As a very anxious mother, my boy starting nursery was such an overwhelming experience for me and him. But the team at butterfly lodge went above and beyond to make the process so much easier than I could have ever imagined. And from that very first day to now they have never let me down with my boy. The love the effort the commitment they give him and catering to his needs and helping him come on leaps and bounds by teaching him so kindly and so loving! He goes into nursery so happy and so ready for his day there. He tells me in his own little way that he's had fun. :) I really cannot thank you all enough for being so amazing!! Xxx

When picking a nursery for our daughter it was so important we got a positive vibe from the staff members and the nursery environment straight away. We got this as soon as we walked through the door. The care and compassion we receive for our daughter is incredible. Our daughter has been attending butterfly lodge since May 2024 and she absolutely loves it the relationship she has with the staff is amazing. We get updated through he day about how she is doing and at pick which is always thorough. We appreciate everything they do as our daughter absolutely loves nursery and she is thriving in her development.

I've sent both of my boys to Butterfly Lodge my eldest left in 2022 and my youngest currently attends the rising 3's room. All of the staff are amazing with both of my children, we all come in to drop off my youngest and my eldest is greeted with the same happiness as always. The chef is superb! We walk the past the kitchen every morning to the rising 3's room and she is always happy and smiling greeting anyone she sees! The staff I see the most are the rising 3 practitioners who are all great, my son sometimes has issues being dropped off he gets very upset and they're very patient and give him the best reassurance to settle him down. Much appreciation to everyone at Butterfly Lodge!

The best nursery I could have picked for my little girl. The teachers are really caring, professional and friendly. My little girl loves all the activities they prepare and is super excited to go there. They never fail to let you know about everything your child did all they and what they have eaten it always puts my mind at ease. Honestly couldn't be more grateful for the care they provide for my little girl!

My daughter started here in September, she has settled in really well thanks to the staff. The staff here are very accommodating, friendly, understanding and supportive. We love it at kids planet. Highly recommend

My son has been at this nursey almost a year now and has grown so much confidence and is learning so much. Before we came here he wasn't saying as many words as he should be for his age and now he talks in full sentences. Any issues I have had have been resolved quickly and dealt with professionally. The staff work hard and the children always come first.

Myself and my child have only ever had positive experiences with the nursery. All staff are very friendly. The rooms are set up lovely to adhere to the development of the children at each age, and the outside environment also reflects this. The menu they provide is full of variety and is a lovely balanced meal plan. My child seems to enjoy all the food prepared. Communication between the nursery and myself is exceptional. They are always happy to listen to any queries, be it in person, on the phone or through an email- the responses are quick and have always been very helpful. They have frequent trips out into the community, which I think is essential for any child to have, to improve all aspects of their learning and development. My child is always happy and excited to be going to 'school' to see their friends and I think this just confirms the level of care given is of high standard. Would highly recommend this Nursery to anyone.

My daughter goes to kids planet butterfly Lodge and she absolutely loves it. The staff are lovely and my daughter talks about them all often even when she's at home. She settled in straight away with no issues, which was surprising as she never settled at her previous nursery. I couldn't be happier with the care provided for my daughter. I would highly recommend the nursery.

Can't speak highly enough about Butterfly Lodge! My daughter started in the baby room and is now in the Rising 3s room, and she absolutely loves it. From the moment she started, the staff have been so warm, welcoming and attentive to her needs. They genuinely care about the children and create such a nurturing and stimulating environment. Every day, she comes home excited to tell me about what she's been doing-whether it's messy play, outdoor adventures, or learning new songs and stories. The activities are engaging and well-planned, helping her develop both socially and academically. I've noticed such a boost in her confidence and independence since she started here! The communication from the team is fantastic and I always feel reassured that she's in safe, capable hands. The staff go above and beyond to make sure each child feels happy and supported. It's clear they are passionate about what they do, and that makes all the difference.

My little boy is in the toddler room and absolutely loves it here, he has gained so much confidence and character since starting in November. The staff are lovely and very supportive he's learnt so much they have also helped with him not needing his dummy anymore. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

This is a brilliant nursery. Lovely staff and it is a nice environment. The only issue is the pram shed, other parents just leave the prams up without folding and I struggled to get my daughter's pram inside. I hope this gets sorted out soon. Other than that the nursery staff are brilliant!

Outstanding nursery. Staff and manager are absolutely amazing, all so friendly and are always there to lend a helping hand. My granddaughter loves her days at nursery and is always so smiley when I collect her.

Such a spacious, clean and tidy nursery, all the staff are very welcoming, friendly and happy they all bring a very safe feeling to the place and it makes you feel happy and comfortable to leave my child there. The meals are very healthy and nutritious and I’m excited for my daughter to thrive here.

We have been with Kids Planet Butterfly Lodge since September 2018 and both our children have been there from aged 1. We have never had any issues and it has been wonderful to watch it go from strength to strength. As our daughter draws to the end of her last couple of months before school I can’t be any more grateful to all the amazing staff. She is so happy and settled, there are rarely tears at drop off and she’s always beaming when we pick her up. She has come on so much in pre-school with both her writing and her love for books. I love checking the app to see what adventures she has been on, or the games/activities they have been playing in the garden. I already feel emotional thinking about how sad we’ll all be to leave this amazing nursery that has been a huge part of our lives and the children’s development for the last 5 years. I cannot recommend them enough

Such an amazing nursery. My daughter is in the baby room and is progressing so much. We get updated regularly on an app which shows how many naps they have, what they eat and also regular photos of activities during the day. The staff are polite and clearly care, with what seems to be great management with a clean environment.

My daughter started at Kids Planet Butterfly Lodge in the toddler room, from the moment we went to look around and when she started. We got made to feel welcome, and everyone was lovely, there was no awkward atmosphere that you get in other settings. My daughter has come on so much. her speech since starting there is incredible she runs straight in and is excited. They do so much for them, they are always doing activities and going for walks.
