This is an excellent place for my 3-year-old daughter to grow in. The staff are very friendly and very attentive to children's needs. When I pick her up, my daughter always tells me, "Mummy I had a great day today at the new school" (that's how we call it since she only started a month ago). In a space of a few weeks, she has made good friends, and she talks a lot about them at home. She's in the pre-school group. There are lots of activities children can engage in during the day, both indoors and outdoors, which I feel encourage her independence, confidence and creativity. In short, we really, really like this nursery.

Our daughter has been going to Chestnut Nursery for around a month now and she always comes home with a smile on her face. When we were first shown around, my wife and I were amazed by the resources available and how clean and tidy the nursery was kept. The staff were extremely friendly and on hand to answer any questions we had. There is always an exciting menu on offer with something for everyone. Overall, we are very happy to bring our daughter to Chestnut Nursery and are excited about her future prospects, growing up with really lovely people around her and looking after her.

My son is 14 months old and has now been at Chestnut Nursery School for two months. His social skills and confidence have developed hugely since he started nursery, I largely credit this to the wonderful care he receives there. He settled in quickly and has formed a good bond with his key person. Returning to work has been made much easier knowing how happy my child is at nursery.

To be honest, this nursery is excellent for us, it is close to our working place, and every staff is really committed to taking care of babies. We are very impressed by the kindness and positive attitude of the staff. They are always welcoming and smiling. Always share the information in a professional way and give the impression of honesty.

My 3-year-old daughter started attending Chestnuts NRP (Norwich Research Park) three times a week and she absolutely loves it! Loads of hands-on activities (eg baking, crafts, painting) to encourage learning, and the facilities are great. They also have a lovely big garden which my little one loves. The staff are very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, approachable and provide a 'home away from home' for kids. In the beginning, I was worried that my daughter might not like it, now the problem I have is picking her up when it’s time to go home, as she doesn’t want to leave.

Initially, I was apprehensive about putting our son in a nursery. However, from the offset, the staff at Chestnut Nursery School were warm and welcoming. We knew when we came for our first visit that we wouldn't want him to go anywhere else. The nursery itself is brand new and has such lovely equipment and facilities. It puts our house to shame. Our son enjoys his time there and the staff are very caring, attentive and reassuring. Overall it is a warm and caring environment for children.

My son started nursery this month and I am very pleased with everything that he's already learnt. He's always happy to go to nursery and he's shown to enjoy every minute there. I'm very happy. The staff is amazing, very careful and sweet with all children. The facilities have everything that they need to grow happy and learn. I'll recommend without any doubt.

Wonderful nursery, with lots of stimulating play and resources. My daughter started recently and was a little nervous (as was I). Nursery staff have been wonderful and reassuring to both myself, my husband and our daughter.
The nursery uses a great parent app which allows me to see what my daughter has been up to all day. The facilities are always clean, tidy and age appropriate.
All the staff are welcoming as soon as you come through the door.
Could not recommend enough!

An amazing new nursery that is well equipped with the latest technology which provides me with regular reports on my daughter's daily activities. All the staff, deputy manager and manager are fantastic and have settled my anxious daughter extremely well and very quickly. They encourage her to try lots of different and varied activities each day which she absolutely loves. They are helping me with potty/toilet training and are amazing at working with me with regards to her individual dietary requirements.
I can honestly say, I have never seen her so happy in a nursery. Happy daughter = happy mum.

I am passionate about making children’s early experiences the best they can be at our nursery. I believe that a child’s early years and development lay the foundations for the rest of their lives, and it’s amazing being able to be part of offering the best provision to all who come through our doors. I have been working for Chestnut Nursery Schools for over 6 years, starting out as bank staff and then a full-time practitioner before making the move to room lead, Deputy Manager and now Manager at the Norwich Research Park. I have a Level 3 qualification in Early Years and am also SEND qualified. The team here at Chestnut are always keen to provide the best for the children in our care. I enjoy working in all rooms, seeing the children grow in abilities and confidence and helping support them and their families as they develop their sense of self and their view of the world around them. No two days are the same working with young children, and I love being part of their early years journey.
