Well what can I say..

Absolutely amazing staff they're wonderful understanding and help in anyway they can.

I was hesitant to let my little one start nursery as a first time mum and him being my baby but honestly putting my son in their care as done wonders for him, he's more confident he's coming along nicely with he's speech he's made good relationship with the staff and other children in the setting and I'm 100% grateful for everything they've done to help my little one grow and learn.

The setting is absolutely beautiful and have a verity of things for the little ones to do and it's also spotless the outdoor area is also really good.

My little boy is a fussy eater but at nursery he's doing amazing he eats anything they give to them it's also freshly cooked meals and fresh produce.

My daughter has been attending since 2021 until 2025, she has loved coming and has bonded with all the staff but especially one staff member in particular. I would absolutely recommend Kids Planet to anyone because they have been fantastic, we have even enrolled our youngest daughter to start in September even though we don't live close anymore as we have had such a positive experience. I feel that they have treated my daughter as if she were their own.

Staff meets us straight away and settle her in for the day. On pick up give information about my daughters day and really show the care.

He is now in the rising 2s room. He absolutely loves going to nursery, his routine there is great for him and he absolutely loves playing and cuddling with all the room staff as well as office staff who know him just as well! The effort they have put into him is beyond anything we could have imagined!

I cannot fault the team at Kids Planet Queen Street as they have been fantastic with my daughter!

Amazing nursery with amazing staff always friendly and welcoming with the biggest smiles always. They really take their time to get to know children and their family's. They have amazing activity's set out for the children to join in which they take into account the ability of each individual child. They have fanatic bonds with the community and help out the local clothing banks etc.

All staff members have been so good with my little boy, also they are so helpful for parents too, I always know if I need help they are always there to support me and my child. My little boy looks forward to going to there nursery.

The staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and confident in their ability to look after my child. Unlike others they took a holistic approach to my child and made it clear how important they felt supporting and understanding the family unit is. Our inclusion in his care and development were seen as huge positives and something that they actively encourage. They see the child as a whole and tailor care to suit them. All staff have been approachable and friendly, which is clear to see with how comfortable my little one is with them now. They never pressured his settling in time and they again went out of their way to ensure a smooth transition. The managers have a firm hold of what is going on within their setting and that is clear to see and evident. Communication with parents is consistent and additional sessions are put in place for transitions and more complex communication requirements. All I can say is thank you.

The staff at this nursery are the best. My son is in the pre-school room and each day there are several activities set up every day; there's no getting bored here! My son loves the food! Home-cooked proper food daily. The outside area is also lovely.

My grandson absolutely loves going to Queen Street Kids Planet. He loves all the activities and trips, especially having breakfast with Santa. They are always well organised and the rooms are clean and welcoming. All the staff are fabulous, I would highly recommend Kids Planet my grandson has thrived under their care.

My daughter has been at Queen Street Kids Planet for over a year. She is growing into a happy confident little girl and I believe the staff are a massive part of her journey. She loves going on her allocated days (2 days a week) She seems to thrive being there and socially she is doing very well mixing with other children. She likes the meals they provide and seems to follow other children trying new foods or fruit and veg, something which she wouldn't be so keen to try at home. The venue is clean and welcoming. The staff arranges food/activity packs so you can take home ingredients to make soup etc. We have done this a few times and my daughter really enjoys it. One thing that makes a massive difference to me is the tea and coffee for station for parents in the mornings, I don't always have time for a coffee in the morning before as mornings can be so hectic. Little details like this help out massively. Thank you.

The staff are amazingly kind, generous, and patient, and it's a testament to the quality of the nursery that most of them have been working there for years. We appreciate the good communication and how well-organised it is. But the most important thing is that I feel that I can totally trust them to look after the children- thank you.

My son attends Kids Planet Queen Street, Normanton. He is in the toddler room, he was very clingy and upset at the start and now he runs in and can not wait to go to nursery. He loves all the staff but he definitely has his favourites. This is the second son I have had at the Kid's Planet, my first child loved his time here too. And loves to come back to visit now he's started school. I would 100% recommend Kids Planet Queen Street. You are all amazing.

The setting has been great with my child's food intolerances and have worked to make sure that they have been accommodating.

We cannot praise the staff at Queen Street enough. So thank you every one.

Queen Street has been amazing with my little boy he attended another setting and he's come on so much since moving him to Queen Street! They really do care for the children within their care and they are like another family! Since moving here he has been wearing his hearing aids all the time there were he used to hide them all the time at his other nursery! Thank you girls!

Wonderful staff, my daughter bonded well with her key worker and she's settling in better now we are reassured as parents on every drop off which is lovely. A particular staff member is an asset to the team and went above and beyond in making a birthday card with my daughter bonded well with her dad! Such a thoughtful task and it meant the world to us.

I would definitely recommend.

Can't praise Kids Planet Queen Street enough! My little boy absolutely loves it and has come on so much since starting nursery. All the staff are amazing and the constant updates on the app make going to work so much easier. Highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

My daughter started in September and after a couple of weeks to settle in she loves going. Gets so excited when we pull into the carpark and rushes in each morning. She always likes to give hugs to the staff and is so happy to see them. She has progressed so much since September and her skills and speech has really improved more.
