The very first time visiting, I was happy, and it felt just right. I think I visited two or three times before knowing it was the right environment to bring my baby into. I was greeted with the kindest, most warm, safe area. The staff are friendly, always greeted with a smile. You can tell they love the children. The children are excited and happy to come every day. They always notify you straight away if your child has been hurt or unwell. So happy that my son is happy coming here. He has learnt so much. I know I've made the right choice, as you hear so many horror stories. I can't wait to see him continue to develop.

It was a lovely experience to visit such an outstanding nursery, and that's all because of the amazing teaching and care provided by the staff team.

Great nursery, professional staff, always meet you with a smile and share the progress of children. Our child has progressed so much socially and learnt to make friends and play with others. The nursery sends videos of activities of your child. There is a daily debrief upon pickup too. We are very happy with Snowflakes nursery.

My son has been at Snowflakes for a year now, and we have seen his personality come out, and the way all staff embrace it and support our son to be himself is amazing. All the staff know what the kids like and dislike and are really person-centred; this is one of the aspects we like about Snowflakes. Our son's transition from the baby room to the toddler room was very smooth; we didn't even realise how quickly and efficiently it happened, and it happened at his pace, with no force or push came from anyone. The staff are very friendly and always at hand to support us and help us to continue any new learnings at home; recently started potty training. When we feel worried on the days our son seems upset, no matter how many times we call to check up on him, we are always greeted with a lovely voice and always get useful feedback, which as parents, is much-needed reassurance when we need it the most. We are extremely grateful to all staff and teachers.

Please do not change anything. It is amazing!

I have been sending my daughter here since she was 4-months-old. She loves her nursery and has developed into a blossoming young toddler. The staff are amazing, very friendly and supportive. One of the best nurseries around. Well done, keep it up.

Such an amazing nursery. The staff are lovely and really care about each individual child. Our little girl has made such a great connection with both the children and staff. The interaction between the staff and parents is great; we are updated with everything possible to support our child.

My daughter joined when she was 18-months and settled in so well. She loves Snowflakes and has made some amazing connections with the staff and other children. We all love Snowflakes and how interactive they are. The staff are super friendly and happy to give their time to you. We will be sad to say goodbye this August.

I really like the nursery. I have 2 children there, and I feel that they learn a lot and enjoy themselves. The staff are accommodating, and the children see them as an extension of the family.

They are really supportive, the place is clean, and the staff is amazing. It is the best nursery in town. Both of my children attend full time, and they are learning many things; I strongly recommend it to everyone. My children have attended there for two years, and they have helped them with speech and doing things by themselves.

A wonderful experience for my baby. Speech, behaviour and everything relating to his performance and development. What about the staff; they are wonderful and very friendly.

My son had attended Snowflakes Nursery for two years and he was so happy there – it was like a second home to him. All of the staff were so nurturing and supportive and they provide him with so much care, attention and positivity. I have always found the key workers to be very communicative and the admin team are so efficient. I would highly recommend Snowflakes to anyone looking for a nursery in the area and I feel very lucky to have found such a wonderful and happy environment for my son. A big thank you to all the team, we will never forget you.

My son has just left Snowflakes to attend Primary School. I am so glad that I sent my son to Snowflakes as they have been an amazing support for him. They do a wide range of activities from messy play to reading and writing with the children. I felt guilty, sending my son to nursery initially, but I soon realised the environment provided by Snowflakes is much more varied and challenging than what I could provide at home.
