Our little girl has been to Step Start Mountnessing since she was one, and I can honestly say it’s been such a lovely experience. The staff are so friendly and really get to know and understand your child’s personality and build a lovely relationship.
We get regular detailed updates on the app on
how your child is getting on from what they eat, what activities they have done and skills and learnings they are focusing on for your child’s development.

My son started at Step Start Mountnessing a few weeks ago, and I'm delighted with how easily the staff have made this transition in his life (and ours!). The updates provided throughout the day via the app are very reassuring, and I have confidence that his allergy needs will be looked after at all
times. Step Start has also been great at putting on different daily activities, and I'm pleased they are focused on child development as well as child care. Thank you, everyone, for your hard work - highly recommended!

We have sent both of our children to Step Start nursery, and both have thrived there.
The children make wonderful bonds with their teachers and really learn a lot whilst they’re there! They’re always happy to go to the nursery, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming.
It would be lovely
to have more access to a larger outdoor area, but the nursery makes good use of the space they have.

Amazing nursery and staff! One lady at Step Start is brilliant with the little ones! My daughter absolutely loves her. All the staff are reassuring and friendly. Great team of girls, and would recommend this nursery to anyone.

Step Start Mountnessing is an absolutely wonderful nursery! My daughter has been attending since April 2021 for four full days a week, and this is her 2nd nursery, having attended one in another area before. She loves the teachers and looks forward to going every day. The staff are so lovely and attend
to each child. The care that is given is of high quality, and my daughter is learning so much! She has excelled immensely, and friends and family comment on how good her knowledge is for her age. The subjects they explore and cover each day are so diverse that not one day is the same, and the joy my daughter has at this nursery is all thanks to the wonderful people working at this nursery! I highly recommend this place!

Would 100% recommend Step Start Mountnessing. My 2 little boys both attend and absolutely love it! The staff are amazing, friendly and so caring with all the children. My son has been at Step Start Mountnessing since he was 10 months old and is 2.5 years now so we have experienced 3 of the 4 rooms. The staff in each and every room over this time have been exceptionally kind, thoughtful and consistently dedicated to my son’s physical, emotional and social development.
We are always greeted with warmth and genuine enthusiasm. Each day, new and exciting activities are set up for him to explore. I love the app and feel I can check in on his day and get a sense of how he’s doing. The management are also super and very responsive to any messages or questions. They have been very kind and supportive of my family as I go through some health complications. I am so happy my son attends Step Start. I couldn’t recommend them more. He loves going there every morning and I know he is being looked after incredibly well.

The staff are amazing, friendly, helpful and extremely caring with the children. Management and admin are great too, efficient and responsive.
Every day there is a new activity or experience planned, and both my children are really thriving from the variety. They particularly enjoy the outdoor activities.

My son recently started at Step Start, and they have been absolutely brilliant. I was so nervous about leaving him with people he didn't know, but meeting the team put my mind at ease straight away, and he absolutely loves it!
My son has allergies, and they have given me so much confidence in how
they've managed to keep him safe.
The app the nursery uses are fantastic. It makes me feel so much more at ease to know what he's up to whilst he's there, what he's eating and when he's sleeping etc. The team are great at contacting me over the phone if needed too.
I would absolutely recommend Step Start to anyone!

When my daughter wakes up asking to go to the nursery, that's how you know she is well looked after!
My little one is continuously talking about her teachers and peers.
The food selection is great... the app and photo updates make my day.

I honestly cannot express how highly I regard Step Stars as a nursery setting to me their service is impeccable! My daughter has been with the nursery for two years now, having been a baby born during Covid, she was naturally quite shy and clingy, to begin with, but the team in the Little Leaps classroom
have just supported her every step of the way! From the beautiful relationships she formed with her key worker to the constant support and positive feedback offered by the room lead and the fun, warm and kind natures of all the girls.
She has recently made the transition down to the Big Steps room and is already building a fantastic relationship with the team, who are already happily reporting how confidently she enjoys the room and supporting her to develop her skills and relationships!
The senior team, led by the manager, is always so incredibly accommodating and helpful! In short, they are just fantastic, deserving of six stars!

We have always had a great experience with Step Start nursery and all the people working there. My little boy really enjoys his days, full of lots of fun activities and learning. He speaks very highly of his key worker and their colleagues. Whenever myself or my husband pick our son up, we get a quick
review of his day, which is always so nice to hear. The app is updated during the day, so I can see what he has been doing, including all meals and nappy changes. Would highly recommend Step Start.

I would highly recommend Step Sart Mountnessing. My son started when he was just under one. He is three now and absolutely loves going every day. All staff are very professional caring and polite. There are always plenty of fun activities planned throughout the day, and parents receive daily photo reports
at the end of each day, which is great. Parent stay and play days are great too, as it gives us the opportunity to see where our children spend most of their time as well as meet other parents.

Both my daughter and son attended this nursery, and it is amazing there. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and really go that extra mile to make sure the children are looked after, and all their needs are met. My two children have special needs, and I feel like the nursery has gone above and beyond
meeting those needs and supporting us as a family. They have great facilities and resources. I would highly recommend this nursery.

The staff at Step Start are fantastic. My 4-year-old son has been at Step Start since he was 18 months, and we have always had a very positive experience as parents. Our son has always loved being in the happy, friendly and nurturing environment they have. He has developed some lovely bonds with the staff there, and I always feel happy when
dropping him off.
My second child is due to start, and I have no worries that he will settle and love it there just as much as my eldest.

Both my son and daughter have attended this nursery, and both absolutely love being there. The staff do an excellent job of ensuring the children are well looked after and happy and provide a comfortable environment. My children have developed so much since attending the nursery and always seem so happy
being there. Both have had allergies and intolerances to food, and the nursery has always been amazing with this ensuring they aren’t given those certain foods. Couldn’t praise this nursery more, and highly recommend it to anyone looking for their little ones.

My daughter has been attending Step Start Mountnessing for 2 years now and it has been a wonderful journey so far. The staff in each room are professional, caring, engaging and happy to answer any question a parent may have. I enjoy the app with daily updates and all the activities keep the children
well entertained. The team work exceptionally hard and it's well organised. My daughter is happy and very well looked after forming a strong bond with her key workers. I highly recommend Step Start!
