Bright Little Stars Nursery in Harrow is situated close to Harrow Town Centre and opened in February 2017. It is ideally located for public transport links and nearby Harrow town centre.

The nursery has lots of outside space providing children with a safe and exciting outdoor environment where they can play and explore. and features brightly coloured School. While its all-inclusive unique learning programme suits children aged six months to five-years-old and incorporates the EYFS.

The rooms at the nursery are brightly coloured and tailored to different age groups, including babies, pre-toddlers, toddlers and pre-school and carefully selected facilities and technology designed to encourage exploration. Each room has direct access to outdoor spaces allowing for free-flow learning and play both indoors and outside.

The on-site chef prepares fresh and nutritious meals and snacks in the nursery kitchen, catering for individual needs and giving children the energy they need for a busy day of playing and learning.

I have two daughters attending Bright Little Stars Harrow (3yrs and 8months). They both love attending the nursery and thoroughly enjoy learning and participating in all the activities offered. The extra-curricular activities are great especially Spanish! The nursery itself is a fun and bright environment
and I believe it provides the backdrop for more effective learning. They have a very good security system and offer parents to log into their nursery webcam service, which is reassuring when you want to see what your children are doing. They both really enjoy being with the teachers, they are supportive and nurturing. Overall we are very pleased with the nursery and would highly recommend to others.

The nursery has a lovely environment, it is always very clean. The staff are super caring and very professional. I can really see they have formed a great relationship with my child.
He absolutely loves it there and it is exciting to see the things he learns and shows us at home.
It's comforting
to know that my child is happy, healthy and looked after and learning in such a fun way - it just feels like his second home!
It is comforting to have the webcam, especially when they are transitioning to different rooms. The website parent area is very useful too, and methods of communication with home and nursery are on point.
The structure and activities on a daily basis are great following the stages of the Early Years Foundation Stage and developing my child in all areas. They have great resources and toys.
My child loves the food and always eats more than one portion! Overall I am so pleased I found such a wonderful nursery. Thanks BLS

Lovely clean, fresh learning environment. Staff are attentive, friendly and tailor their work with each child to help meet individual needs.
My daughter is almost two years old and she has been attending since she was ten months old. She loves her time at nursery and looks forward to going there.
The
staff have encouraged her development in language beyond my expectations. The extracurricular clubs which are included are brilliant, especially Spanish! My daughter can count to ten in Spanish already!
The preparation for big school looks very well thought out and there are regular parent (and even grandparent) involvement sessions.
The food is nutritionally balanced and varied over a four week menu.
It is slightly pricier than surrounding options but in my opinion, well worth it.

The nursery staff and teachers are friendly and supportive on every step of our kids progress. We have now enrolled our 3rd child as we like the atmosphere of the classrooms and the kids are well looked after.

My daughters started the nursery in January this year. It was hard at first to keep them apart from me but the nursery showed me great support and helped me to pass this difficult time. They are now so happy and enjoy going to Bright Little Stars. I'm so happy with the nursery and all its staff.

I must admit that since my son has started the nursery in June I've noticed a GREAT change in him. He is more sociable and eats a lot more variety of food also. Every time I drop him off to nursery he is so excited so I never feel nervous or regretful about sending him to a nursery at such a young age.
The staff are so welcoming and understanding, I feel relaxed.

From the day we started the nursery I loved it all, they are so supportive of every child's needs. The staff is very welcoming and thoughtful they organize things to be easy for both parents and kids (such as nappies and wipes being brought in packs in advance, list of children's clothes etc.)


My

daughter is more than happy there, I loved the brand new building, everything is nice and clean (not like everywhere), children always have cuddles and hugs, the members of staff carry little ones for a comfort and they are never lazy or tired. I couldn't recommend it enough, every session is something we are looking forward to thanks to caring members of staff and the overall atmosphere.

I have seen most of the nurseries close to central Harrow but Bright Little Stars is the one that I felt comfortable to leave my 19 months old baby. As soon as he started he felt happy and enjoyed his time there. The staff managed to settle him very quickly and every morning he leaves home with a big
smile on his face on his way to the nursery. The nursery have a big sunny garden.

The staff are nice and very friendly. They provide regular updates about child’s progress. Even my unfriendly little one has developed social and language skills pretty fast. My little one just loves their garden which has loads of different areas to play around like music wall, mud area and loads more.
They offer several extracurricular activities for kids like baking muffins and Spanish classes and they’ve loads of toys and big space for kids to play around and learn, they can never get bored of.

My son is going to this nursery. We tried a couple of other nurseries before but he was not able to settle in. He has settled very nicely in this nursery. They have very enhancing learning atmosphere and well-trained staff.

Job Title: Nursery Manager Joined: 2018

Wendy has over 10 year’s experience working in the Early Years sector, having qualified with a Diploma in Childcare and Education and a Level 3 in the Principles of Management. Over the years, Wendy has worked in a number of different roles across nurseries and for the last 4 years in a managerial role.


Wendy thrives in a busy environment and is passionate about ensuring the children and her staff team reach their full potential. She has excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and encourage staff as well as being very approachable and welcoming. Wendy actively promotes a safe and exciting environment where children can grow, learn and be happy. Wendy has always worked within the Early Years sector and believes it is the most rewarding job where there is nothing better than watching children overcome hurdles, build their personalities and watch them thrive.
