Little Rascals Nursery

I’ve been very happy with my daughter’s experience at Little Rascals to date. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and have formed a good bond with my little girl (particularly her key worker). I’ve been impressed with the parental progress reviews that we’ve had each term and the development monitoring and related progress sheets. My daughter does a wide variety of activities and we get some lovely pictures and cards which come home from time to time. The car park in front of the nursery building is also very useful if you ever need to drop off or pick up by car (unusual in town).

We love Little Rascals Nursery. There was a great settling in process which meant our 10-month-old daughter had no problems starting there. We like the daily report we get every day about what she's eaten and how she's slept. The staff are all lovely and friendly. It's been a really stress-free start to starting our daughter at nursery and we would highly recommend it to other parents.

My daughter and son have both attended Little Rascals. My son has just moved up from toddler room to younger pre-school and the transition has gone very well. He has attended since he was about 9 months and I could not recommend it enough. He has grown so much in confidence and the teachers are amazing. They have created such a creative, stimulating, nurturing environment and he is always so excited to tell me about his day. I feel so comfortable leaving him with teachers that really care for the children and love their jobs!

The games and crafts are so imaginative and Little Rascals is constantly thinking of new ways to entertain and teach the children through different forms of play. Our daughter has learnt so much from Little Rascals and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to any parents looking for a nursery in Tunbridge Wells.

I would definitely recommend Little Rascals nursery. It is hard to hand your child over to a nursery for the first time, but it helps that the staff really care about each child. We will really miss everyone when our son moves to the preschool building. The support for the transition has been great and we are glad we are getting a warm welcome in the preschool building too.

Two of our children have now attended Little Rascals and it is an excellent setting. We love the weekly and termly themes that they apply, as we can support the learning at home. Our 3-year-old came home one time and told us that he understood photosynthesis and promptly explained it to us! Another time he was so inspired by the Greek Mythology theme and the Medusa hat he'd made, that we had to go to the library to find more books on Greek Mythology so we could read about it at home. This love of learning and encouraging curiosity is a real strength of Little Rascals and we would highly recommend it to anyone considering sending their child there.

Both my sons attended Little Rascals, moving from the nursery building to the preschool building as they grew up. The nursery and preschool are run and organised very well. My children were happy and settled, developed a lovely relationship with their key workers and were always excited to tell me what they had been doing during the day (which was always lots and well varied). I always received a detailed handover upon collection and was kept up to date via the weekly news about events, celebrations, policy and staffing. I found the staff to be very approachable in all aspects and they really seemed to care about the little ones, going the extra mile to meet any needs of the children and parents. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Little Rascals to other parents.

My daughter loves Little Rascals and she has really grown and blossomed since attending.

She is really looking forward to moving up to preschool.

Our son has now spent 6 months at Little Rascals and we are extremely impressed with the level of care and service provided. Our son actively is excited by going to Nursery and has shown real development in language. He chats happily about the staff he spends time with and also tells us about the interesting, and often themed, activities he is part of. Would very much recommend.

Very friendly staff and my child always seems happy to be dropped off. Never find him upset at the end of the day - always happy and very tired!

Cannot recommend this nursery highly enough! My second child is now at Little Rascals after my daughter had 4 extremely happy years there. My little boy is now thriving, and after 6 months at the nursery, his development has been huge. He has grown in confidence, made friends and learnt so many things. Above all, I know he is happy and nurtured with extremely caring and supportive staff. It is a family environment and I am so pleased both my children have had the opportunity to be part of it.

The activities that are put on for the children are fantastic and wide ranging and not the sort of things you’d normally do at home. My daughter loved her 2 years at Little Rascals and has grown in confidence as a result.

Also, the recent refurbishments and garden improvement are a nice plus!

Everyone at Little Rascals is always so happy and welcoming and I know my grandson has lots of fun when he is there.

I’m always greeted by a happy smiley face, sometimes my son gets distressed at drop off and we have lots of tears but it’s made so much easier by the warm welcome from the team.

I have no doubts or worries when I drop him off and am appreciative of the low staff turnover. The staff are so positive - they always greet him happily when we arrive and he is excited to see them. I do hope the staff are appropriately rewarded as it is to them we as parents owe so much.

I'm actually dreading the day it's time for her to move on. Wonderful team behind it and high recommend it.

Most importantly though, when I ask my daughter, she tells me they love going to preschool. And I have tears from my son when I pick him up!
