At Banana Moon Day Nursery Wollaton, caring, qualified staff observe and assess children's development and most importantly provide a variety of learning experiences that are fun and build on what the children already know.

Calm tranquil rest is a prerequisite for babies and younger children and the nursery has sleep rooms equipped with cots and sleep mattresses. Each child has their own bed linen which is regularly laundered in house.

Children are given delicious homemade, nutritious meals and are offered five portions of fruit and vegetables every day. The team ensure they have the opportunity to spend time outside every day throughout the year for fresh air and exercise. When children prefer to stay indoors, an alternative physical activity is provided such as yoga and dancing.

CCTV operates throughout the nursery for the protection of children. Parents have fingerprint access directly into the nursery to drop off and collect children.

An app that shows you what your child has been doing throughout the day. E.g., sleep times, nappy changes and any food or bottles that they have consumed. There are also pictures and videos that are sent directly to your phone whilst you're at work to give you that extra reassurance.

My grandson has been at Banana Moon nursery for 4 months and I have to say that I have found the nursery to be very friendly and the staff are a fantastic attribute to the children. The nursery itself is clean and hygienic, and the meals are outstanding.


I have found that my grandson has come on

in leaps and bounds as to his learning and potty training.


Well done to the staff at Banana Moon 10/10 excellent, keep it up.

Love this place! The staff are lovely, friendly and very welcoming. Its very clean. I love the daily sheets I get, letting me know what my baby has been up too. My daughter loves it here :) (which makes the mornings easier).

I am so glad I choose Banana Moon as the nursery for my 2-year-old twins, from the moment they arrived they were welcomed with open arms and looked after in the best possible way. Each member of staff brings their own unique touch to the nursery and I couldn't be happier having my children attend.

Everyone at Banana Moon made my son feel so welcomed and he has loved it since day 1. Also, the staff are caring and listen to the parents and are understanding, I always feel satisfied when I collect my son from the nursery as I have been given details of what he has done and ate.

My grandson attends this nursery and from the very start he has settled in extremely well. The staff go the extra mile and make me and my family feel very welcome.
