Little Inspirations - Newport

I currently have no concerns and I'm very pleased with the quality of care my daughter is receiving.

We are very pleased with the care our daughter receives at Little Inspirations Newport. She is always looking forward to going to the nursery and we feel that she is very well looked after by all members of staff. Thank you Little Inspirations Newport.

We have been very pleased with the level of care, support and nurture our daughter has received since starting Little Inspirations. She always looks forward to going to nursery and leaves with a smile. The staff consistently provide updates via the app or in person at the end of the day, and we truly appreciate the regular updates and photos that show us what she's been up to with her friends!

My daughter likes Little Inspirations Day Nursery and misses it so much. She misses her friends and teacher. The teachers are so lovely and the nursery is neat and the staff are welcoming and behave professionally. I don't have any complaints against them.

Really lovely nursery. Our boys love to go in to see all their friends and the teachers. The team of colleagues is very friendly. Plenty of activities. Our older boy is always happy and excited to go in and he is asking to go to see his friends. We are very pleased with this nursery and we would highly recommend it to anyone.

Really personable staff, my little boys are always so happy after spending their morning at Little Inspirations Newport. Love the communication from staff during the day and they are prompt to answer any questions in person and via the app. Very happy mama.

Wonderful nursery. My son loves going and has thrived since he started just before turning 1. He's coming up 2 years at the nursery and loves it all the same. I feel confident in sending him (and shortly his sister) to this setting.

Little Inspirations Nursery has given my grandson a fantastic start to his educational career, he has really enjoyed his time at the Nursery making some fabulous friends and great memories. He is always very keen to attend, to meet his friends and teachers. I think he will very much miss everything about Little Inspirations but he is also so much looking forward to the next stage. Many thanks to everyone at Little Inspirations for making his time there enjoyable.

Professionalism was expected, but I have found Little Inspirations Nursery to go that extra mile and to be caring, considerate, consistent and use excellent communication throughout my grandson's time with them.

It's the staff that gives Little Inspirations 5 stars for me. They listen, they're super friendly and look after the little ones. You can see it on the kid's faces what they think of them. Thank you to all the staff at Little Inspirations for doing such a wonderful job.

Both my daughters attend the nursery they are 4 and 2. They thoroughly enjoy their time at the nursery and have made lots of connections since being there. The staff are amazing, so caring and professional - I couldn't recommend the nursery enough!

Both our children have thrived at Little Inspirations Day Nursery - Newport. Our son started whilst we were in the pandemic and so we were worried about how he would be, and whilst it got off to a rocky start with some staffing issues, after management took over it has got better and better. We moved out of the immediate area and so it would have been easier for us to change nurseries but we decided to stay and also put our daughter into Little Inspirations Day Nursery - Newport as well. She has been well cared for and loves going for the 2 days a week. I think the fact that I and many other parents trust Little Inspirations Day Nursery - Newport with our most precious loved ones says it all.

Little inspirations has been incredibly supportive from the moment my child started. They enjoy going to nursery and will be incredibly sad when the go to school. They have been inclusive in my journey as a parent using cloth nappies and adapting menus to suit my child’s dietary needs. Only small problem is the daily stuff isn’t always uploaded to the Famly app consistently. But aside from that the whole staff are wonderful and have taken great care of my child.

Lovely nursey, all the staff are really friendly, my little ones always come home full of smiles, and the pictures they provide always shows him happy too. They provide nice handovers too, about their day, and how they've been. Overall happy.

Great staff who are always friendly, welcoming and answer any questions I may have. My daughter is well looked after and she is happy arriving at nursery which is probably the best feedback. The Famly App is reassuring to keep us updated on some aspects of her day. I'm never quite sure about the activities she is doing or what she is learning, or even struggling with and feel the App could be used to provide some of this information which is invaluable to parents. We used to get weekly updates on what our child's room had been working on during the week but unfortunately, that stopped a while ago. It's difficult to comment on some of the points below such as resources and cleanliness as due to the pandemic I haven't had the opportunity to see inside. The wraparound for local Primary Schools does seem really limited which is unfortunate.

Apart from that - the nursery is great, a bit old and needs work done but again management will not be doing this anytime soon! They depend on their staff doing goodwill gestures.

My little girl used to attend Little Inspirations before coronavirus and always enjoyed her time here, so when it was time for our 1 year old son to start nursery Little Inspirations was our first choice.

Staff are attentive and caring, and the nursery is a really nurturing environment. There is a wide range of educational activities and a good variety of healthy meals and snacks, freshly cooked on the premises each day.

Safeguarding and communication with parents is second to none and I love following my little boys day on the parent app, seeing when he’s eaten, been changed or had a little sleep. The staff also send pictures on the app to you too, which is a lovely extra touch, especially in these times.

All in all, I can’t praise the nursery and the lovely staff highly enough, and I am very pleased that there was space for my little boy this year.

My son started in September 2020, the staff have been fantastic since day 1. He has come on so much and he absolutely loves it. They have done so well in terms to COVID. I am so happy with the nursery and would 100% recommend.

They’ve been working really hard to keep everyone safe during this rough time but still keeping it as normal as possible for the children.
