Highly recommend! Our older daughter has loved her nearly 3 years at the setting and we're very glad she's got another year to go! Friendly staff, differentiation of learning and lots of fun. Our younger daughter started in April and has settled so quickly. She has fun, eats loads of different food and is happy! There has been great communication and we have always been listened to. Since the change to KP we've really seen the benefits of the management having a wider support team to go.

Both of my children attend Kids Planet Nursery and they absolutely love it. They're always excited to go, enjoy all the meals, and are learning so much every day. It's been amazing to see how their confidence has grown through play, encouragement, and a really supportive environment. The staff are fantastic, and I love how everything is tracked on the app from meals and naps to learning activities and daily updates. The culture is warm, caring, and fun, and it really shows in how happy and settled the children are. The nursery is always clean, well organised, and full of engaging toys and resources. The team is professional, approachable, and genuinely passionate about childcare. It gives me real peace of mind knowing my children are in such good hands. I couldn't recommend it more!

All staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of events to attend and play with your child. A nice environment inside and lots of new toys always clean. Plenty of parking outside. Great communication and updates from the staff.

My youngest son has been at Kids Planet since 2022 and before that his big brother attended from 2019 to 2022. All the staff are great with the children of all ages, accommodating their needs day in, day out. They know the children better then they know themselves and at drop off we often don't get a wave as my son is so excited to start his day. The app is great for looking at what they've got up to throughout the day and for communicating with staff. The refit has refreshed the nursery building and play equipment - the children love the space they are in and all the toys.

An excellent nursery, that is constantly evolving and upgrading to meet the children's needs. I love all the new imaginative play areas. The food is well liked by my child. The staff are caring attentive and responsive. Can't recommend enough.

A fantastic nursery, from baby room through to pre school. Staff are fantastic, menu is excellent and varied. The app helps us to 'stay in touch' with our little ones and see what fun they're having etc. Would highly recommend.

My daughter has been with Kids Planet since 10 months old. She is turning 2 next week. My daughter was born 10 weeks premature and was on oxygen for 6 months upon discharge from hospital. It was therefore very important picking a nursery setting that we both, as parents, felt was a safe place where we could fully put our trust in the care for her. I cannot fault this nursery at all, my daughter has come on leaps and bounds and a lot of it is down to how she is treated and cared for at Kids Planet. She runs in most mornings and as soon as we mention the word nursery she jumps with excitement. Which is all we could have ever wanted for our teeny tiny baby who was so delicate to turn into such a confident little girl.

So pleased we chose Kids Planet. We genuinely feel so trusting of the staff; they're enthusiastic, knowledgeable, caring, and you can see all the children love them. Our daughter needs some help settling in a morning and the staff are so patient and kind. We would highly recommend the setting.

My son has been at this setting since he was 10 months old, the staff in the baby room are wonderful and I always felt so at ease leaving them in his care. Since going into the toddler room and being at an age where he is more aware of being left he has been abit teary on arrival, but the girls always greet him with a smile and comfort him and get him settled. I believe he has learnt alot through his time in the setting and has grown so much in confidence. We have had a few injuries from other children by way of biting/, scratching but the staff are quick to communicate this back to parents and are responsive to any concerns. As a busy mum, not having to pack nappies, wipes etc every day is also super helpful! You don't seem to be able to speak directly to accounts over the phone which can be frustrating.

Had both of my children go through this nursery. They have always been amazing with my two, going above and beyond! The staff are very caring and seem to really get to know each child individually. We get daily feedback and it always sounds like the children have had a lot of fun.

Would highly recommend this setting for any child attending nursery. The recent revamp is just beautiful and it is obvious that the staff do this job for the love. Not only is it a fun, stimulating learning environment you can see the staff genuinely care. My eldest in particular loves being told it's a nursery day to the point we barely get a backward glance, testament to the relationships the staff build with the children there. Thank you for all you do!

The staff are incredible, they have gone above and beyond for my daughter and I cannot thank them enough. Every little detail is so thoughtful and considerate; nappies are included, formula (if required) and the children even have their own embroidered blanket for nap times. We receive a timetable of their day and progress updates and photos on the nursery app. My daughter is really happy at drop off in a morning and doesn't want to leave at home time. Just a wonderful nursery!

Our son started recently when I went back to work and the staff have been fantastic at settling him in, working with him and us to help him get the best experience out of time in the nursery. He seems to be coming on really well in his development and I really appreciate how much detail they give about how his day has been on the famly app and at pick up at the end of the day.

Both my children have been at this nursery. My eldest is now at school, but the staff were wonderful with his speech difficulties and navigating challenges like new baby and death of a grandparent. My little girl is now in preschool and thriving under the care of the team.

I have had a great experience with this nursery since 2018, when my eldest started, up until this year when my youngest goes to school. I have found the nursery a great setting for my girls to learn new things, play in a variety of settings and prepare them for school. All the staff work really hard to keep up the very high standards, are very friendly and approachable and my girls have loved being looked after by them. I have recommended this nursery to friends and family which has resulted in them feeling the same way as me about this fantastic nursery.

We have sent our little one since last September and she loves it here.. Can not recommend this place enough..the staff are fab and always giving us regular updates on assessments regarding development and progress, We love our update at the end of the day too on activities and how's she has enjoyed the day, The food menu is always so varied too and love they get a seasonal menu.. Big well done to all the staff here as our little one has come on leaps and bounds and gets very excited every day we pull into the car park

I can't tell you how happy I am with our experience here. From day 1 the staff have always been incredibly kind, caring and attentive. It's clear how much they genuinely care about our little ones! My Daughter goes to this Nursery and has been since I had to return to work from Maternity back in 2024. She absolutely loves it there and has become such an outgoing little girl with so much confidence. The staff are so friendly and if you ever have a concern or query are there to help without any hesitation. They make sure any needs for your child are met. I would definitely recommed this Nursery for your little ones.

This nursery is amazing. All the staff treat the kids so great, I was so worried when I started my son here at only 10 months but they have been great with him and he loves the girls so much! They make it really easy on transitions for the kids, provide lots of arts and crafts and developmental play. I love the app feature where I can check it through the day and see updates on what he's eaten, how many nappy changes he's had, what he's played with or made. Choosing a nursery is very daunting because you're putting your heart into their hands and trusting them with your babies. I wouldn't choose any other nursery if I could go back and pick again. My son has gone leaps and bounds with his speech and development and I do contribute a lot of it to the nursery! Amazing work and amazing staff! Highly recommend!
