries ensuring me they were safe and well. My boys have come on so much since they started, they have learnt so much and their curriculum and guidance are excellent. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff. The manager is wonderful and should be so proud of her team and the wonderful work they do. They treat my children like their own and it is lovely to see how much my boys love going. The nursery is the perfect setting and has an outside area for the children to run around whatever the weather conditions

My son attends Hilltop and he has a smile on his face every day that we drop him off and when we pick him up. The staff are amazing - very loving, accommodating and understanding. The nursery itself is homely and we see for ourselves how happy the children are to be heading in the door each morning.

My son has been attending the nursery for around 3 months now and I’m amazed at how far he has already come along. Previously he wouldn’t like leaving my side and would struggle with separation anxiety if I had to leave him even with family members. After 4 settling in sessions, he was happy to attend the nursery on his own which is a miracle. Sometimes he still gets a bit emotional at the door but all the nursery staff are friendly and willing to take their time welcoming him in on his off days. I’ve noticed his speech is developing quicker and he is even sleeping better in the evenings after all the adventures at nursery during the day! As soon as I pick him up he will be telling me lots of things that he has been up to in the day. His current favourite is messy play! Thank you to everyone at Hilltop Tots for taking the time to welcome him and for putting my mind at ease.

It has been a chaotic year, my son started nursery in January 2020 and even with all the out of control world issues Hilltop has gone above and beyond to not only keep themselves safe but also the children in their care. They have supported them in all areas and made sure during this time all children were given the best opportunity to continue to grow. Supporting them with their development and emotional needs and understanding and seeing each child as an individual and not just a number has allowed Hilltop to become like a second family who really does care about all their families.

Great nursery, my little girl loves it they are like a little amazing family there. The team are honestly amazing, my little girl has come on leaps and bounds since going. She comes back every day excited to tell us about her day.

This nursery is a wonderful place for all of the children. It is a home from home where the children get loads of attention and love. My son has been going since the nursery opened, he has come on leaps and bounds since then. The team are simply amazing, they are passionate about what they do and love every single child. They are always happy to see us and I feel I could not have put my trust in a better team to look after and teach my son. Parents are kept informed of everything our children are doing and learning and the team will help parents in any areas they are finding challenging. I could not have picked a better nursery, my son is so happy there and I look forward to my youngest starting soon too.

My grandchild attends this nursery. It is very friendly with excellent staff who have created a child-friendly fun and educational place. My granddaughter's development has improved immensely since she started the nursery and she is happy and eager to attend daily.

My young lad has attended the nursery since mid Sep 2019. It was undoubtedly the best decision I made with my wife to pick Hilltop Tots. Very professional staff greeted us with a lot of positive energy. When you enter this place you see kids with smiles and their happiness. This is the best recommendation or rather proof that every parent wants to get. I see lots of passion of the team which are running this place very well. What I am really impressed with and is worth to mention, those people want to make this place better and better! Every single comment is considered with attention. As a recommendation, I can say that during the lockdown my son is missing you guys so much. In the morning when we're having walks he passes my car and wants to get in and go to your place! MAX SCORE!

So, would I recommend Hilltop Tots? One hundred million times yes, I would and with all of my heart. I would never take my son anywhere else! We are so incredibly proud to be a part of the Hilltop Tots family!!

The nursery is very nurturing, caring, supportive and very family orientated. The high staff ratio has been invaluable in our children's development and it was clearly evident to see following our first experience of another nursery setting.
