My daughter has been coming for 4-months now, and she absolutely loves it at Banana Moon. The staff have been great, friendly and understanding. The manager does not manage from her office, and it is clear she spends time with the kids; who love her just as much as they love the nursery staff, which
is lovely. The meals are included in the price and are well balanced. I'm often told my daughter has had more than one portion; so they must be delicious as well! There is a lot of outside time, activities and crafts every day. I get regular photos and details of her day upon pick up and via an app (a lovely touch and I can show grandma and nanny too). Open extended hours compared to some nurseries in the area. All in all, can't fault the nursery and will be sending my son when the time comes.

For me, the Banana Moon is the perfect mix of a fun, friendly, yet professional environment.
The staff are caring and attentive - they took time and effort to help my daughter settle at the start and I love that she now willingly runs to her key care provider for hugs. I see genuine interest, love
and affection for the children in their care.
The food is varied and seems well balanced - my daughter actually eats better than me on the days she's there. In fact, it's so good, we're often told she's had "more than one portion"!
I also love that they spend lots of time outside - something that's important to me and did not appear to be well provided for in our other local nursery options.
They always have a variety of activities each day and take time to create themes for learning and play.
I'm totally delighted with the service and care they provide.

This nursery has changed mine and my daughters life, they have got her eating and interacting so much better than I could. I struggled to leave her anywhere except here so I'm so glad they're open in the school holidays as I can keep working without the worry. The staff are so caring and thoughtful.

Our son was 9-months-old when he started at Banana Moon and had multiple allergies and other health issues. The staff were so supportive in making sure his meals were balanced and healthy while avoiding any allergens. The staff are all really approachable and our son loves them all, he has so much fun
at nursery and learns so much every day, it’s lovely when he comes home and says a new word or does something new that he has learned at nursery. We love Banana Moon!

I was originally unsure about sending my daughter to nursery but when I found Banana Moon, I felt this was exactly the right place for her. During the settling in sessions, the staff have been wonderful and helped me and my daughter. She now loves it, the food is great, activities are fun with lots
of outside play too. The staff really are wonderful and the communication with the parents is great too. Thank you.

Our daughter loves her days at Banana Moon Nursery. She enjoys the variety of activities, including the sensory messy play times and the outdoor play area. The nursery provides a lovely varied food menu which she enjoys so much that she will often have second helpings for lunch and dinner! We are confident

My little boy was just under seven months old when he started at Banana Moon in Chipping Norton. The staff were super accommodating during his settling in sessions to ensure he was ready and they were also very supportive when he first started as well.
The nursery and it’s staff has a really friendly
and fun family feel and he has settled in very quickly and absolutely loves his time there doing lots of different activities and playing with all the lovely toys. There’s a fab variety of home cooked food too which he always enjoys. We genuinely couldn’t be happier with our choice of nursery!

My son started here in November and the difference in his development is really noticeable. He LOVES going to Nursery. There is so much for him to get stuck into, he clearly adores the staff and the only time he cries is when we pick him up to take him home! We've been really impressed by the standard
of hygiene, the quality of the food, the dedication and professionalism of the staff and the quality of the facilities. Their premises and location really are excellent. There is so much space (indoors and out) for him to run around and I particularly like that he gets some time with the older children as well as his own group. Overall, I cannot recommend Banana Moon highly enough. I think its incredibly good value for money too.

The staff are supportive, welcoming and listen to the needs of the parents and children. I found it difficult to see my little one go to nursery but they were wonderful and encouraging and my daughter settled in really quickly.
My little one has become more confident as a result of being there and
I always know she’s in safe hands, couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
The food is also varied and nutritious and a lot of care and thought goes into this.

Excellent nursery with lovely caring staff. My son took a while to settle and now thanks to all the staff he is happier than ever. Excellent food options, varied and healthy. Beautiful facilities, on the expensive side but still worth every penny! 100% recommend.

My son had a really hard time settling in. And I had a really hard time too. The staff have been so accommodating and patient with us, I can't thank them enough. My son is vegan and they have offered to accommodate this and cook him separate meals. They are open-minded and have taken my views on board
in regards to the food products they are buying, like which plant milk to buy in order to avoid sugar/artificial sweeteners, chemicals, etc.
I am amazed at their dedication to look after kids to the point that I wish I will get to a point in my own career to be this dedicated and happy with what I do.

My daughter has found it difficult to settle into nursery but the staff at Banana Moon have been fantastic and have gone that extra mile to accommodate her needs and have made sure she has had a smooth transition into nursery life.
She now loves nursery life, I feel comfortable leaving her knowing
she is happy and will enjoy herself for the day.
The staff are caring, helpful and always smiling.
The facilities are excellent and spotlessly clean.
They have even managed to get my daughter comfortable enough to have her afternoon naps!
