Little Inspirations Day Nursery - Newport sits in a convenient location close to Bassaleg and enjoys easy access to Newport City Centre.

The nursery offers a warm and welcoming environment, including a secure garden for children to explore. All meals served at the nursery are cooked fresh on the premises.

With three separate and age-appropriate rooms, children are allowed to learn and grow at their own pace. In the baby room, children are encouraged to develop their sensory skills.

The toddler room is designed for those who are taking their first steps, and has access to the garden and outdoor classroom.

In the preschool room, the three to five-year-olds are encouraged to develop their independence with support from staff.

Absolutely fantastic nursery, very welcoming. my daughter has been going here for around a year now give or take. Excellent communication with parents. My daughter has come on leaps since being here and we are so glad this is the nursery we chose. Wide variety of activities for the children. Big variety
choice of meals and snacks. Overall a brilliant nursery.

Our daughter loves going to nursery, the staff are amazing and really helped her settle in when she first started.


We love getting updates on activities she is doing and it's always nice seeing her smiling and having fun.

My little one is settling in beautifully, the staff are lovely and the updates given throughout the day are incredible. My emails and messages are answered quickly, even on our non nursery days! I couldn't ask for more :)

Great nursery with great staff, my child loves going to Little Inspirations. The nursery is well equipped and has a small outdoor play area that is used in the spring and summer, it is also quite easy to get to from junction 27 of the m4 which is handy!

All the staff at at Little Inspirations are amazing; our son is always happy to go!
We have found that they provide lots of sensory and educational activities, which Rupert loves taking part in :) We receive regular updates throughout the day via an app, which includes photos of activities and personal
diaries of food, personal care etc., as well as general group notifications and reminders.
We think all the staff are very friendly and supportive, and it feels like a very safe and happy environment. They update us on anything we ask at pick-up and drop-off, and we can always tell that Rupert is happy and has had a good day! We find that the staff are very helpful when we ask for support, for example potty training etc.
Everyone is also incredible with regards to our son, who has epilepsy; Little Inspirations ensure that he has a key worker at all times, as well as all staff trained on his additional medical requirements.
We would highly recommend Little Inspirations!

Lovely staff made my son really comfortable and well come he settles in a lot faster than i have expected considering its only just been me and him, his development has improved massively since joining. Loves his arts and crafts there and always get lovely photos of him

Our son has recently started the nursery and was very nervous at first. The staff have been incredible with him and have eased him into his new routine. They keep us updated and he has really warmed to the girls. We couldn't be more happy with our choice to bring him to little inspirations.

Since our daughter has started with Little Inspirations (about 18 months old) it has helped her development massively. All of the staff are wonderful and they have all the time in the world for parents and children alike.
Every interaction with any of the staff is always a pleasant experience, a genuinely

Both my little ones attend the Newport setting. The entrance area is so welcoming and Anna is very creative with the small touches.
The updated pre-school room looks fab.. so calm with a lots of little different areas for the children.
My little girl asks me every morning "is it nursery day today"
and when I reply yes, she is so happy/excited.
The team at Newport are fab!!

All the staff are amazing. They took the time to understand our family and what our children need before they started and have continued this throughout our children's time there. It's not one size fits all approach each child is treated as an individual. My children run in in the morning without looking
back and can't wait to see the staff everyday. If there any any issues someone is always on hand to answer your question in a professional manner. Really can't recommend enough. Will be sad when both my children have left for school.

My daughter has been at little inspirations since she was around 8 months, she is now 4. We'd had a rough start to childcare with other providers but from first meeting I knew my daughter was going to be taken care of. Not just that, but she has thrived in the setting. All staff members are welcoming,
professional, and supportive. Every day my daughter comes home and tells me how she has played with her friends and she counts the staff as her friends too. I've always been reassured that when she has been sad or upset, they have given her the comfort and safety she needed. If I've ever needed to ask questions or have had a concern, the staff have dealt with it professionally and in a timely manner (although these concerns have been minor). I have recommended the setting to multiple people and would over again. I'll be very sad when our time ends at the nursery, but I am so grateful for the support and care shown to us as a family.

Little Inspirations Newport are absolutely fabulous. Our little one has been at the setting for 2 and a half years and absolutely loves it.
The staff are great and are all so approachable, understanding and caring. The children really are at the heart of everything that the staff here do. Nothing
is ever too much.
Our little boy is thriving and without a shadow of a doubt we have the team at Little Inspirations Newport to thank for that.
As a first time mum sending her little boy to nursery at just 9 months old I was incredibly grateful for the team at Little Inspirations who made the setting and staff feel like an extension to our home and family. My little boy wakes up every morning excited to go to nursery - what more could a mother ask for.
Thank you so much to the manager and the team for all they do to make leaving our babies easier.

My little boy has been attending Little Inspirations since the beginning of 2022 and he absolutely loves going in. He always comes home with such a smile on his face and lots of stories about what he has done throughout the day. All of the staff are very friendly and are always happy to answer any questions
you may have. The resources and activities that are set up throughout the day are lovely and are created following the children's interests which ensure that the children are always engaged with what they are doing. I have definitely seen a progression within my little boys development since starting at the nursery. Regular updates are provided throughout the day on the app which update you on what they have eaten, nappy changes and pictures of what they have been up to. The meals which are provided are very well-balanced and my little boy always seems to enjoy them. His dietary needs are always taken into account and the staff and chef are always very careful with this!

We have been very happy with the nursery for our son; he has good relationships with the staff who are always kind, helpful and friendly and the environment is clean and safe. He clearly enjoys playing in the garden and enjoys the activities staff provide indoors as well.

Lovely nursery and Amazing staff. My son is currently in the toddler room and loves his time there. Staff are amazing with him and he loves going. My daughter went to the nursery before she started school and same with her she loved it to and offered go's back to say hello.

The nursery staff at Little Inspirations are very professional, approachable, friendly, kind, caring and nurturing. My youngest daughter is currently attending the nursery and my oldest left last summer. I am very happy with the development of my children which has been supported by the nursery staff.
