They're a fantastic nursery. My son loves going to school. The only thing that does annoy me is certain members of staff discuss my child with other members of my family, but continue to go on about data protection if I ask about my niece.

Overall, my experience with Happy Days as a child care provider is a good one.
I am extremely happy with the facilities/ethos/outdoor areas.
My experience with the staff has been all positive ones, and I’ve had no real concerns since using the nursery.
The only area where I feel I am unable to
confidently rate/comment; would be regarding the activities and learning, but again, I do not have any concerns in this area.

Being a first time mum returning to work can be scary. Not only have Happy Days staff gone out of their way to reassure me, but they helped my son to settle in wonderfully. Staff are friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and always happy. My son has come on leaps and bounds, and it is fantastic to see
how quickly he is developing in a lovely setting. The up-dates every day have helped me to integrate the activities he loves at nursery into home. They are always quick to respond on email also, to any admin query’s you have.
I would highly recommend their services.

My 3-year-old absolutely loves it here. He loves his key worker too!
All the staff are fantastic and the place is beautiful. Can't recommend it highly enough. My child didn't enjoy his old nursery and here he runs off happily, somedays without even remembering to say bye!

Fantastic team, modern techniques, clean and my girl loves it. As this is my first child it took me a long time to chose a nursery and this one by far is the best I have visited.

My little boy has been going for 3 months now and he settled so quickly, the staff are amazing.


I had a few issues and the nursery staff addressed it straight away and worked with me on the issue.


The outdoor area is amazing and my little boy loves it so much.

My son has been attending the nursery since August the development and change in him is brilliant. They provide a wide variety of food which has made life at home a lot easier. He is my first child and I was very anxious about him joining nursery. All the staff there put my mind at ease and I like how

Staff are fantastic and always display a positive attitude. Facilities are modern and food offered is varied and of high standard.


I like the idea of the forest craft area and the nursery is environmentally friendly in the sense they have wooden rather than plastic toys.


Everything is well organised

and I couldn’t think of anywhere better to send my child.

This is our 1st nursery experience but I can honestly say from the outset the senior management down to the staff day in day out have been superb. As this was a new nursery you expected teething problems but I can honestly say it was seamless. Every question we have had has been answered quickly and
promptly and staff have been superb.


The facilities as you can imagine for a new nursery have been mind-blowing if only it was like this when I was a child, it has everything from indoor slides to outdoor play areas, I can say our son comes home with a smile on his face every day and in fact doesn't want to leave.


In addition to everything our son has a 'dairy' allergy and we were worried how this would be managed but we had several meetings with management before starting and they outlined how they would manage everything and before they did they listened and fully understand the extent of the allergy.


We have been at Happy Days now for 4 months and can honestly say it is the best choice we made.

My one-year-old started nursery at the beginning of November 2018, she wasn't happy about being left but the team offered extra settling in days to try to get her used to the environment. After a few weeks she absolutely loves it, no more tears or clinging on tight, she's eating all of her meals and
actually sleeping too (which I didn't think would happen). There is a huge range of toys/activities and a great outdoor play/explore area.
The entire team are lovely and put our minds at ease, I'm very happy to have had a place accepted for our daughter and would highly recommend to other parents.

My Daughter has been attending Happy Days Nursery & Pre-School - Abbey Meads for the past few months. We are very pleased with how she has settled into the nursery. The staff and nursery work hard to ensure a good home nursery relationship, we have already had two opportunities for stay and play sessions
as well as a parents evening.
All the staff are friendly and welcoming and the nursery provides excellent facilities and resources.

Amazing nursery with impeccable second to none care towards children. Our twins have come on leaps and bounds since being at this Nursery and would recommend anyone to leave their children in the care here. They have helped with all aspects on young education from the age of 40 months and have a great
ethos of both modern and older childcare and actively encourage outdoor and indoor play to develop much needed social, emotional and physical care. Well done guys.

My 3-year-old son attends Happy Days in Swindon 4 days a week and he loves it. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. There is always a wide variety of activities and we are always welcomed by friendly faces who make even the earliest of mornings bearable!
The staff
are very informative and always give me a good update on what’s been going on during the day, and I feel that my son is in great hands when I drop him off there. Every morning there are lots of fun toys and games set up, and the kids are encouraged to be really independent which is fab. I couldn’t wish for anything more!

Our child was one of the first to use Happy Days Nursery and since day one she's been welcomed with open arms, cared for, assessed and learnt along with the staff.
Although at an early age she seems to be coming on leaps and bounds with other children, the staff who are excellent in everything they
do from caring to development of our daughter. They look after her and report back as to what she's done during the day from activities inside and out, her eating diary along with nappy motions lol. Overall pleasing and on the occasions that she's had a minor mishap I've been called and reported as to the events alongside any queries or worries.
Welcoming all around and friendly from entrance through to departures. Would highly recommend this nursery and most importantly my daughter loves it.

My son has been in the Abbey Meads Happy Days Nursery since June and has since learnt so much. He’s learning songs and numbers. His manners have gotten so much better. All the staff are lovely and will always tell me how my sons day has been. Can’t recommend the nursery enough.

My daughter’s been attending Happy Days since they opened in June. As it was her first nursery in a new country, with a new language I was full of concerns. But the staff did great job to make her feel comfortable, she speaks English now easily, loves to spend time there, often not willing to go back
home :)
I strongly recommend Happy Days in Swindon!
