A wonderful nursery with very friendly and caring staff. Communication is so easy, and the staff are very warm and welcoming. My daughter looks forward to going into nursery every day and is having the best time of her life! It has great facilities, a lovely location and dedicated staff. A place that
keeps one at peace as you know your child is in good care and will be well looked after.
The online system which is used by the nursery on a daily basis is an excellent way to track your child's development and keep up with what happens at nursery. That, along with daily feedback from staff during pick up about your child’s day, as well as listening to and supporting you with concerns. The staff here also supported our daughter with key milestones such as self-feeding, potty training and confidence with other peers.
Our experience of the nursery has been fantastic, and we would definitely recommend to others.

I am very happy with the nursery.
The staff are friendly, nurturing and provide excellent learning for my child.
The outside space is very good.

Such an amazing nursery. The staff are lovely and really care about each individual child. Our little girl has made such a great connection with both the children and staff. The interaction between the staff and parents is great; we are updated with everything possible to support our child.

My daughter joined when she was 18-months and settled in so well. She loves Snowflakes and has made some amazing connections with the staff and other children. We all love Snowflakes and how interactive they are. The staff are super friendly and happy to give their time to you. We will be sad to say
goodbye this August.

I really like the nursery. I have 2 children there, and I feel that they learn a lot and enjoy themselves. The staff are accommodating, and the children see them as an extension of the family.

They are really supportive, the place is clean, and the staff is amazing. It is the best nursery in town. Both of my children attend full time, and they are learning many things; I strongly recommend it to everyone. My children have attended there for two years, and they have helped them with speech
and doing things by themselves.

Being a first-time parent, I was really apprehensive about leaving our son at the nursery. We aired these concerns with the manager, who stated that these concerns are perfectly normal and how they would do their best to reassure us of the high level of care our son will receive. During the settling
in period, we not only got to ask questions, but we also got to watch our son become more comfortable and confident with the room and with the caring and professional staff. Our son is now in preschool, and we are amazed at how he has grown and his level of confidence and independence is exceptional.
What puts this nursery in 5* for us;
How polite and well mannered our son is, we constantly hear him say ‘please’, ‘thank you’, ‘you are welcome’.
The bond our son has with the deputy manager and how he talks about how she is so funny and silly. Something we never thought senior managers would be, but we have seen how passionate she is and how much the children love her.
Well recommended!

My son had attended Snowflakes Nursery for two years and he was so happy there – it was like a second home to him. All of the staff were so nurturing and supportive and they provide him with so much care, attention and positivity. I have always found the key workers to be very communicative and the
admin team are so efficient. I would highly recommend Snowflakes to anyone looking for a nursery in the area and I feel very lucky to have found such a wonderful and happy environment for my son. A big thank you to all the team, we will never forget you.

I put my darling daughter into Snowflakes at Norwood Green as she turned 9 months - she's now 14 months old and every day she amazes me and her daddy with all she's learnt whilst at nursery here. The staff are incredible and so gentle, nurturing and loving here. The communication is amazing both on
the app and with the staff so I get a full picture of how her day has been.
The menu is varied and fresh so my little girl gets a wide array of flavours and meals.
If I ever have a question, all the staff are able to answer it.
I would recommend this nursery to anyone looking - I work full time and can do so in the knowledge my baby is in the best hands here. She's flourished in this environment and is absolutely thriving as this nursery work with us as parents to give her a great start in life.
It's safe and clean and no matter which room you may see, the kids are happy, which is testament to how amazing this nursery is.
Don't look elsewhere - this beats them all.

My son has just left Snowflakes to attend Primary School. I am so glad that I sent my son to Snowflakes as they have been an amazing support for him. They do a wide range of activities from messy play to reading and writing with the children. I felt guilty, sending my son to nursery initially, but I
soon realised the environment provided by Snowflakes is much more varied and challenging than what I could provide at home.

Snowflakes was our first choice of many nurseries I scouted when looking to join my 13-month-old son. Fast forward 2 years later, today I'm writing this review to guide all those parents who are looking for, not just a daycare place, but to introduce their child to another extended family. Your child
will be in safe hands at Snowflakes. The staff and management at Snowflakes have always made me proud of my decision to put my child in their care. All my kids now attend this Montessori nursery and I've never had to worry how they will be at any point. Sometimes I feel the Snowflakes team cares for my kids more than we as parents do and that just makes me reassured they are in a home away from home. Keep up the great work team.

My daughter started nursery here at the beginning of September, and I was extremely anxious about leaving her purely because I had never left her anywhere before. However, there was something about Snowflakes which made me feel really at ease and comfortable. In no time at all, I saw how happy my daughter
was at the nursery. She would leave me in the mornings happy and I’d collect her in the evenings just as happy. The development in her in just one month has been amazing to see. Every single staff member at Snowflakes have been so welcoming, and are all genuinely lovely people. By far, the best decision I’ve made sending my daughter here. One very happy set of parents!

Both children attend snowflakes and I am very pleased with the care they have provided. My children have settled in very well because of the efficiency of the staff. They are diligent, caring and friendly which makes settling in easier. The nursery in itself is clean with a number of activities and
an outdoor playing area. Happy to recommend snowflakes.

This nursery all round is excellent. The management, staff and facilities are all of a high standard and would recommend to anyone. We are so glad we chose Snowflakes for our two-year-old daughter. The staff are really attentive and nurturing and we trust them fully We have seen a great improvement in our daughter's behaviour and development. Her vocabulary has improved and she sings lots of songs and she eats better at home now
- no more throwing her food on the floor which she used to do before she joined. The group size is just perfect. The facilities and all the indoor and outdoor activities are fun and educational. The online app is brilliant for receiving updates and the face-to-face update with the carers each day are invaluable - they really care about each child.

I am so happy with the nursery!

My older children went to another branch of Snowflakes so this nursery was my top choice having had a previous great experience. I love the fact that the premises are very clean and neat, everything is new and is kept very well. The staff are very pleasant and professional. My 17-month-old has learnt
to feed herself in the first two weeks and started enjoying a wider variety of food. Will not have any reservations to recommend this nursery to my friends.
