Currie Children's Day Nursery

Our daughter loves this nursery, she has been there for the past two years and the staff is amazing. The setting of the nursery is great, surrounded by nature and they have a lovely garden. The activities are well thought out and stimulating for children. We have already registered her sibling and we couldn't be happier.

They are extremely accommodating and I would highly recommend the nursery to anyone in the area.

The facilities are also great with plenty of outdoor space to explore.

Always a friendly welcome from the staff at Currie Children's Day Nursery and they make sure your child is settled in and looks forward to coming each day. Enjoying being able to pick up my child from inside the nursery and see what they have been doing throughout the day.

Individual staff at the nursery seem to be very kind and caring with my child. We had extreme frustration with management who were slow or nonresponsive via email. This was after they raised concerns on several occasions and caused us great concern.

I feel my child is safe and cared for within the nursery which makes me comfortable when dropping off.

My child has been going to this nursery since 1 year of age and totally loves it. The staff are very helpful and caring. Offers a wide variety of activities for the children. Would definitely recommend it for any age group.

My child has attended the nursery since he was one. He is now in his third room there and I am really happy with how he is cared for. The staff that he has worked with have been great and seem to get to know him as an individual. He gets a variety of experiences and the sharing of these experiences on the app helps to have discussions with him about his learning when he is at home. He enjoys looking back at the pictures that are shared as well. He loves being outside and the outdoor space has been developed a lot over the past few years. He seems to have a great time whilst there and the staff that he has worked with have shown a genuine interest in his learning and development.

The children go outside every day and explore areas in the local community. It’s great to see lots of photos of them enjoying their days.

This nursery has been fantastic with communication and care. They share learning steps clearly and keep us up to date with our daughter’s well-being and development. We really feel like they know her and care for her. The staff have spent time building quality relationships with her so she is happy and secure. She is often running in happy and laughing and the same when being picked up. We couldn’t ask for more!

Love the fact the kids can go outside when they want, the doors are open even in wet weather (suitably dressed of course).

Friendly, welcoming staff who have great relationships with all the children and the kids always seem to be busy and happy. The managers are great at getting back to us about any queries and sharing any new information.

Fabulous, friendly, genuine nursery. I trust them to know and care for my kids (who have niche allergies!). I love that they take them out on free trips regularly too! Good learning resources and they communicate with parents well.

We have been attending this nursery for the last two years and are so pleased with the care our children receive. The staff love them and it shows in the activities they lead. The location is very convenient for us and the outdoor areas are always being upgraded and improved. It’s so popular, they’ve had to build an extension to accommodate all the new children that are waiting to join!

My son goes here just now and my eldest before him, the staff are fantastic and have been wonderful before and during the pandemic. So flexible, caring and fun. I am totally happy to leave my kids with them, would happily recommend this nursery to anyone!

My son has been going to the nursery since he was 1 (now 2 and a half) and he absolutely loves it. The food is great, the kids have so many toys to play with and activities to do and I fully believe he has learnt so much as part of his development from the nursery. I think he’d rather be there than with me at times.

I can’t rave about this nursery anymore if I tried! The staff are lovely and my son looks forward to nursery every single day he is in. He comes home with lots of stories about what he had done. A round of applause to them for everything they are teaching my boy. I sometimes wonder where all this information fits! The meals are fabulous and there is a variety of different types of meals they offer i.e. hot meals, cold meals, some veggie and some meat. They are so accommodating and I love the fact I can drop my son off any time after 7:30 am and collect latest 6 pm which works so well with me and my partner's working hours.
