Our little girl has been super happy at Daisy Fays. She does a whole range of activities that she loves and she has clearly made close bonds with the workers. The nursery has been great at supporting her in her development and all the staff are always friendly and approachable - thank you

Our children have thrived here and look forward to going.

My son has always been excited and always looking forward to going to nursery and that means that he is enjoying it a lot. The staff were always helpful, sweet and caring and that makes my son comfortable in the facility. There was not much of settling in as he was already happy and he is learning a lot through a lot of activities. What I love about the facility is the kids are having fun while learning.

My son has attended Daisy Fays at Chiverton for over twelve months now. I was concerned that only one day a week might be difficult for him, but the staff were great at helping him to settle in. He now absolutely loves his nursery days and runs in each week without giving me a second glance! They do great fun activities and I really love that he gets a home cooked lunch and healthy snacks.

I have been very impressed with the standard of care my child has received in the past year of being at Daisy Fays. The willingness of the staff to go above and beyond to meet the needs of my child and always being happy to try something new with them if needed is so reassuring to me as a parent. We have smiles going in and smiles coming out from my child, always looking like they have had a great day playing and learning! I would recommend Daisy Fay’s to anyone looking for a nursery!

I really cannot speak highly enough of the excellent care and attention, my two granddaughters have received from the Daisy Fays staff at Chiverton Cross. My eldest granddaughter will soon be moving on to school, and both girls have flourished under the happy and engaging activities and structured play, that Daisy Fays offers the various different age groups. It is so wonderful to know that both children are being so expertly looked after. Thank you to all the staff.

We cannot thank Daisy Fays enough for such a lovely experience at a nursery. Supporting us with our child who had a diagnosis of cerebral palsy. All the staff are supportive welcoming and friendly. The effort put into everyday activities and small arts and crafts that come home. Celebrating Christmas and school leavers graduation we are sad to see our eldest leave. Thanks all for your hard work and compassion, especially through COVID!

I have had two children go to this nursery and both children have been expertly cared for. It’s made going to work so much easier, knowing that our children are safe and cared for. The staff are so friendly and really care about the children and their needs. One of my children, who is now at school, needed a tiny bit of extra support due to having hearing issues and the nursery was so wonderful at helping and supporting us!

The staff at Daisy Fays Chiverton have been amazing with my little girl. I’ve watched her grow and thrive in the nursery for a little over 2 years now, and I’ll be very sad to say goodbye when my daughter starts school in September. It’s very clear how much love and attention they give to each and every child and as a nervous first-time mum, they’ve allowed me to fully put my trust in them that my daughter will be looked after in their care. My daughter has gone from a very shy little girl to a complete sass queen - and the nursery play a huge part in her confidence and growth in the past two years. Thank you to the whole team at Daisy Fays - we will enjoy our last couple of months with you before a very emotional goodbye!

I honestly feel so lucky that we call Daisy Fays our nursery. We love it. And we would recommend it to anyone. We will be sad when she moves out of the baby room as she adores her key worker but what is amazing is she has already formed bonds with staff in other rooms. Thank you all! You are awesome!

The team have been amazing and so understanding and patient.

My child, who has suspected autism, has been attending since September 2021. When looking for a nursery, Daisy Fay's Chiverton were the only ones that took a genuine interest in him and his specific needs; they bent over backwards to make him feel welcome and comfortable there. The staff are amazing! For the best part of his first year, there he was, non-verbal, non-communicative and rather difficult to handle most times. His confidence since being there has grown enormously, and his speech has come on so, so much, and I owe it all to the ladies at Daisy Fay's, old and new. He's so completely different now, and it's an absolute joy to get to know him all over again for the cheeky little chap that he is turning out to be. Even though we have a local nursery much closer to home, I'll be sending my other two children to Daisy Fay's Chiverton when their time comes. Really incredible place.

This is our first nursery experience with our first born and it has been really positive. I was very anxious and upset about my son starting nursery and the staff team were so supportive and kept in close contact until I was ready. My son also has a cows milk protein allergy and this has been supported well.

Since our daughter started at Daisy Fays she has become confident and very good at talking and singing/dancing all the time. She tells us every week how much she loves pre-school and has made lots of friends and loves her teachers. We feel happy knowing that when we drop our daughter off at Daisy Fays she always has a really good time and goes in excited and leaves a happy girl telling us all about her day.

We are really happy with Daisy Fays. Our daughter has been attending for 3 years since she was 18 months. The settling in period was tricky but massively enhanced by the nurturing nature of the staff and their flexibility. Our daughter has been really happy, she loves the staff, the food is great and we have been well catered for as a vegan family. The staff are friendly and inclusive. My daughter is learning lots and the transition to school is being handled really well. I would recommend the nursery to anyone.

We are so pleased with Daisy Fays at Chiverton. Actually, that’s an understatement, we will be forever grateful for the fantastic start in life our son is experiencing with all of the staff and key workers at Daisy Fays. He is such a happy boy. Starting at Daisy Fays when he was 9 months old, we are so impressed with his continued learning and development, now having just graduated into their preschool we continue to be astounded by the hard work, dedication, and care from all the staff. Not to mention the support and feedback we get from everyone we have met along the way. We thank our lucky stars we chose this nursery and believe he really is getting the best start and nurturing that he can possibly receive when he is not with us. Many thanks
