Our little boy joined in Oct when he was 16 months old. As a first-time Mum, I was really nervous about my son starting nursery, but Banana Moon was incredibly understanding and very good at talking things through and giving me plenty of reassurances. They shared lots of feedback during the day whilst
my son was settling in - exactly what I needed to feel confident he was being well taken care of, and if he was having a tough day they would let me know and we would decide together what to do. Three months in he is having a wonderful time and as parents, we are thrilled that we found the right nursery. He’s always babbling away in the car on the way home so I know he’s having a great time and he’s learning new words and new dance moves every week! Love the daily diary reports and pictures that come through at the end of the day, always a highlight of our evening. Would fully recommend Banana Moon Chipping Norton!

My son started here in June 2021 at 13 months old and we couldn't be happier. The staff are lovely and genuinely seem to enjoy spending time with the children and my son has grown extremely attached to a couple of them in particular which is really lovely to see. We've seen enormous progress in him
since he started - he's more confident and has developed skills that we then see at home. They spend lots of time outside as well as participating in messy play (both outdoors and in). There's also a strong emphasis on making sure their food is nutritious and varied.
We had a period last autumn where he was really unwell and in and out of the nursery and the staff were so accommodating and supportive which made our lives much easier at a very difficult time. They helped him to settle back in and it was hugely reassuring for us to know that he was being well looked after.
We're so pleased we chose Banana Moon and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. They really have been brilliant and we're so grateful.

My daughter has been attending Banana Moon since she was 10 months (started Oct 2021) and we have been so impressed with everything about the nursery! The staff are all wonderful and take real care and interest in the children, they all knew her by name after the first week. My daughter is always excited
to go in every morning and happy at the end of the day.
The different types of play they do are fantastic, it’s always fun seeing what they’ve been up to that day on the blossom app. The food is also amazing, there is a real variety and my daughter finishes every meal! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Banana Moon to anyone.

We couldn’t be happier with Banana Moon! My son immediately settled straight in and the staff were so welcoming! Each member of staff seems to really understand each individual's needs and it’s so lovely to discuss my sons day with them and have them really notice his little personality developing just
like we would at home! The Banana Moon app is also amazing and so nice to feel connected to what my son has been doing each day! I cannot recommend it enough!

My son joined Banana Moon when he turned 3 years old in March last year. He loves going to nursery. The teachers are kind, patient, friendly and have so many wonderful and creative ideas of ways to help the children learn and enjoy playing and socialising. There is such a fun, happy atmosphere and my
son is always coming home demonstrating new skills he has learnt there. The teachers provide a daily diary and plenty of feedback at pickup too. They are always happy to answer questions and help with anything that your child needs. Would highly recommend.

Our little girl started the nursery when she was 15 months and she’s loved it from day one.
She’s got a great relationship with all the staff (who are great), and we’ve seen real progress in her development since she started going to Banana Moon Day Nursery Chipping Norton.
There’s a lot of emphasis
on kids spending time outside and provision of freshly cooked and varied food, both of which are really important to us as parents.
The manager and the team have also been great during the pandemic, with a very positive and helpful attitude in what has been a very difficult situation for many parents and carers.
I would definitely recommend Banana Moon!

Our daughter started at Banana Moon in January when she was almost 6 months and we have been beyond impressed with the care she has received! They have helped her through the weaning process and she has learnt so many new skills thanks to the kind and attentive staff looking after her. Every day when
we drop her off and pick her up she is happy and smiling, which is the most reassuring sign as a parent. We love receiving the daily updates and are always very impressed with the wide variety of educational (and messy!) activities the staff do with the children every day. We would definitely recommend this nursery.

Our daughter has been going to Banana Moon for over a year now. From the baby room and now into mini moons. Everyone at the nursery have been great for our daughters development. She loves the nursery and the staff have been absolutely faultless and do such a fantastic job.

My son started day nursery in September 2020 when he was 9 months old and is absolutely thriving. He has a fantastic relationship with his key person and room leader. All the staff at Banana Moon are so accommodating and they are an extension of a family. He literally can’t get out of the car quick
enough to run in now he can walk. December was a tricky time for us as he was very poorly then we had Christmas and then nursery shut for a week due to Covid and the team were so patient in helping him to transition into nursery life again. We’d love to send our son more to nursery as being a first-time mum I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about working more than I currently do. Unfortunately, we can increase his hours until January 2021, this is a real testament of how good a job these guys are doing.

