Teddy bear nursery is genuinely fantastic. They are regularly updating activities to benefit the children and are so child focussed. My little boy loves it here and all the staff know him by name and show a genuine interest in his development and emotions. I get a thorough description of his day on arrival and have been made aware of care plans and goals that they hold for him. I feel so safe and secure knowing he’s here when I am at work. The staff are fantastic and are so keen.

My daughter started in the baby room at 10 months, she then moved into the Panda room, her key worker here has been amazing and is spoken about every day at home. She is now 2 and about to embark on her next adventure in Teddy's. I cannot recommend this nursery enough. All staff are so friendly and excellent, I barely get a wave goodbye in the mornings as she is so happy to see all the girls. The care given is second to none. Thank you so much for making nursery life a happy and enjoyable time for her.

My child went in for settling in days and I was not happy with the room they were to be in. I contacted the manager the next day and my concerns were dealt with satisfactorily. My child is very happy there and the staff are great. They get a great variety of food. I like how they are always keen on getting the kids outside too. The only negative comment would be when you phone up you often get the answer phone and have to wait until someone calls you back.

This is an amazing nursery. I would recommend to everyone who is looking for child care. All staff are so helpful and great with the children. Extremely clean and welcoming in all ways.

The Teddy Bear Nursery is an excellent facility within the grounds of Ninewells Hospital. My son has been attending for eighteen months and prior to that, my daughter attended from one to starting in P1. The building is clean and bright, with plenty of space in the playrooms and outside. Each room has its own outside play area and all are well supervised. The staff are friendly, approachable and caring (most importantly!) and taken an active role in supporting the children's development. There is a good level of parent involvement in all aspects of the service. Later on, the preparation for Primary School is really helpful to support this transition.

Teddy Bear is an absolutely outstanding nursery. My daughter has been attending since just after her first birthday and she adores it there. She is happy and extremely well cared for. She is exposed to a huge variety of stimulating activities and has made lots of friends. The staff are wonderful and caring and it is clear to see that they are there for the love of the job and that they really care about all of the children. This nursery came highly recommended by colleagues and friends and it is easy to see why. I would not send my daughter anywhere else, and I can get on with a day's work, safe in the knowledge that my daughter is having a wonderful time - and that she will tell me all about it as best she can for a nearly two-year-old when I pick her up!

My daughter has attended 'Oakley's explorers' in this nursery since August 2017 and I have found the staff to be very caring and affectionate towards the children. My daughter has a very good relationship with all members of staff and talks very highly of her group leader! My daughter is always getting lots of opportunities to play both indoors and outdoors, with lots of space for her too. Communication between staff and parents is good, upon picking up my daughter, I am always given a good insight into how her day has been. The food the nursery provides the children is always healthy and yummy! My child has been encouraged to try lots of new foods while attending The Teddy Bear Club. I have also been well informed of what subjects and projects my child has been completing, always with lots and lots of fun along with them! My daughter has settled into this nursery very well, would highly recommend.

As a grandfather and Consultant Paediatrician, I am delighted with the care offered at this nursery. highly organised and excellent care. Ten out of ten.

Our Granddaughter simply loves going to this nursery. All the staff are excellent and she often doesn't want to come away at the end of the day, as she is busy and happy playing when we go to pick her up. Her language skills have come on a lot and she has made some lovely friends of her own age. She is so happy here that we have increased the number of days she goes and are seriously considering increasing them again. I only wish we had such an outstanding facility when our own children were babies - I can not recommend the nursery and all the staff there highly enough.

The amazing big garden which the kids get out into whatever the weather!

All three of my children attended this nursery since they were 6-7 months old. I have been highly impressed with the care and compassion shown by all of the staff towards the children and their families. I trust the team 100% with the care of my children.

The nursery has excellent management and communication with parents is great. The children are happy and content and have lots of varied learning opportunities. The food is nutritious, the environment is safe and attractive and the children form lovely relationships with staff and other children. The staff understand the children's individual needs extremely well and are highly intuitive in their care. I think this nursery encourages children to be self-confident and to develop their skills. My children are very comfortable speaking to adults and children of all ages and I am sure the nursery environment has nurtured this. I have recommended this nursery very highly to numerous colleagues over the years and will continue to do so.

I have two children attending this nursery and both enjoy it very much. The foundation to any good nursery is the team members. I can say the team have a passion for childcare and are motivated to enhance each child's learning experience. I enjoy seeing my children progress by the projects that are introduced; seasons, countries of the world; earth and space; numbers and learning. Teaching listening, communication and baking skills. Promoting independence and encouraging teamwork and good playing. All of which is essential for starting primary school.

Management- always floating around and a visible presence in the classrooms. Always present if you need a chat or have suggestions. Cannot recommend Teddy Bear Nursery highly enough.

From the first reaction of our first son, we knew this nursery was the right choice for our child. Having visited other nursery prior to Teddy Bear Club our son cried after each visit. As soon as we came into The Teddy Bear Nursery Club he was calm and happy, and no tears! He had big smiles for the manager who is very warm and great with children. All staff are very welcoming and you feel you're leaving your child in safe hands, which to a parent is the most important thing.

All food is great and nutritions and both our kids love it (even if they are fussy eaters at home). Each room provides great activities and learning tools for children. We didn't hesitate which nursery to pick for our second child. Our daughter loves the nursery too, even after being there for a few weeks.

My youngest has been there for over a year now and although he had initial separation issues, he is now flourishing and looks forward to going. His confidence and speech have come on so much and we often catch him singing and doing the actions to songs he learnt at nursery.

I have recommended the nursery to several friends and colleagues and will continue to do so.

Absolutely fabulous. My daughter was very nervous starting nursery and a very quiet child in general and I feel that the nursery girls have helped her so much to come out of her shell as she is now so much more confident in herself. Great facilities and fantastic development schemes in place for all children. All the girls are amazing.

I have 2 children in this nursery, both started around 9 months. I am extremely satisfied with the nursery and all its staff and facilities. It is at the higher end of the price range in the area but well worth it for the excellent staffing ratio, the care and love they provide for the children and for the fantastic access to outside space.

I really can't fault this nursery. By far the best I've seen.

A great nursery which has taken great care of my 2 children. My eldest has just left for school and has been given an excellent head start by the nursery girls. They nurture the children while educating them and encouraging their curiosities.

The care provided is second to none and the manager has always addressed any concerns with a prompt response. The nursery location is extremely convenient for parents working in the university and hospital (with extended opening hours to accommodate) and has a huge south facing garden where the children spent lots of time.

My children benefit greatly from attending here and the girls working there have become like a second family.

My 35-month-old daughter has been here since age 6 months. The staff are attentive and friendly. They genuinely know her character even though she is only one day per week. The recent renovation work has made her room look brand new. The menu has improved as well with great variety.

My son started in Teddy Bear Club Nursery when he just turned 1 and I had to return to work. It is always hard to leave your baby in the care of other people, but the nursery made it easier with a transition period before he started. The staff are amazing! All very caring and attentive.

My son is now 3 and he loves going to nursery! They do lots of different activities and are outdoors most of the time which is great!

They have a varied diet in the food that is provided by the nursery, which is all homemade. My son has tried a lot of different things, which he wouldn’t try at home.

When I pick him up at the end of the day, I get a rundown on what they have been doing during the day and how my son is progressing.

He is coming on leaps and bounds at Teddy Bear Club. I honestly couldn’t rate the nursery highly enough. I have my daughters name down already to start next year when I go back to work!
