Montessori Minds Day Nursery

I have only positive things to say about this nursery. They have gone far beyond my expectations to comfort and welcome my child. I was able to carry out my work knowing that she is happy and secure. The food is healthy and she enjoys everything fresh fruit, vegetables and salad very important to our family.

I feel comfortable leaving my son at the nursery and my son looks forward going each day.

Montessori Minds is a 5 star nursery all round. I put my son into nursery at 15 months, I was very worried he would not settle as I started him off at another one but when I changed and brought him here, within 2 days he was settled in, he always went in happily and always had a smile on his face! His care was outstanding and he was always happy with not just his key worker, but with all the staff. The nursery has a great home from home feel, the nursery is exceptionally structured and my son always has home activities and a record of what he has done for the day, it's so nice to be a part of the learning. I got to see his journal where his educational progress is documented too. Something very important to me is hygiene and I cannot fault Montessori Minds one bit! From my inspection up until today, there is always someone cleaning and it is always spotless! The standards of this nursery should be across all with kind and genuine staff!

Montessori Minds is absolutely the best nursery we know and it's the best nursery for our son. The whole management team is fantastic and caring, professional, and they always do their best for our son to feel at home and welcomed. Coming from a different nursery around the area, it was fairly easy to compare and realise how outstanding their service his. Being parents for the first time, my wife and I have been receiving the best support, best advice, they always follow up on our concerns and as parents, that's what you want for you son. You want to go to work and be absolutely certain that your child is in the best best place with the best people and that's exactly what we feel. Our son has been developing so much now, he's happy, he loves his teachers and he really feels at home. We couldn't be happier to be a part of the Montessori family and we strongly recommend them, you won't be disappointed.

My daughter is 14 months and has been attending this nursery for the last 5 months. The staff have been so lovely and accommodating. They are incredibly friendly and carry the name of the nursery so well. She was 9 months when she started, and as a first-time mum, I was anxious about being away from her for a whole day, but the staff at Montessori Minds Nursery were so welcoming when I would call to check on her (sometimes multiple times a day!). I've seen my daughter develop so well, from picking up life skills at Montessori Minds, she settled in quickly and very well, thanks to her keyworkers. She's so happy to be dropped off there, and when I come to pick her up she always looks like she's had the best day. Montessori Minds is really good at updating me on what she's done during the day, and on a Friday they send pictures of what the kids have been up to during the week - we so look forward to this, and it gives us so much joy! So thankful we found this nursery! Keep up the good work team Montessori Minds!

Nursery staffs are very friendly. My son loves going to the nursery. He settled in quickly when he started. I feel safe and comfortable taking my son to the nursery. They inform us what he did and had at the end of the day.

My daughter had developmental delays when she started here and I was extremely worried that the nursery may find her needs too much to manage. I thought that I may have to stop working completely to care for her which of course was not financially viable. However, this has not been the case. Instead, they have continued to work with us, helping in all aspects of her development, implementing changes/recommendations from my daughter's therapists who designed an early learning plan which is followed at nursery and home and helping with her exercises to improve fine and gross motor skills. She is specifically given homework on areas to focus on at home. We are very grateful for all the work and effort they put in to caring for her. Thank you team!

My son has been at Montessori Minds for 2 years and he has truly blossomed during his time at this nursery. Everything from his social skills to his vocabulary has come on faster than I ever imagined. The staff are so welcoming to both parents and children and it's easy to address any queries or questions about my son's day to day learning. I can't praise all the ladies enough for all their work with my son! I love everything about Montessori Minds nursery starting from facilities, staff, learning approach, play areas and healthy food. I would highly recommend the nursery to other parents and we will miss the Montessori Minds family when my son goes to Reception next year.

I feel so fortunate to have found Montessori Minds when I was in desperate need. My Son has been attending this daycare since he was a little over one year. He is now 3 years old, I could not have chosen a better nursery! He has settled in really well, he never cried when I dropped him off which for me is a very good sign that he is very happy to be there. I am so proud of his development while in the care of Hannah and other staff. They truly love and treat the children like they are their own. They do the cutest projects with the kids, they teach songs, sign language (Makaton), reading stories, and many other things that are wonderful for the children. They have everything made of wood instead of cheap plastic, even the fruits and veggies the children play with are real not plastic. Their communication with parents is also excellent. I enjoyed receiving newsletter/pictures every week of kids that the manager and her staffs takes on a daily basis, I recommend them wholeheartedly. Good Luck Team

My daughter has been attending Montessori Minds for 12 months and my husband and I couldn't be happier that we chose to send her here. The owner is always available to answer questions or discuss any concerns you have about your child, offering support and advice when needed. The building is a lovely, converted victorian house so it feels very homely. The hours (7am - 7pm) and proximity to Romford station are another huge bonus for us given we both work in London. The main thing though, is that our daughter loves it.

