I couldn't recommend Charlton Busy Bees enough. My son started at 9 months old. As first time parents we immediately felt very reassured leaving our little boy, and he also very quickly took to 5 days a week in nursery. Our son is now nearly 2 and he happily trots into nursery each day. He loves the
practitioners and other staff, including running into their office to explore. We have also noticed how well his physical, verbal and emotional skills have developed, and Busy Bees will update you on how your child is progressing with observation updates on their app. Every evening a practitioner will update you on your child's day and take time to speak with you. During the pandemic we felt very safe leaving our son at Busy Bees. There were good measures in place to keep everyone safe and the staff were very vigilant when children showed signs of being unwell.

Our child has been with Busy Bees Charlton for a few months now, we immediately felt a part of the family the office team are amazing and made us feel welcome and relaxed, my wife was very anxious, and this changed within days when we started our settles with our little one. We called a few time and
always heard a happy helpful voice on the other side to make us secure. My child attended here during lockdown (this nursery stayed open!) as we are keyworkers. Their procedures made us feel safe and secure knowing our little one was in safe, caring hands, thank you, everyone!

My son and daughter are in the nursery in different rooms. This place is fantastic. It's the 3rd nursery we've had experience with and definitely our favourite. They are so helpful in the office and there are too many carers to call out as they are all so lovely. Our children are learning so much there
and as difficult as it is to leave them every day it's such a nice welcoming environment. I know they enjoy it.

I have had a really positive experience with Busy Bees, the staff are all very friendly, supportive and engaging, especially with my daughter which is the biggest priority for her father and I.
We can see the positive impact that Busy Bees is having on our daughter's development. She is continuing
to express herself in a variety of fashions which complements and blends incredibly well with the support and growth that we encourage at home.

We are happy with our nursery. My son likes it; he likes his key worker and other adults who look after him. He likes the PE session weekly and the lady who runs it. I feel safe leaving him in the morning. I'd always be contacted if anything happens during the day (which is a very rare occasion, but
still). All staff are professional, caring and polite. They give informative feedback every day and on a termly basis a fuller one about our child's development. The manager is very nice and helpful. I'd definitely and happily recommend our nursery.

Busy Bees at Blackheath have been a godsend for our busy family. Our son loves the nursery and has improved in his ability to count and read steadily throughout his time. All of the staff are fantastic and always work towards the best for each child. Our daughter is already signed up!

The nursery is a good place to bring your child. When you leave you certainly feel like your child will be okay as the nursery assistants seem to communicate effectively as well as cater to your child’s needs. The only thing I would say the manager is so miserable, every time I would come into the nursery
I would genuinely feel like he has a problem with me. It actually seemed like he had an attitude, maybe day going bad at work? They claim they support parents on the 15/30 hour scheme as well as subsidies from the government. However, when I got in a financial situation and requested to give me to the end of the month to clear everything. I understand rules are rules though didn’t show compassion after terminating her place. My daughter had been there for two years so don’t feel like considered my daughter's best interests. Manager literally wasn’t warming whatsoever. Would he have dealt with another parent like that I don’t know?
Anyway good nursery apart from that disturbance.

My daughter has been with Busy Bees at Blackheath now for a good few months and absolutely loves it. There is rules in the classroom that all kids are encouraged to adhere to and that kind of structure has really developed my daughter. There is plenty or activities and she is both part of a group and
autonomous in her decision making which I really appreciate. I cannot fault the staff as each have been brilliant. I am very pleased overall.

Busy Bees have overwhelmed us with how helpful and supportive they have been since our twin boys started there. They were incredible during the settling in period, reassuring us at every stage and giving practical advice on how we can help them to settle. Our boys are now very happy there, eat well,
sleep well and seem to be enjoying every second. The staff are all engaging and always seem very invested in all the children there. We were anxious about leaving our boys at nursery but we were instantly at ease when we met the staff. They are all fabulous and we are so happy that our boys get to go here.

Overall satisfied.


Staff are very caring and baby looks happy. They demonstrate a genuine interest in baby's wellbeing and development.


The girls are keeping the baby involved with activities. The room is always clean and tidy. NB our baby recently started, however, we would recommend the place

to friends and family.

Absolutely wonderful nursery. Staff and nursery manager are phenomenal at their roles. My son was settled in really quickly and well due to their high standards. I am so happy with the way they treat my son. The menu choices available are very varied which is great and I love the fact that their is
a chef on site. I love the fact that there are always loads of activities and toys available.

My 16-month-old daughter started nursery at the end of September when Busy Bees Charlton (Blackheath) opened. She is well looked after by kind, caring staff and after the initial settling in period, she is now happy to go to the nursery and seems to enjoy her time there and is happy to see staff in
the mornings.


It was hard to leave her with someone else, but the staff have reassured me as a parent and listens to me when I need to 'hand over' any worries I have (teething, feeling poorly, not having slept well, the usual). I am happy with this nursery and their approach to childcare and feel my child is safe and secure and in good hands.


The facilities are new, clean, age-appropriate and having on-site catering is a plus too. I recommend this nursery unreservedly.

My daughter loves going to nursery here and I feel happy leaving her in such a clean and well-equipped environment. The staff are all lovely and my daughter has big smiles for all of them every morning.
They always have time to listen and answer any questions and can tell me exactly what has happened
throughout the day. The parent zone app is also great to keep track of her activities and development. I was nervous to leave her at first, but a few weeks later I am completely comfortable leaving her here knowing she is in such good hands. Thank you everyone at Busy Bees!

My child has been attending Busy Bees at Blackheath for about a month now and we as parents are very impressed with the level of care and support that has been demonstrated by the staff and management of the nursery.


Our child is doing very well, and I cannot wait for him to progress preschool and

get his own uniform, they look so beautiful.


Busy Bees at Blackheath has got a wealth of experience over the many years that they have been in the business of childcare provision and I see this exemplified on an everyday basis via my interactions with the staff.
