Kids Planet Butterfly Lodge

My daughter goes to kids planet butterfly Lodge and she absolutely loves it. The staff are lovely and my daughter talks about them all often even when she's at home. She settled in straight away with no issues, which was surprising as she never settled at her previous nursery. I couldn't be happier with the care provided for my daughter. I would highly recommend the nursery.

The communication from the team is fantastic and I always feel reassured that she's in safe, capable hands. The staff go above and beyond to make sure each child feels happy and supported. It's clear they are passionate about what they do, and that makes all the difference.

My little boy is in the toddler room and absolutely loves it here, he has gained so much confidence and character since starting in November. The staff are lovely and very supportive he's learnt so much they have also helped with him not needing his dummy anymore. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

This is a brilliant nursery. Lovely staff and it is a nice environment. The only issue is the pram shed, other parents just leave the prams up without folding and I struggled to get my daughter's pram inside. I hope this gets sorted out soon. Other than that the nursery staff are brilliant!

Outstanding nursery. Staff and manager are absolutely amazing, all so friendly and are always there to lend a helping hand. My granddaughter loves her days at nursery and is always so smiley when I collect her.

Such a spacious, clean and tidy nursery, all the staff are very welcoming, friendly and happy they all bring a very safe feeling to the place and it makes you feel happy and comfortable to leave my child there. The meals are very healthy and nutritious and I’m excited for my daughter to thrive here.

We have been with Kids Planet Butterfly Lodge since September 2018 and both our children have been there from aged 1. We have never had any issues and it has been wonderful to watch it go from strength to strength. As our daughter draws to the end of her last couple of months before school I can’t be any more grateful to all the amazing staff. She is so happy and settled, there are rarely tears at drop off and she’s always beaming when we pick her up. She has come on so much in pre-school with both her writing and her love for books. I love checking the app to see what adventures she has been on, or the games/activities they have been playing in the garden. I already feel emotional thinking about how sad we’ll all be to leave this amazing nursery that has been a huge part of our lives and the children’s development for the last 5 years. I cannot recommend them enough

The staff are polite and clearly care, with what seems to be great management with a clean environment.

My daughter started at Kids Planet Butterfly Lodge in the toddler room, from the moment we went to look around and when she started. We got made to feel welcome, and everyone was lovely, there was no awkward atmosphere that you get in other settings. My daughter has come on so much. her speech since starting there is incredible she runs straight in and is excited. They do so much for them, they are always doing activities and going for walks.

My child always speaks about the staff and loves to go to nursery.

All staff are so attentive, my child comes home happy every day. I would recommend this nursery to anyone.

My toddler seems very happy at nursery. She seems very well looked after and I never need to worry when she is there. Overall I'm very happy with this nursery.

Beyond Outstanding! We genuinely can't thank this place enough for what they have done for our son in such a short space of time. Since starting here, he has come on leaps and bounds within all stages of his development. Every single one of the staff here are simply amazing. There is such a warm, caring, family feel here, from day 1 they made us feel so welcome. The difference in his speech and language has been unbelievable. Without a doubt it's because of the caring, positive and happy vibe they all bring here. The activities they have are very creative and stimulating, which has greatly developed his learning and ability to focus. They go on many outings and exciting adventures and just have lots and lots of fun, which to us is what it should be about. We just love seeing how happy he is to go and how much he is thriving there. The patience and support they give is above and beyond and nothing is ever too much trouble for us or our son, Thank you for everything we will always be grateful

Fantastic nursery. Staff go above and beyond and are all so kind. It's not easy having to leave your child so you can go to work, but it really puts your mind at ease knowing they are being cared for by such a lovely team - wouldn't send my child anywhere else.

My son's only been going here for a couple of months and already he's settling in so well. At first, I was a bit nervous obviously leaving him. But now he loves going there. The staff are so caring and reassuring. He comes home with all sorts of pictures and paintings that he's done there. Also, the picture update throughout the day he's there just makes me so happy to see he's learning and making friends. The meals he eats are outstanding and he enjoys every one. I highly recommend this nursery 100%.

Amazing nursery. I can't fault it. My child seems to love it. Always happy to go and always happy when I pick them up. The staff are lovely and friendly. They always let me know how my child has been on pick up.

Fantastic nursery cared for my three children over the years. Different managers over the years and different staff but never has it once affected the care given to my children. They say it takes a village to raise a child and Butterfly Lodge staff, past and present, have been my village through rough and good times and I couldn't be more grateful.

Friendly staff, great outings and adventures. Staff members have gone above and beyond to support myself and my children. Always welcoming and kind. My child loves getting ready in a morning to get to nursery.

My son is happy and thriving when attending Butterfly Lodge. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and caring. The activities he takes part in are fun and creative and encourage learning and language. My son loves being outdoors and visiting new places, Butterfly Lodge offers local visits to a range of places.
