Precious Smiles is an Ofsted-rated 'outstanding' early education provider.

The nursery is focused on structured learning around the seven areas of the EYFS, including communication and language, literacy, maths and understanding the world.

Highly experienced early years teachers and educators develop a range of unique learning experiences which are fun, creative and support children's early learning and development.

Children develop a close attachment to their key person, and a range of other staff who make up the team to support child development in a holistic way.

Extra-curricular learning opportunities in languages are available for those parents who wish to take up this offer.

Staff can speak a range of community languages supporting children with EAL, and come from a range of backgrounds with their own unique strengths and expertise within the EYFS.

Children with additional needs are welcome at Precious Smiles and will be supported by an aspirational SEND Team.

Parent’s views on how their child’s care should be delivered are incorporated to support a swift settling-in process and individualised care and education plan.

It's a brilliant centre whereby our sons' development needs are being met. Our son thoroughly enjoys attending and participating in the activities with the other children. Our experience with the team has been very positive. We hope the precious smile can expand and provide more to the children.

I am more than happy to have found and enrolled my daughter on Precious Smiles. Maya goes into nursery so happily, which gives me the reassurance and confidence that she enjoys it. The staff are so friendly and supportive. Maya comes home and sings rhymes that she has learnt, and best of all, recites
the alphabet, leaving me a proud Mum. I would highly recommend Precious Smiles, especially to first-time parents who might be anxious to send their child to nursery for the first time.

I would recommend this nursery to other parents as it is a great environment for my children to learn in.
I am kept up to date with their development. The nursery provides plenty of activities for my children to partake in. Staff are absolutely amazing, I feel safe leaving my girls with them.

A wonderful experience for my daughter! I couldn't be happier with the experience.
They have an outstanding early education. The curriculum is well-designed, engaging, and tailored to each child's needs. The staff at Precious Smiles are caring, dedicated, and skilled. They create a nurturing environment
where children feel safe and encouraged to learn. also, they have an Ofsted 'Outstanding' rating to top it off.
In summary, Precious Smiles Pre-school truly lives up to its name. It's a place where my daughter thrived and developed with a huge smile.

This preschool nursery is extremely unprofessional. They took my son for three days for an hour and a day for 2-hour sessions under registration by the council, and after a 2-hour session, they gave me feedback that my son was laughing during story time. This is horrible how can you expect a child to
act like a robot and adapt to a new routine within 2 hours? My son complained that the teacher was angry, and he cried. I initially ignored it, but now I will definitely take legal action against these unprofessional people.

Our records show you were offered a trial period as part of our admissions policy to check your child's suitability for an in-term vacancy. The group we had a vacancy in at the time was unsuitable for your son, and you were advised to wait until the following term when we could accommodate him in a more suitable group. We understand it can be incredibly frustrating to wait for a vacancy, but as an oversubscribed setting, many of our parents have to wait patiently for a place. Our admissions processes and all policies were explained to you in writing before you accessed our setting. You raised no concerns about staff or the setting during the brief period your child attended. We encourage all our children to laugh throughout the day, including storytime. Your son was happy in our care and we received a positive farewell message from you, so we are surprised by this feedback now. We enjoyed caring for your son and wish you both all the best for the future.

Precious Smiles Preschool has surpassed all my expectations. I'm so pleased my daughter attends this setting.
Staff have recorded her initial start point and constantly monitor her progress in all areas of the EYFS. They keep me updated with termly assessments and provide an electronic copy of her
learning journey with all her observations.
My daughter is making great strides in her development and going by my older children's experience in a state school, they were not working at the same level until reception or year one.
Staff are always available to answer my questions and resolve any issues straight away. Staff are kind and caring and my daughter is close to them all as well as her peers.
I wish I could leave her with them for as long as possible.

Very happy with the setting, advanced learning in everything, especially phonics, writing, reading, maths, etc.
The setting is very clean and welcoming. She enjoys coming in every morning. She doesn't like to miss a session when unwell.
The staff is always helpful and have helped her develop good
manners. Staff have helped her become more confident.
The assessments are very detailed and staff help us to understand what we can do with our child to improve, such as next steps.

My first impressions of this nursery was that it was run with precision and professionalism. Once I enrolled my children in there, my assumption was confirmed.
My children have thoroughly enjoyed going to this nursery and are eagerly engaged.
The children learn a lot through various activities, the
education is of a very high standard and extremely inventive and effective for young minds.
I am continuously delighted by my son's progress and I constantly praise the nursery to anyone and highly recommend them.

It has been a wonderful experience. My two children have come to the setting and I have been very pleased with their progress in all areas. They have learned to read very early on.
The staff is very helpful and they work very closely with parents to support each child. They look after each child very

Very good standard, teachers have high expectations of the children and encourage them to achieve their potential and push them.
Management and staff have good experience with children and speak clearly and well. Children receive homework that is relevant to what they are covering in class. Topics
are sent to parents termly so we are always aware of what children are covering in class. Overall very pleased with the nursery, highly recommend.

I looked around numerous nurseries in the local area and beyond but decided to send my daughter to Precious Smiles and I must say I don't regret my decision, she has really settled in well and made a lot of friends. The nursery has lots of toys and resources to keep the children engaged and my daughter
has learnt a lot through play. The management and staff are great and very friendly and they show interest in the well being of my child. I would highly recommend this nursery to other parents.

Accessing early years for the first time for my eldest, I was very hesitant handing over my child to the care of strangers. I need not have worried. Precious Smiles absolutely surpassed my expectations with the care and love they provided both to my child and myself. My daughter was constantly challenged
according to her abilities despite there being a mixed range of ages within her group. She was never held back and in fact, learnt more than expected for her age milestones. The termly themes are fun and engaging. Staff go the extra mile in taking care of the children's needs. No request was ever too big and they are very accommodating. They shared pictures of my daughter settling in with me whilst I was at home worried my daughter needs me (she did not!!). The termly assessments are so detailed and the electronic learning journals they share are jam-packed with pictures and observations. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them; in fact, its probably the best decision you will make.

When I first enrolled my daughter to Precious Smiles Preschool, I was struggling to be a single mother, my daughter was about two years old at the time, I was very concerned about my daughter’s social skills and confidence, as I could see she struggled to play with children her own age especially without
me being present.
PSL staff worked closely to build my daughter's confidence, they provided one to one support to enable my daughter to settle into the nursery. PSL took the time to advise me on what to do with my daughter at home, giving me ideas to encourage my daughter to play and learn especially with other children of her own age.
PSL went the extra mile to make sure my daughter felt happy and safe when I drop her to the centre. The staff have always treated me and my daughter with respect, they have been extremely supportive, very patient and understanding throughout the years she attended PSL.
