Precious Smiles Preschool

I've been really happy with my child's preschool experience. The staff are so attentive and friendly, and I always felt like they genuinely cared about my son. He was quite picky with food when he started. The nursery team worked with him patiently and helped him build a much more positive relationship with food. There are always lots of different activity stations set up, which I noticed and really helped with communication and motor skills. I also appreciated how well the staff handled medical situations. If my son ever had a temperature or seemed unwell, they were quick to let me know. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and feel grateful.

It's a brilliant centre whereby our sons' development needs are being met. Our son thoroughly enjoys attending and participating in the activities with the other children. Our experience with the team has been very positive. We hope the precious smile can expand and provide more to the children.

I am more than happy to have found and enrolled my daughter on Precious Smiles. Maya goes into nursery so happily, which gives me the reassurance and confidence that she enjoys it. The staff are so friendly and supportive. Maya comes home and sings rhymes that she has learnt, and best of all, recites the alphabet, leaving me a proud Mum. I would highly recommend Precious Smiles, especially to first-time parents who might be anxious to send their child to nursery for the first time.

I am so grateful that my twin boys were able to attend. They always go to school with a smile on their face & are excited to start the day with all their lovely teachers & friends. They both have always been so supportive. Both sing to me the songs that they have learnt in school that they love. We will truly miss this school & all the beautiful experiences we've had.

I am kept up to date with their development. The nursery provides plenty of activities for my children to partake in. Staff are absolutely amazing, I feel safe leaving my girls with them.

In summary, Precious Smiles Pre-school truly lives up to its name. It's a place where my daughter thrived and developed with a huge smile.

This preschool nursery is extremely unprofessional. They took my son for three days for an hour and a day for 2-hour sessions under registration by the council, and after a 2-hour session, they gave me feedback that my son was laughing during story time. This is horrible how can you expect a child to act like a robot and adapt to a new routine within 2 hours? My son complained that the teacher was angry, and he cried. I initially ignored it, but now I will definitely take legal action against these unprofessional people.

I wish I could leave her with them for as long as possible.

The assessments are very detailed and staff help us to understand what we can do with our child to improve, such as next steps.

The setting is very welcoming for parents and children.

I am continuously delighted by my son's progress and I constantly praise the nursery to anyone and highly recommend them.

My son really enjoyed his year at Precious Smiles. Small class sizes enabled my son to receive work according to his abilities and beyond. Staff are very patient, dedicated and 100% professional. Definitely recommend.

Management and staff have good experience with children and speak clearly and well. Children receive homework that is relevant to what they are covering in class. Topics are sent to parents termly so we are always aware of what children are covering in class. Overall very pleased with the nursery, highly recommend.

I looked around numerous nurseries in the local area and beyond but decided to send my daughter to Precious Smiles and I must say I don't regret my decision, she has really settled in well and made a lot of friends. The nursery has lots of toys and resources to keep the children engaged and my daughter has learnt a lot through play. The management and staff are great and very friendly and they show interest in the well being of my child. I would highly recommend this nursery to other parents.

My daughter has had a phenomenal experience over the past year, she is developing very well in terms of her communication and the credit goes to the staff. They are so caring and attentive to the children and their needs.

Accessing early years for the first time for my eldest, I was very hesitant handing over my child to the care of strangers. I need not have worried. Precious Smiles absolutely surpassed my expectations with the care and love they provided both to my child and myself. My daughter was constantly challenged according to her abilities despite there being a mixed range of ages within her group. She was never held back and in fact, learnt more than expected for her age milestones. The termly themes are fun and engaging. Staff go the extra mile in taking care of the children's needs. No request was ever too big and they are very accommodating. They shared pictures of my daughter settling in with me whilst I was at home worried my daughter needs me (she did not!!). The termly assessments are so detailed and the electronic learning journals they share are jam-packed with pictures and observations. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them; in fact, its probably the best decision you will make.