My 19-month-old twins started at Banana Moon a few months ago now. We couldn’t be happier with the level of care that is given. The app is fabulous, every visit we get a peek into what they have been up to, always fun and inventive games and learning. They always have time outside playing too. My son
and daughter thoroughly enjoy nursery and never hesitate to walk in! Their speech and confidence are growing and they have both surprised us with how comfortable they are leaving us for the afternoon, considering they have had hardly any social interaction with other adults or children due to lockdown.
Meals are great! Staff are wonderful. All round, positive and happy experience for my children but also makes us feel very happy and content as new parents.

I can't tell you enough how amazing I think this nursery is. My eldest son went to a different nursery but for my youngest we drive the journey to Banana Moon. Whilst the building, cleanliness, garden etc. are all fantastic I think that it's the team here that really make it so great. They all just
go the extra mile and really care. My son has been there from age 1 (now 3) and has progressed really well, I'm totally confident that as he moves to the full moons room that they will prepare him even further for his start in school. I'm only sad that one day we'll have to leave!

Banana Moon is just wonderful. We were really hesitant to send our son to nursery, but he has thrived here. He absolutely loves all the staff, he loves the friends that he has made and he really enjoys the time he has there. His favourite thing is the muddy mornings, something that has recently been
introduced and is great.
The manager and the team always listen to any concerns that we have regarding our son and always respect our wishes. He also has multiple food sensitivities, they are very good with him making sure he is never left out.

Our son started in baby moons in January and despite never having stepped foot inside (due to Covid policy) we have felt so welcomed as a family. The staff take such an interest in my son and work hard to provide games and toys that match his interests and passions. The app they use for communication
is really good, and my son walks in very happily every morning - what more could you ask for? We found the nursery as a last resort as the ones closest to us didn’t have space. However, rather than changing to a closer nursery, we are actually looking at moving house to be closer because he is so settled and so obviously enjoying it. Would highly recommend the manager and her team

My son has been going to Banana Moon Day nursery for 14 months now. I moved him from a nursery that I felt wasn't paying him enough attention and I expressed this when we joined. It was the best decision that I made. He has been so happy, treated with attention and care and has been provided with the
tools to smoothly move to school in September. I cannot thank Banana Moon enough for the time they have spent with him.
Along with the attention they have given him, the nursery itself is well structured and thought-out with multiple ideas and activities in place.

After lots of research this nursery came up as our first choice based on location and opening hours as both my wife and I work unsociable hours (chef and midwife).
Being our first child and having never been away from us he soon settled in with help from the experienced team who also knew how hard
it is for parents and would keep us updated in the early days with phone calls and messages (reassuring touch).
We really enjoy reading the diary to see what our boy has been up to along with the pictures they capture throughout the day.
It’s been amazing seeing how his time at nursery has helped him grow and learn. He is always coming home with new words and songs.
The team have made a great impression on him and he always mentions their names, with favourites mentioned.

My daughter adores coming to this nursery. Most days she can’t even remember to say goodbye as she is so keen to get in!
All the staff are amazing and lovely to have a conversation with, even when you want to talk through the silliest little things!
The amount of different activities they do is
astonishing, I don’t know how they come up with half the ideas and always have something planned!
I am also slightly jealous of the things I see my daughter has been eating throughout the week, they are spoilt!
Thank you Banana Moon team, you are more of a third parent than a nursery!

Words can't express enough how good Banana Moon is. The amount of messy play and sensory play there is. It's off the charts compared to other places we looked at.
My little wizard comes home every time with a smile on his face and can't wait to go back the next day. If only they were open at weekends
too!

My son has been going for over a year now and the support he's been offered during the year of lockdown has been invaluable to his development. The staff know him and work to help him grow to be the best that he can be. I'm really happy with my son's development there and I know that when he's there
that he is in a safe, supportive atmosphere and is being cared for. And he gets two proper hot meals a day, breakfast and snacks which is a real game-changer! Not all heroes wear capes!

All at Banana Moon have been fantastic with my son, he started just before he was 10 months and has adored it since day 1. He has a very lovely relationship with his key worker and room leader. He has grown so much and come on in so many respects and I feel a lot of that it's down to the nursery and

Moved my daughter here at the height of lockdown. She absolutely loves going to nursery and seeing her friends and the staff. They do a lot of 'messy play' which she loves and they all seem to adore her which is lovely to see. She eats fantastically and looks delighted to go there every day. Thank you
