This purpose-built facility emphasises sustainability and offers a single-level design that provides all age groups with direct access to outdoor areas and a sheltered space. Willerby enjoys a great reputation and maintains strong ties with local primary schools.

Had both of my children go through this nursery. They have always been amazing with my two, going above and beyond! The staff are very caring and seem to really get to know each child individually. We get daily feedback and it always sounds like the children have had a lot of fun.

Would highly recommend this setting for any child attending nursery. The recent revamp is just beautiful and it is obvious that the staff do this job for the love. Not only is it a fun, stimulating learning environment you can see the staff genuinely care. My eldest in particular loves being told it's
a nursery day to the point we barely get a backward glance, testament to the relationships the staff build with the children there. Thank you for all you do!

The staff are incredible, they have gone above and beyond for my daughter and I cannot thank them enough.
Every little detail is so thoughtful and considerate; nappies are included, formula (if required) and the children even have their own embroidered blanket for nap times.
We receive a timetable
of their day and progress updates and photos on the nursery app.
My daughter is really happy at drop off in a morning and doesn't want to leave at home time. Just a wonderful nursery!

Our son started recently when I went back to work and the staff have been fantastic at settling him in, working with him and us to help him get the best experience out of time in the nursery. He seems to be coming on really well in his development and I really appreciate how much detail they give about
how his day has been on the famly app and at pick up at the end of the day.

Both my children have been at this nursery. My eldest is now at school, but the staff were wonderful with his speech difficulties and navigating challenges like new baby and death of a grandparent. My little girl is now in preschool and thriving under the care of the team.

I have had a great experience with this nursery since 2018, when my eldest started, up until this year when my youngest goes to school. I have found the nursery a great setting for my girls to learn new things, play in a variety of settings and prepare them for school. All the staff work really hard
to keep up the very high standards, are very friendly and approachable and my girls have loved being looked after by them. I have recommended this nursery to friends and family which has resulted in them feeling the same way as me about this fantastic nursery.

My Daughter goes to this Nursery and has been since I had to return to work from Maternity back in 2024. She absolutely loves it there and has become such an outgoing little girl with so much confidence. The staff are so friendly and if you ever have a concern or query are there to help without any
hesitation. They make sure any needs for your child are met. I would definitely recommed this Nursery for your little ones.

Kids Planet has been absolutely amazing for my daughter, who has been attending since she was just 5 months old. As a full-time working mum, I've always felt completely reassured knowing she is in a safe, caring, and nurturing environment. She adores the staff and has formed some really lovely friendships
with both the team and other children. The staff go above and beyond every single day, and it's clear they genuinely know, value, and care for each individual child. The recent transition to new ownership was handled professionally and smoothly, with no disruption to the outstanding care and fun, learning-rich environment. Communication with parents is always responsive, open, and personal, which I really appreciate. I now feel confident and proud knowing my daughter is well prepared and ready to start school in September, and that's all thanks to the amazing care and support she's received at Kids Planet. We are so grateful to everyone who's been a part of her journey.

My son has been going to this nursery since December 2023, he was nine months old and it has brought him on so much. He absolutely loves the girls. The girls have been very supportive of my personal problems too. I couldn't ask for better teachers for my child. I've moved house and I'm keeping him at
this nursery as they're brilliant and teaching him so much stuff.

Kids Planet have really welcomed my daughter into the nursery. Staff are warm and naturing. My daughter is happy to attend and enjoys her time at the nursery.
The room is well equipped and my daughter knows her way round all the activities. There is a good outside space for children to play what ever
the weather.
Her speech and social skills are developing well. The staff are flexible and understanding. They never rush the hand over and spend time getting to know the parents and grand parents. Communication is good with plenty of information sent via the app. I am really impressed by the level of security at the nursery and I feel my daughter is in a safe place. The meals are well thought out, with a good variety that are tasty for the children. I would definitely recommend the nursery to other parents.

I feel very trusting to the staff here, my son goes 2 days a week. He has some teary mornings leaving mummy but the staff always greet him and help. Well looked after, plenty of toys and entertainment with outdoor space, great food menu range. Lots of themed days and activities to invite parents along.
No closure for summer holidays. All staff are lovely. My son has learnt so much since being here.

Couldn't recommend this nursery enough, from the minute I stepped into it i automatically knew it was right for my daughter.
She has been there from 9months old and soon to enter pre school.. the girls will go above and beyond, my daughter loves all the activities and fun things the staff create for
them.
She always comes out with a smile on her face, her hair up nice and pretty and more then likely some sort of glitter/paint/foam to show she's had the best time with her friends x

My children have been at the nursery since 2019, although it has changed names the consistent service to the children remains. They have an amazing outdoor space which is rare in this area and the children spend a high proportion of their day outside. We are in our final few months and I will be sad
to no longer be taking children. Well structured planned days, the app provides you with regular updates throughout the day. Our children have both transitioned to school so well due to the planning the staff put in.

Our precious little lady has been with kids planet since back end of last year, she is in Honey Bears class, it's so nice knowing she is safe and well taken care of whilst us parents are off doing the adulting, the girls at the nursery are all fantastic and have helped our daughter so very much with
her speech, confidence and learning skills, it's so reassuring knowing we can look on the app at point in the day and see what she's been upto from what she's eaten to how long she's slept for, how many nappy changes and what activities they have all been upto, she loves going and enjoys the home made menu that's cooked on site daily. Kids planet (honey bears) you are awesome

Job Title: Nursery Manager (acting)

have been working for the setting since 2019, starting part-time whilst completing my degree in "Working with Children, Young People and Families". I graduated in 2020 with a first-class honours degree and became full time as a full-time toddler team member. Since then, I have continued to further my career, working my way up to deputy and now stepping in as maternity cover as the Nursery Manager. I am proud to be the manager of this outstanding setting and also super proud of what all of my staff have achieved both personally and professionally. We are here to be a 'home away from home' for both you and your child, allowing a respite for everyday tasks and ensuring your family units are thriving through the care and support offered within the setting. My door is always open to parents, and I am always more than happy to help.

Job Title: Nursery Manager (currently on maternity leave) Joined: 2018

My name is Fiona and I am the manager at our site at Willerby.
I started at the company in January 2018 and became a deputy manager in July 2021. I then became the Manager in April 2023.
During my time working for the company, I have experienced working with all age groups in all rooms. I am currently level 6 qualified, and I love learning new skills that would help me be part of the management team. The most rewarding part of my job is seeing the children develop with our support and teaching in place. I am the site's SEND Coordinator and spend time working with other professionals to enhance the development of children who may need additional support.
