Palmers Green Bright Horizons is an excellent nursery.

Staff are caring and professional. The facilities and activities are excellent! There is big garden too.

The staff have been very considerate during the Covid-19 pandemic - with socially distanced drop-offs/collections, parents not allowed inside, and splitting the nursery into different bubbles.

Staff also listen to parents' views and make suggestions. We've found that particularly valuable.

Highly recommend this nursery.

My 20-month-old daughter is so happy at this nursery. Within a week, she was settled, and I knew it was because of the care and attention she was given every day by the carers. We receive a report each day on what she has been up to, and we can see how much she learns, plays, and enjoys her time at nursery.

My child always runs into nursery and seems more than happy to go every morning. He always talks about the staff and also how much he loves playing with his friends. My child often tells me I need to share which he has obviously learned at nursery which is lovely! His language and ability to interact with others has improved significantly and I think this is down to the care and encouragement he gets from the great staff.

For the babies, they also do some guided activities like crafts which is nice. Although I think they could do more. The staff are nice and they seem to be very well connected with each other - they all seem to know what is happening on the day with the kids. They follow well with the paperwork daily with information about how the kids' day went. I think this is nice and give parents an idea of how the kid did on the day. Management could be better. I notice some lack of organisation and follow up with paperwork/payments and etc. Also, food - quality and diversity could be better. In general meals/daily intake lacks vegetables and fruits. For children that spend basically the whole day there, they are way far from getting their 5 a day!

My daughter is extremely happy at nursery. All the teachers/managers are so lovely and caring. They really take an interest in your child and genuinely want them to learn and engage with the other kids. There is not a high turnover of teachers which I really like and each and everyone always seems so happy every day. They are always so friendly and if I have had any questions, they will always happily answer them. I would highly recommend Bright Horizons Palmers Green to anyone. I am very pleased with the nursery overall and I think its a great addition to the area.

We’ve got nothing but praise for the nursery and its staff. Our son absolutely loves turning up each day, and always has lots of stories about all of the interesting things he’s done that day. We’ve noticed a massive improvement in his communication and social skills which is all down to the hard work of the nursery staff. Thank you.

I really love this nursery and would recommend to friends and family. The management team are great and always on hand to help with any queries. The baby room staff are great and really helped to settle my boy into the nursery. Facilities are brand new and have helped my child to develop appropriately.

Having a report from the staff at the end of the day is so helpful, and knowing what goals can be worked on together as a team at home and nursery. Well done to all the staff.

I absolutely love the atmosphere of this nursery and also the fact that it is basically brand new. Everyone who works there is very kind and caring. Even after our first visit, they remembered our Daughter's name and also knew who's mum I was, after seeing us only once which is very nice and reassuring. I really like the activities, toys and books they provide little ones with and our Daughter also seems to be enjoying the food and spending time there. I love that they give us updates on how our little one did at the end of the day. I think this is really important that parents are involved as much as possible.

The food is really varied and nutritious and my children almost always eat everything. The nursery has taught my children to sit properly and eat meals so we have been able to stop using high chairs at home which is great! I would definitely recommend this nursery.

The transition of getting your child to nursery and getting back to work can be a difficult process for everyone. But the manager and the team were unbelievably supportive, not just to my daughter but also to me. It’s so much easier to get over the feeling of leaving them for the first time when you know they’re so well cared for. My daughter could not be happier and therefore neither could I.

I genuinely believe that this nursery is outstanding! The staff are very kind and approachable and the rooms are well resourced and clean. I have seen my child grow and develop in an outstanding way, and I know he will continue to do so. The food is lovely and satisfies my child well. The management team are outstanding and are always available to talk. The care and learning is individualised ensuring my child reaches his full potential. I would highly recommend this nursery to all my friends, as I know this is the best nursery for all children!

My son started at Bright Horizons Palmer Green in March and is very happy here. There is no fuss from him at drop off and he is excited to arrive there every morning. He has formed lovely relationships with the staff who are all wonderful with the children. I am always updated at pick up as to what my son has been doing during the day and what he ate for lunch etc. The nursery is clean and spacious, with lovely new equipment and the outdoor space is second to none. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a nursery.

When looking for a Nursery for my son, my searching stopped as soon as I visited this nursery. There was an immediate feeling of warmth and friendliness and the children were happy and settled. When I pick my son up the staff inform me fully about the day he’s had, including what he’s eaten - there is always a variety of healthy meals and snacks which is great. His social skills have improved hugely since joining nursery and the staff are helping my son potty train which has been a tremendous help. The facilities are great and there are always exciting activities set up to engage the children in a variety of different areas of learning. I love the fact that my son is able to play in the garden outside every day. Most importantly, when I ask my son about his day, he always replies “I had fun today”. It’s a huge relief knowing that he is having a great time learning and making friends when I am at work. We can’t thank you enough, what a fantastic team.

Generally very happy with this nursery, quality of care and the staff are really good. My child is very happy here, enjoys her time and has developed well. I would say the overall standard was excellent instead of good if there was more focus on preparation for school for the older children i.e. writing names, and progress reports were updated more regularly. For younger children this nursery is already excellent.

My one year old daughter started nursery in October last year and loves it. They nursery do different activities every day and she is definitely well entertained. I particularly like seeing what they have done during the day, eg painting, pictures etc

The staff are amazing and settling into the nursery didn't take as long as I expected. Even when my daughter was sick, the level of care provided and phone call updates meant that I was kept informed. Helps put a nervous mum's mind at ease!

We are very happy with the Bright Horizons at Palmer's Green. The team are lovely and have made the transition of going to nursery as easy as possible for our little girl (and us!). It's lovely to see how much she now enjoys going.

My boy has settled really well due to there being a real heart and warmth in this nursery and I would not hesitate to recommend the nursery to prospective parents.
