I also get updates on what my daughter has been getting up to during the day through an app where they upload pictures. I sometimes upload pictures on it so the teachers can talk to my daughter about what she's been doing at home.
If anyone is looking for a nursery, I cannot recommend Snowflakes enough.

Mr. Sathushen's motivation is driven by developing deep-rooted independence and critical thinking from the earliest ages. Ms Eisha is a highly qualified early years professional who plays a vital role in the leadership and day-to-day excellence at Norwood Green. With both her Montessori Diploma and Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification, her deep understanding of child development and Montessori philosophy to everything she does.
As our Deputy Manager and safeguarding lead, Ms Eisha works closely with our manager to ensure your child receives the highest-quality care and education in an environment that fosters independence, respect, and a genuine love of learning.
She oversees our curriculum planning to ensure we maintain the balance between child-led practice and Early Years requirements.
Ms Lili is the friendly, consistent, all-round organiser at the front and heart of Norwood Green, making sure everything runs smoothly. As our Administrator and Designated Safeguarding Lead, she's often the first person you'll speak to when you call or visit, whether you're enquiring about a place, updating your child's details or simply have a question about the day ahead.
Ms Lili manages all the essential administration that keeps our nursery operating efficiently: from admissions and bookings to maintaining accurate records, processing invoicing, and ensuring we stay compliant with GDPR and safeguarding requirements. She also holds her Level 3 Paediatric First Aid qualification, adding an extra layer of reassurance when it comes to your child's safety.
As Room Leader, Ms Nechia plans and delivers the daily curriculum, tracks individual development, and works closely with parents to share progress. Her NVQ Level 3 in Early Years Care and Education provides a thorough grounding in child development, while her role as Designated Safeguarding Lead means she is trained to identify, record, and respond to safeguarding concerns — providing an additional layer of protection for every child and family at Norwood Green. She also holds Level 3 Paediatric First Aid.
As Room Leader, Ms Lydia plans and delivers the daily curriculum, tracks each child's individual progress, and maintains close communication with parents about their child's milestones. She holds her Level 2 Children and Young People's Workforce qualification and Level 3 Paediatric First Aid, and is currently completing her Level 3 Early Years Educator — combining practical leadership experience with a commitment to advancing her formal expertise.