The nursery is fairly new, but with plenty of experienced professionals with a passion for developing children aged 3 months onwards into independent young little boys and girls. Our experience so far has been great and they have listened to our every need and made arrangements for every special request, from feeding habits to sleeping patterns and even using a moisturising cream and other products regularly to keep up with our little one’s demanding needs. There are plenty of activities being run throughout the day to keep the kids entertained whilst developing their skills in a variety of topics ranging from maths to arts and they all seem to have lots of fun and enjoy spending time there. They also encourage development activities being carried over at home so that this can continue in the weekends and during holidays and there is also paperwork, pics and other things to keep track of their progress.

I visited a few nurseries in the area before choosing Montessori Minds. Montessori Minds was the only one I felt suitable for my son. The atmosphere and the staff are amazing.

My son absolutely loves going to nursery and has so much fun. I feel it has a family atmosphere and the staff are really caring and trusting. When I go to work I feel at ease knowing that he is well looked after and can relax knowing he is in safe hands.

He has developed so much since going to Montessori Minds. I am so thankful to all the staff.

My son has been attending this nursery since he was 23 months. I was very reluctant to put him into nursery as we had a bad experience a year ago with a larger nursery in the area which made me feel very uncomfortable about leaving him again. However, I could not have chosen a better nursery! The staff are the best part of this place, they are attentive, caring, supportive. The manager is wonderful, always answers any queries. My son also has developed an allergy which has been managed excellently. The toys and activities are great, my son always comes home tired from such a fun day, he even talks about the staff over the weekend as he enjoys their company so much. The food is excellent, cooked by a wonderful in-house chef, the variety is excellent and it has got my son eating things he has not tried before which is a bonus! Overall I am so happy with the choice to place my son in this nursery he enjoys it so much and I feel so comfortable leaving him there.

Our son is very happy with the nursery. It’s nice and clean. Good food, wonderful and high qualified staff. Everything our little one needs to feel calm, happy and to learn new things. Highly recommend. Number 2 will go to this nursery as well.

My little girl loves coming to this nursery. She has learnt so much there since she started a couple of months ago, and talks about it at home all the time. She loves all the nursery staff and they create a safe and warm environment for her. It's like being part of a larger family! Very grateful for all that they do.

The Nurseries kitchen is equally exceptional - healthy, homemade, organic, well cooked and delicious.

We are very satisfied with Montessori Minds. This was the first nursery that we had visited, and after seeing Montessori Minds, and talking to the manager, we were totally convinced about this place. The manager is committed to providing the best care for children and finds time to interact with each of the children's parents. My son has eczema and a lot of food restrictions. The manager's mom cooks for the children and she is very meticulous in making compatible food for my son. She is quite experienced with taking care of kids with allergies. The staff are extremely friendly, attentive, and they keep my son engaged all the time. There have been a lot of favourable changes in my son after he has started being in this nursery. I would recommend this nursery to my friends without hesitation.

To see how much my son has developed since attending the nursery is amazing. It was so difficult for me to find a nursery that I liked and where I felt comfortable to leave my child. Montessori minds really put my mind at ease. My son is so happy there. I can always ring to see how he is doing, we get a daily update sheet on collection and my favourite is the weekly newsletter of key highlights of what the children and staff have been up to.

The food is all organic and we are told each day what our child ate and how much. I could not ask for a better nursery.

Our two-year-old boy loves this nursery. He adapted fairly fast and really likes everyone there. The nursery is very organised and the management team and staff know what they are doing. My boy is willing to try a lot more different food at nursery than he will at home. He has recently learned the types of dinosaurs and my husband and I were very surprised when he corrected us that one of his toy dinosaurs was a Stegosaurus. The activities at the nursery are great and we can clearly see he is developing and learning new things every day. We are always updated about his week and how he is doing. I cannot recommend this nursery more. We are all very happy and know our son will be well prepared to start school after being at Montessori Minds.
