My child has been attending Precious Smiles since January 2025. We are very pleased with how well the staff run the nursery. The nursery provides excellent learning & care for all the children. All parents are updated about their children's learning through the app. My child really enjoys her time at the nursery and always looks forward to attending the nursery.

We are having a great experience with Precious Smiles Nursery. Since our daughter has joined the nursery, she has become more confident in interacting with people. She has learned so many things through the activities that she does at nursery. Overall, we have seen a lot of positive change in our daughter since the time she joined this nursery.

I couldn't be happier with the care my child receives at this nursery. The staff are incredibly warm, kind, patient and genuinely passionate about supporting my child's development. My son has grown so much in confidence since joining and always comes home excited to share what he has learned. The environment is clean, safe and very well organised, with plenty of stimulating activities from creative arts and early learning games. Communication is excellent. I receive regular updates, photos and progress information, which gives me so much peace of mind. Overall, this nursery feels like a second home for my child. I highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a caring, enriching early-years setting.

I've been really happy with my child's preschool experience. The staff are so attentive and friendly, and I always felt like they genuinely cared about my son. He was quite picky with food when he started. The nursery team worked with him patiently and helped him build a much more positive relationship with food. There are always lots of different activity stations set up, which I noticed and really helped with communication and motor skills. I also appreciated how well the staff handled medical situations. If my son ever had a temperature or seemed unwell, they were quick to let me know. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and feel grateful.

It's a brilliant centre whereby our sons' development needs are being met. Our son thoroughly enjoys attending and participating in the activities with the other children. Our experience with the team has been very positive. We hope the precious smile can expand and provide more to the children.

Precious Smiles is a very nurturing nursery going beyond to help the child in learning, exploring, and playing. My daughter thoroughly enjoys nursery with Precious Smiles and would not recommend anywhere else. The teachers are brilliant and pay attention to the finest details. Thank you, Precious Smiles.

I am more than happy to have found and enrolled my daughter on Precious Smiles. Maya goes into nursery so happily, which gives me the reassurance and confidence that she enjoys it. The staff are so friendly and supportive. Maya comes home and sings rhymes that she has learnt, and best of all, recites the alphabet, leaving me a proud Mum. I would highly recommend Precious Smiles, especially to first-time parents who might be anxious to send their child to nursery for the first time.

I am very pleased with the facilities and teaching quality of Precious Smiles. It's been very refreshing seeing Raaed's progress in development in manners, learning, milestones and confidence grow since joining Precious Smiles. Overall, a happy and exciting environment for little learners.

I am so grateful that my twin boys were able to attend. They always go to school with a smile on their face & are excited to start the day with all their lovely teachers & friends. They both have always been so supportive. Both sing to me the songs that they have learnt in school that they love. We will truly miss this school & all the beautiful experiences we've had.

I would recommend this nursery to other parents as it is a great environment for my children to learn in. I am kept up to date with their development. The nursery provides plenty of activities for my children to partake in. Staff are absolutely amazing, I feel safe leaving my girls with them.

A wonderful experience for my daughter! I couldn't be happier with the experience. They have an outstanding early education. The curriculum is well-designed, engaging, and tailored to each child's needs. The staff at Precious Smiles are caring, dedicated, and skilled. They create a nurturing environment where children feel safe and encouraged to learn. also, they have an Ofsted 'Outstanding' rating to top it off. In summary, Precious Smiles Pre-school truly lives up to its name. It's a place where my daughter thrived and developed with a huge smile.

This preschool nursery is extremely unprofessional. They took my son for three days for an hour and a day for 2-hour sessions under registration by the council, and after a 2-hour session, they gave me feedback that my son was laughing during story time. This is horrible how can you expect a child to act like a robot and adapt to a new routine within 2 hours? My son complained that the teacher was angry, and he cried. I initially ignored it, but now I will definitely take legal action against these unprofessional people.

Precious Smiles Preschool has surpassed all my expectations. I'm so pleased my daughter attends this setting. Staff have recorded her initial start point and constantly monitor her progress in all areas of the EYFS. They keep me updated with termly assessments and provide an electronic copy of her learning journey with all her observations. My daughter is making great strides in her development and going by my older children's experience in a state school, they were not working at the same level until reception or year one. Staff are always available to answer my questions and resolve any issues straight away. Staff are kind and caring and my daughter is close to them all as well as her peers. I wish I could leave her with them for as long as possible.

Very happy with the setting, advanced learning in everything, especially phonics, writing, reading, maths, etc. The setting is very clean and welcoming. She enjoys coming in every morning. She doesn't like to miss a session when unwell. The staff is always helpful and have helped her develop good manners. Staff have helped her become more confident. The assessments are very detailed and staff help us to understand what we can do with our child to improve, such as next steps.

My first impressions of this nursery was that it was run with precision and professionalism. Once I enrolled my children in there, my assumption was confirmed. My children have thoroughly enjoyed going to this nursery and are eagerly engaged. The children learn a lot through various activities, the education is of a very high standard and extremely inventive and effective for young minds. I am continuously delighted by my son's progress and I constantly praise the nursery to anyone and highly recommend them.

It has been a wonderful experience. My two children have come to the setting and I have been very pleased with their progress in all areas. They have learned to read very early on. The staff is very helpful and they work very closely with parents to support each child. They look after each child very well. They have different activities every time and themes that enhanced children's learning. The setting is very welcoming for parents and children.

My son really enjoyed his year at Precious Smiles. Small class sizes enabled my son to receive work according to his abilities and beyond. Staff are very patient, dedicated and 100% professional. Definitely recommend.

Very good standard, teachers have high expectations of the children and encourage them to achieve their potential and push them. Management and staff have good experience with children and speak clearly and well. Children receive homework that is relevant to what they are covering in class. Topics are sent to parents termly so we are always aware of what children are covering in class. Overall very pleased with the nursery, highly recommend.
