Kids Planet Hoylake

Always met with extreme pleasantries. Very professional staff who take the role of security very seriously. I was prompted for a password each time picking up. It was good to be asked today when dropping off my granddaughter if she was well. I have seen lots of examples of the flow of information from staff with my daughter. Great updates on child’s eating and play activities.

He goes in every morning with a smile and comes home every evening with a smile, almost like he's just remembered I exist. The staff are welcoming and will remember you long before you get used to remembering their lovely faces. They listen and practice your parenting style, but ultimately encourage children to achieve what you didn't imagine possible!

Great staff who are very caring. They are all sensitive to all children’s needs. Couldn’t be happier for grandson to be part of Kids Planet family. He started in September 2023 and settled very quickly. He enjoys his days spent there and when I collect him he is always happy. I really enjoyed my time when I was invited to visit and stay to see how he was in another environment.

I have two grandchildren attending this nursery who are always happy to go. They are well cared for and loved by the staff. The communication is very good and I particularly like it when the children are taken out i.e. to the park or the beach. They also seem to thoroughly enjoy the food and often having seconds!

My daughter has been going to Kids Planet for the past 9 months, she started in the Baby Room and is now in Tots. She absolutely loves attending nursery, the staff are all amazing with the children and there is always a great range of activities available throughout the day. I highly recommend Kids Planet Hoylake.

We have been very impressed with Kid’s Planet Hoylake. We have sent both of our daughters there and they are settled and very happy there. The staff in all rooms are caring and incredibly friendly and the variety of engaging and fun activities on offer for the children are superb. It’s always going to be difficult to leave your children when they are babies, but the staff at Kid’s Planet soon put our minds at ease as they regularly send updates on activities, nappy changes, sleep times and how well they’ve done at meal times via the app with photos and information about our child’s day. Also, I’d like to give a special mention to the management staff who are incredibly helpful with flexibility to fit around my shifts at work, I can’t thank them enough. We are so grateful to have found this nursery.

A fantastic nursery that creates a safe and nurturing environment for our son. Staff really get to know each child and give regular and accurate updates. The food is varied and nutritious. The garden is equipped with a range of appropriate toys.

Kids Planet Hoylake has been fantastic with my little boy's journey in nursery. He is always very excited about going and always comes out with a smile and is excited to tell me what he has been doing. I feel Kids Planet have a wide range of activities, including there little trips out to the park, beach or even the lifeboat station. My little boy has come a long way since starting with Kids Planet and nothing is ever to much for the staff, they are very approachable and always maintain their standards of respect and care. I can't thank them enough.

Lovely nursery, couldn't be happier. Fantastic staff, always friendly and engaging. Lots of activities for leaning, such as themed days. Great garden area. They seem good at following all protocols and it feels like my boy is in safe hands. My little one is growing and thriving and very happy here.

Big shout out to the lady in the baby room, also the lady who has now gone to Wallasey, and the lady in toddler who is currently our little ones 121.

I just want to say how remarkable I have found the whole experience we have had with Kids Planet Hoylake and all the staff from day one (13 months old) until now (31 months). My daughter has suffered quite a lot with her eczema and allergies and I have experienced such support from all of the staff, even though her conditions are quite complex. I honestly don't think that I would've been happy or confident leaving her in any other nursery, the confidence I have in her care from all the staff is second to none. I think as a parent, you second guess every decision you make for your child, but I am certain that selecting Kids Planet has most definitely been the best decision I could have ever have made at this stage. I can't recommend this place enough, and I do recommend to everyone I speak to - thank you guys so much.

Absolutely fantastic nursery. The staff are so caring and great with the kids. My little boy has his 'nursery mummy' and is so excited when he sees her. Thank you Kids Planet Hoylake for looking after my son.

Outstanding nursery in my opinion. The staff always go out of their way for your child and you as a parent. My little girl is thriving at Kids Planet Hoylake. You also get regular updates throughout the day on the app which is lovely.

They seem to do a range of activities with the kids and help them constantly entertained.

The manager and the team are helpful and approachable at all times.

Both my children have loved Kids Planet. They have formed strong bonds with their key workers and made friends and connections in the local community. We thoroughly recommend it.

Our little boy is nearly 2 and struggled to get used to being separated from us when he joined babies. The staff were so patient, and he now loves nursery and is in tots. He now gets upset when leaving his sister here on a Tuesday, and wants to go and play with his friends rather than come home. Thursday, they're both in and have an amazing time. At Kids Planet, learning is fun!
