A wonderful environment for children and the staff are always smiling. Absolutely recommend. Fantastic management team who always listen and try to help!

The nursery have been great with my daughter since the beginning. They've enhanced her development and learning by offering new experiences, catering to her dietary requirements and keeping her safe. I know leaving her with the girls in the nursery that she's going to be safe, happy and learning at her own rate.

I highly recommend this nursery.

My little boy has been coming here since December 2023 and it's been the best place for him, for a first time Mum, leaving your baby is so hard but the staff in each room have been amazing. His confidence has grown and I love to see what he's been up to on the app. He is thriving and loves to be outdoors which I know is a big part of Kids Planet Apley. The management is also great and happy to help with anything.

Overall, we are having really positive experience with the nursery and I would definitely recommend it for other parents.

The staff at Kids Planet Apley are brilliant and so supportive. My son has been attending for nearly 2 years now and it has been amazing to watch him progress physically and verbally which I think is down to the care and effort shown by the staff. Nursery has had a positive impact on my son in terms of his development and confidence and we consistently receive regular updates on his progress. It is so difficult for a working mom to feel comfortable leaving your children however they make it so much easier by creating such a safe and happy environment.

The manager is incredible with a great amount of patience and decorum.

As a teacher, I am so happy I sent my son here and will be doing the same for my newborn. The nursery is a friendly, caring environment and staff are exceptional in every aspect. Thank you for providing my son with some of the best years here and for putting an anxious mother at ease.

My favourite is the updates on the app & how you can keep in contact with your little one throughout the day to make sure they are okay.

The bond that my son has with the girls is fantastic and gets stronger every session. They let him come to them and don't crowd him or make him feel overwhelmed. I know that he is safe and loved in their care. They go above and beyond for my son and for that, we are truly grateful!

Most importantly my daughter loves it and runs in daily.

My daughter has been attending Kids Planet Apley since December 2023. Since the minute she started her physical, mental and verbal progress has been astounding. The staff are wonderful and so caring towards my daughter and I look forward to picking her up at the end of the day and having a chat about the day she's had. The manager and assistant manager of the nursery are very friendly and helpful and I'm confident that they even have lovely interactions with my daughter and care about her as an individual. I'm always really pleased with how much time my daughter spends outside and the varied activities that take place throughout the day. The breakfast can be repetitive with just cereal offered however I'm always impressed by the lunchtime meals and my daughter actually eats far better at nursery than she does at home! Overall I highly recommend Kids Planet Apley as value for money, caring staff and supporting children's development. In future I'd like to see a sensory room as another nursery in the group has.

I've got good experience with Kids Planet. My boy is being taken care of. I was initially worried he's not going to adapt easily with the nursery, but they made him feel at home. Again, it's nice to get constant updates about your kid. I would recommend Apley Kids Planet to anyone.

My daughter has been attending Kids Planet Apley since January and I could not be happier with the progress she has made! She is so happy here and the staff go above and beyond to ensure children are provided with stimulating and engaging activities, she is given nurture and the independence to take risks and try new things! She is thriving and that is down to the hard work of all the staff!

The provide a safe and secure environment and put the children's safety and wellbeing first.

Kids did leave for a period and to compare the ability of staff and level of care between Kids Planet Apley and the other nursery they attended - Apley are hands down better and since returning both kids are thriving.

My son started Nursery here in September 2023 at 7 months old, all the staff have been so lovely and caring even under all the pressure they went through during new management changes but have made it through to the other side. They do not get enough credit! They always communicate well and my son settled right in, transitioning up rooms went so smoothly too. I intend for my next child to also attend here.

We have sent our son to this nursery for some time now and have always been impressed by the family feel and the incredible staff. Unfortunately, since Kids Planet took over the nursery this year, there have been a number of changes. The family feel has diminished, there has been significant turnover of office staff and the communication is nowhere near as good as it used to be. Changes are being imposed on parents, including increasing 'full year' attendance from 51 weeks to 52 weeks. I suspect the majority of parents will not be sending their children to nursery between Christmas and New Year, so to have to pay an additional week's worth of full fees (when there will no doubt be reduced staffing) is extremely disappointing. We have also received notification of a 20% fee increase for 2024, despite there presumably being significant economies of scale from being part of a large group. It is not surprising to read that the group announced a £3.6 million annual profit last year...
